Thanksgiving is just days away, Sisters! Since this particular holiday, like no other on our annual calendar, centers almost entirely around a meal, it brings a whole passel of us to the kitchen. So, your friends here at Living Proof thought we would have some fun with you by wrapping up a few fabulous items for the family feast.
We have prepared two identical baskets, enabling us to do a random drawing of TWO WINNERS among the commenters to this post. That’s all you have to do to enter. Just leave one comment and on Thursday morning, we’ll close the comments and draw our two winners and announce their names at the top of this post.
The goodies from these baskets contain items from the two largest kitchen stores in Houston: Williams-Sonoma and Sur la Table. When it comes to cooking, it doesn’t get better than that. [You will see each item in a separate picture so you can get a good look at them.] I so hope the baskets end up in the hands of a couple of women who could really stand to feel a little extra-special right now or perhaps are on such a tight budget that these items would feel like a fantastic splurge. I’m looking today for entries of some women who’d slap the table with joy over ending up with these. You are all so loved and esteemed here at Living Proof and you are valuable beyond price or description to the Kingdom of Christ.
I enjoy seeing how God shows you ways to minster to us though your life lessons and his word.
God knows who will need this basket , praying for his direction .
This Thanksgiving will be one of Bittersweet Memories as my Mother-in-law just went “Home” to be with Jesus on November 1st after a long struggle with health issues. Her memorial will be on the 22nd and so on the 23rd with over 30 immediate family members, we will celebrate an early Thanksgiving sharing blessings, sorrow, love and thankfulness for all that our God has done for us.
We finished your women’s study, Children of the Day 1st and 2nd Thessalonians, this morning! It was absolutely wonderful and I’m so grateful for our time together with you. We shared great discussions and the videos felt like we were right there with you. Thank you so much!!
Today God answered my prayers in the most unexpected of ways. He always astounds me how He shows up at just the right time and in just the right way.
Thanks for thinking of us in siestaville!
Blessing sweet sister.
What a great hostess gift! My sister is taking the reins this year in making the meal for our family. Looking at all the fun items in these baskets gets me excited to experiment. The turkey baster makes me giggle! 🙂
Poised to slap that table (with Thanksgiving, of course.)
Wishing you all a blessed day full of elastic waists!
Thanksgiving month is my favorite time of year! God is good!
I just finished the study from I & II Thessalonians today…loved it! God is so good and I love Him. Thank you, Beth, for your special ability to impart His word to us. What a blessing you are!! Because of Him, Gaylene
Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!
I’ve got gratitude in my tummy!
I’m just thankful for my family, LPM, and especially for God sending His son for all of us! Blessings to you this Thanksgivings!
Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving to all!
My mother has not been able to do any cooking in a long time, but she always made the best dressing. Today I made the dressing to freeze ahead of time. I brought her in the kitchen, sat her on a stool and had her “tell me” how to make it. She seemed to really appreciate helping. We are looking for about 23 people for 3 days!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at Living Proof! You all have been instrumental in helping me grow as a beloved daughter of Christ and for that, I am grateful. I am blessed to spend Thanksgiving with my parents and family this year after a very trying and difficult period. I have so much to be thankful for! Thank you for the generosity and thoughtfulness of this contest! So much fun!
Here in N’Awlins, I’d have to “slap my Mama” if I were to win one of dem baskets. I would give to a weary sister-in-Christ.
Grateful for, and love your ministry!
Thank you Beth for always speaking a word that seems to speak to my heart. It encourages me or challenges me or convicts me. You ROCK!!
Just finished the Children of the Day Study! Amazing study. Thanks for what you do!
Blessed is she who believed!
The baskets are lovely and will be used proudly on Thanksgiving by whomever you draw. Thank you for your giving heart. Happy Thanksgiving to all of the precious ladies reading your blog. May your cups overrunneth.
I love your Bible Studies! I am excited to see Beth Moore live in Fargo ND next year!
Not only would I slap the table, I’d dance a gig!
Beth, saw you in San Diego in October, what a blessing you were to me. Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for the chance to win!
Yay! For food and Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to LPM! What a blessing your ministry is!!
I am so thankful for all of you! You are transforming lives!!
Happy Thanksgiving!! Love the idea of the basket giveaway!
How fun! Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday! It’s always a blessing to take time to recognize all the Lord has provided!
I’m thankful today for the last sunny, warm day of a brilliant NC fall. I’m thankful that He is My Story & My Song. I’m also thankful for all Beth and her team do for the Kingdom.
Would love to give this to my sister who has been ill most of the year.
You are such a blessing to so many of us. Thank you for bringing to life the Bible for us. Your studies are written for anyone and your videos are awesome. Loved seeing you in New Orleans!
This year I will be celebrating the holidays with my wonderful blended family of just over 20 years now. Great husband, wonderful kids and son-in-laws, and 4 (almost 5) grandchildren. The Lord is indeed good!
So grateful for you Beth! The LivingProof Live event in sunny San Diego was a game-changer and in Gods oh-so-perfect timing spoke just the words-and songs- I needed to hear. Thank you for your continued faithfulness and dedication to bring the Precious Word of God to your fellow sisters, and some pretty cool brothers too. Praying abundant blessings over you and your rockin’ team. Love you all dearly!!
in my first “Beth Moore” bible study and love it!! We are almost done with the study Children of the Day. It has been a wonderful blessing to study Gods word. Blessings for your holidays!
What fun baskets!! For a blessed time of year!! 🙂
Oh, I would love to win these to share with my husband’s stepmother who slaves away each Thanksgiving for her family. She’s so tired when she’s done she never even eats!
Happy Thanksgiving, Beth! Planning to have 5 groups studying “Children of the Day” after Christmas! So very thankful for all you do for the kingdom of God! Hugs! God bless you!
My younger sister always hosts Thanksgiving dinner for 18 plus every year. She loves to cook in her BIG kitchen and thank the Lord it is big because no one wants to be in any of the other rooms! My mother still makes the dressing…our oldest tradition for the dinner, and she helps with mashed potatoes…she just has a unique touch that everyone raves about. It is the highlight of our year even though Daddy went Home to Heaven two years ago. Giving thanks with family is the most moving time of year for me. I Love the Lord with all my heart and am so thankful for his Love and Mercy to me and my family. I too am thankful for you and your Bible studies that took me from victim to a VICTOR!! I learned of God’s Grace and began to understand how I could believe in Beauty for Ashes. Thank you from my heart and if I were chosen for this drawing of one of these beautiful baskets it would be my gift to my sister who does so much to keep our family close together …bringing us once a year to one table. God bless you Beth…I love you.
Love to cook this time of year! Thankful for God’s faithful provision!
Well sister theodidaktoi, I love the basket but more, I love your preaching. I love hearing about Miriam this morning. It’s time to dance!
Where has the time gone? I can’t believe Thanksgiving Day is two weeks from tomorrow.
Thanks LPM for all you do for women who desire to study The Word. Our church has a small group current studying Children of the Day. We love it! Our new associate pastor, Sara Hill, and her family would love a basket! I’d give it to them if my name was drawn. Thanks again!
Not all men have faith ….but my Lord is faithful!

I would slap the table for sure!
