I wanted to say hello by video because it just feels more personal sometimes and I also have an update that some of you might think is really fun. Watch the greeting then, if you have an I-phone or I-pad and you’re game for it, this is how to download the app:

Thanks so much for the app!!! I’ve downloaded and added my first scripture!! I appreciate everyone at LPM!!
Beth-I received my spirals in the mail this week and I am so excited to use mine and give the other one to a very special friend the Lord has recently put in my path. We are “accountability buddies” and I have memorized my first scripture (finally) and am ready to move on to the next one. I also have an I-pod touch and was able to download your App–incredible!! Thank you for all you do and for continuing to encourage each one of us. You are a blessing to me and I am so excited to learn His Word!!
Thanks for the app, my 11 year old son was happy to let me put it on his ipod touch. He has lot’s of apps but made sure that this one was on the home page for me. I didn’t order a spiral but made my own as similar as I could. I wasn’t sure what shipping would be like to Canada. So thanks so much for this FREE app it is very much appreciated!

Hi, I’m new to blogging and new to scripture memory blog. Started with my first a few days late. Now I’m wondering how to get a spiral. Also someone mentioned a downloaded spiral. What’s that? So grateful for you, Beth. Just started the updated version of A Woman’s Heart … my “baby” (24-yrs-old) is also working on it. God bless.
I was so excited when I read about the app- I almost squealed!! Then, my husband told me that it doesn’t work on my Droid. Any chance y’all will make one for those???

Ok, I need two of these spirals. How did I miss that there were special spirals. My scripture partner and I are using a regular spiral but we need the cute ones! How do I get them?

I am one of the ones who downloaded, printed very carefully on cardstock, cut, sent hubby to the store for the spiral, and glue “sticked” the cover on! 949 of us! Add that to your total! I then got excited and made a camouflage one for my son. He is doing scripture memory along with the siestas! Thanks for this option! I feel like a part and take my spiral everywhere!

What a wonderful idea. I keep my i-pod with me almost all the time so this will really come in handy for me. I received my Siesta spiral in the mail a few days ago and love it. I have been looking through my Bible for tomorrows scripture so Sabrina I was happy to hear that you didn’t have yours picked out either. I have about five…..but I have a hard time picking the “perfect” one for my second verse. You would think at 52 I would be better at making a decision…..is there a verse that speaks to that??? I am enjoying this so much. Thanks to all who have taken the time and worked so hard to make this fun for all of us. Love you!!!
I never cared about the iphone, but what with this SIESTA AP. and all…I think I want one!!! haha! I’m a little confused if i’m in the right place for my second verse of the month…but here it goes anyway!

I am SOOO excited! This is the first time I’ve downloaded an app all by myself on my i-phone. (My adult kids or husband had done all the others and most of them are things I don’t really use.) Thanks so much for the detailed instructions.
I have such a difficult time with memory verses (or memory anything for that matter) and have really wanted to commit God’s word to my heart. I ordered a spiral, but was still skeptical. Now with this app I’m just convinced I CAN do this!
One more reason to get an iphone! Waiting for my Siesta spiral still, but so excited to be memorizing Scripture with a bunch of girls! Sometimes I feel solo in my walk and its great to know that there are other women out there passionate for Jesus! Love yall!

Hey Beth, I just watched the video and was wondering if those of us doing the scripture memory, but did not order the spiral are included in the count. I figured other ladies needed the spiral more than me and decided to keep using one that got me through a particular rough season. At times all I could do was read through my spiral of verses over and over. God ministered to my broken heart and strengthed me far beyond what I ever imagined. Having scripture in your heart,mind, and soul is so vital… I submitted my first verse and am seeking the Lord for my verse for tomorrow…thankyou for the accountablility connection.
Hi Deborah, We are so happy you are with us! I think Beth mentioned in the video that the count she gave was just those that ordered spirals, which is a minimum count. We know there are so many more Siestas out there working with their own spirals, plus those who do not have access to submit their verses on the internet. God knows! We are thrilled with the encouragement through the SSMT to us, and to each other!
Mom went Home to be with Jesus this past Tuesday. Memory Verses got lost in the last days w/ hospice and funeral prep. I’ll try again w/ Isa 43:18,19 for the 30th. What a celebration, but now I’m left to fill her shoes

So sorry.. I hope this is okay that I am posting my memory verse today. I will be on a 7am flight tomorrow with 3 children ages (2,3,5) then driving most of the day to Fort Campbell Kentucky. My “little” brother is in the Army and is being deployed so we are going to send him off…I will not have access to a computer until Monday. If you can please keep mothers of the soldiers in your prayers as they send their babies off to war.

I just received my spiral so I was already excited! And just now, I downloaded the Siesta app!!!! What a great idea….thank you SO much! I can’t wait to start using it…just in time for my second verse. I participated in the last (first?) SMT and was so blessed by it!!!!
I’m ready for my memory verse but need help with this task even with your clear instructions lol. Glad my 23 yr old is home!!!!!!! Love my siestas and still praying for our siesta and the Arizona families. Love u all
This is PERFECT. I had ordered 2 spirals right away and had them sent to my parents house…but by the time they arrived, I was already on the plane back to Kuwait. It’s too expensive to mail them here, so I’m having my Mom and sister use them instead — passing on the blessing! This will do until next year. Excellent! 🙂
