Thanksgiving is just days away, Sisters! Since this particular holiday, like no other on our annual calendar, centers almost entirely around a meal, it brings a whole passel of us to the kitchen.ย So, your friends here at Living Proof thought we would have some fun with you by wrapping up a few fabulous items for the family feast.
We have prepared two identical baskets, enabling us to do a random drawing of TWO WINNERS among the commenters to this post. That’s all you have to do to enter. Just leave one comment and on Thursday morning, we’ll close the comments and draw our two winners and announce their names at the top of this post.
The goodies from these baskets contain items from the two largest kitchen stores in Houston: Williams-Sonoma and Sur la Table.ย When it comes to cooking, it doesn’t get better than that. [You will see each item in a separate picture so you can get a good look at them.]ย I so hope the baskets end up in the hands of a couple of women who could really stand to feel a little extra-special right now or perhaps are on such a tight budget that these items would feel like a fantastic splurge. I’m looking today for entries of some women who’d slap the table with joy over ending up with these. You are all so loved and esteemed here at Living Proof and you are valuable beyond price or description to the Kingdom of Christ.
What a beautiful giveaway! I am so blessed by your teaching, Beth! Thank you for entering me in the giveaway.
How fun! So thankful for so much – health, family, friends and God’s provision. Thank you for your ministry!
My sister and I used to get together for every holiday, but because of distance and her work schedule we haven’t been able to spend the hokidays together for almost 10 years. If I win this, I’m sending it to her! ๐
Beth, Thank you <3 I appreciate your intense passion for the Lord! You have taught me so much. Have a lovely and Happy Thanksgiving ๐ Love your sister, Janelle
I would just LOVE to win a Thanksgiving basket! I’m really enjoying the “Children of the Day” bible study with my PWOC ladies! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Thanksgiving has always been a wonderful time to be with my family. God has blessed my family and me over the years and during a hard point I came across Beth Moore and her ministry. The inspiration I have found through the words she writes and speaks about her life and what God has done and still is doing has touched and uplifted not only me but the other woman in my family. These gifts would be a wonderful addition to any Woman’s thanksgiving tradition.
What a wonderful treat this will be for the winners. Praying Thanksgiving blessings for Beth and her staff throughout the year as you serve and share the Word. Beth, I meet each Thursday with the “sisterhood” for Bible study. We just finished “Children of the Day” and are now in our second week of “To Live is Christ”! Love y’all and loving the Word!!! Jby.
I saw beth in 2010. God spoke to me and told me that I too could teach the Gospel. so this year I finally listened and have started. wow what an inspiration. I have thought about taking classes. please pray for my vision to be complete
i am so thankful for LPM! I have been blessed, encouraged, challenged, and changed by being at LPL events. Thank you all for your love for God and passion to serve women. At our church we are in a sermon series called “Clearly Christian?” Last week there was one phrase that was spoken that really sums up our lives as disciples. It is: “We don’t just want to come in here each Sunday and be a group of people who just like Jesus. We want to be people who are transformed to leave and BE LIkE Jesus to others.” You ladies so that!
What a fun giveaway! Thank you so much Beth for all that you do to help women’s ministry grow in our church. So sad you are not coming to Atlanta next year. You will be missed.
I am so always so encouraged by the words God gives you to share with us. This ministry blesses me and I continue to pray for you Beth and all who are a part of this ministry.
Oh my, I’ll be spending Thanksgiving at my sister’s house. She is such the example of grace for me. If I win, she will be the winner because I will gift her with the basket.
Thanks!
Beth Moore is a great teacher!! We just finished “Children of the Day”! It was wonderful!! Thank you so much for allowing God to use you in so many women’s lives!! We love you!
When I count my blessings I always count you. You inspire me to really study God’s word. My women’s group at church is doing “Children of the Day” Thanks for sharing you gifts with us!

God has truly blessed us with her special gifts ๐
Thank you for your ministry.
Cooking is my ministry! Inviting people over…sharing food and fellowship! My husband and I live to be in the kitchen and love sharing with others! I would live to win the basket to share with someone who needs encouragement!

Spending Thanksgiving with my daughter and son-in-law and his family outside of Camp LeJeune in their first home just purchased this week. They are expecting our first grandchild in March. Thankful for all the blessings God has provided for these young people and thankful for the service our son-in-law provides for our country. Beth, your studies have strengthened me in my walk with God and helps me share the Word with those around me. Grateful for all you do in your teachings! PS-My son-on-law does most of the cooking for Thanksgiving! 3rd year for him!
The basket looks amazing!! Happy Thanksgiving!
I wish that you could do another blog with recipes. I really enjoyed that last year!
I so enjoy your enthusiasm for the Word and for life!
What a fun basket! Happy Thanksgiving!
There are always things we can be grateful for in our lives. I am grateful for LPM and, especially, the simulcasts which enable me to feel a part of a much larger worship and make me feel blessed to be a woman of God! Still have that tune in my head!
Love to you all who work so hard to include so many!
Xoxo
I lost my son to suicide Sept. 1, 2012. Since then, every day is a struggle, but holidays are extremely hard. I’m blessed to have a supportive family., but it is still hard. I used to love to cook, and, in fact, was known for my cooking. I haven’t had the desire to cook much until the last month or so. My family and friends have been encouraging me and I’ve cooked one or two meals a week. Since it’s just my husband and I, we eat out a lot. I’m wanting to contribute to our Thanksgiving meal this year and cook like I used to. The desire is coming back. I will almost have to relearn and I know there will be some failures. All of this is to say I would appreciate prayers for my husband and I during the upcoming holidays, that we will be able to find peace and comfort during this time and that my creative desire will allow me to get back into the kitchen and enjoy cooking like I once did.
Dear Judy,
Thank you for sharing with us. We are honored to pray for you!
Just moved to Kansas from San Diego to be with family, if that isn’t love… ๐ Would love to be able to share one of these gift baskets in the making of our first family Turkey dinner in our new home!

Beth, sister, you are speaking my love language: gifts!!!! This gift basket is amazing! Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of the year. A time to reflect on the year and the many blessings The Lord has so graciously given to me. Who am I that the King of Kings thinks about me and calls me His child!? Aren’t we all just so blessed!!! I am a Vegetarian needing to add to a carnivore’s Thanksgiving feast…BOY would this help in that effort!!!
Thank you for doing this…Do you see my hand raised, waving like a school girl saying. “pick me, pick me?!?” ๐
How awesome!! I cannot wait for Thanksgiving!!
Fun! These items look great, and since we have neither a Williams’ Sonoma or a Sur La Table within hours of the small town I live in, it would be fun to win. Regardless, thanks for brightening some sister’s day – whoever wins will be grateful and blessed. ๐
Thank you so much for all you do!
Thank you for the beautiful baskets and the love infused in them. Such a blessing to have an organization as Living Proof in my life.
