Thanksgiving is just days away, Sisters! Since this particular holiday, like no other on our annual calendar, centers almost entirely around a meal, it brings a whole passel of us to the kitchen. So, your friends here at Living Proof thought we would have some fun with you by wrapping up a few fabulous items for the family feast.
We have prepared two identical baskets, enabling us to do a random drawing of TWO WINNERS among the commenters to this post. That’s all you have to do to enter. Just leave one comment and on Thursday morning, we’ll close the comments and draw our two winners and announce their names at the top of this post.
The goodies from these baskets contain items from the two largest kitchen stores in Houston: Williams-Sonoma and Sur la Table. When it comes to cooking, it doesn’t get better than that. [You will see each item in a separate picture so you can get a good look at them.] I so hope the baskets end up in the hands of a couple of women who could really stand to feel a little extra-special right now or perhaps are on such a tight budget that these items would feel like a fantastic splurge. I’m looking today for entries of some women who’d slap the table with joy over ending up with these. You are all so loved and esteemed here at Living Proof and you are valuable beyond price or description to the Kingdom of Christ.

God continues to bless me daily even though sometimes I feel unworthy. The holidays can be stresful for some as I myself have to deal with trying to please so many others and myself also. I am thankful for all the Lord has done in my life and continues to do. Your Bible studies have been such an inspiration to me as you have. You speak from the heart and that allows us to see more clearly.
May you continue to be a blessing to others!

My husband’s grandma had a gravy boat out every Thanksgiving. Seeing that in the picture brought back a flood of wonder memories this morning. Thank you! It is a really nice thing to do for us all. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

The blessing baskets are such a beautiful idea. I’m praying for all those doing the cooking, especially for the first time. I don’t need the basket but Love the pie crust cutters & was wondering which store they can be found at?

What a delightful basket. It would be a blessing to anyone who gets them!! This is our first Thanksgiving back in the states after living in Italy for 3 years, thanks to the Army. Still spending it away from family, but closer than we’ve been in a while!! So thankful to be in Texas, with my husband Keith this year!!
Last night I just completed the study of Esther with a local church, my first Beth Moore study. I so love your heart for women, your heart for the Lord, and for His Word. How did I miss out on these studies for so long?! Love to all of you at LPM!

Just finished Choldren of the Day yesterday and it was a beautiful sight to see our over 100 women holding up our hands “For not all are faithful. But the Lord is faithful.” Then huddling together to pray that the word would speed ahead. So much to be thankful for.
I just finished your Children of the Day study yesterday… What an incredible journey that was! I’m going to miss seeing you every week! What fun this basket would be… A little like having you at our Thanksgiving table 🙂
I am soooo thankful to be spending this Thanksgiving with my mom, who just turned 80 and my daughter, who is 27 and a cancer survivor. This Thanksgiving is truly special. I pray yours will be, also!

Woke this morning and was in prayer before my feet hit the floor, I found myself singing “I am a Woman of God, redeemed by Jesus Christ, Loved-Pursued-Chosen, Equipped with words of life, Clothed in strength and dignity, Commissioned here & now, Gifted by the Spirit, Forgiven and Unbound”. Love! Love! Love! that takeaway gift from this year’s simulcast event. So thankful in 2014 for the creativity and passion of each member of the Living Proof Live team – that they would share such a powerful tool of putting God’s promises and TRUTH to rhythm that it would resonate in my mind in the early hours of a chilly November morning. I have grown so much in my walk with the Lord through Beth’s studies and praise God for her ministry to women. I have been hosting our family Thanksgiving for several years now since my mother’s health no longer allows her to. Prayers for her please as she gets more and more feeble. God has blessed me abundantly and I am so grateful!
I love the emphasis on Thanksgiving, it is all too often skipped over and ignored! I’m so thankful for numerous blessings in my life but most of all for Jesus and the HOPE is have in Him.
