Hi Lindsee!
As a fellow “Lyndsay Lou” (spelled just a bit different…but love it that you get that nickname too!), I’m so excited for you as you join LPM! I’m newer to siestaville, and usually only post memory verses, but I’m excited to get to know you! Praying God’s blessings, wisdom and direction on you as you start this new journey! Love/Lyndsay
Welcome Lindsee! I’m new to the blog. I attended the Simulcast today from Skiatook, Oklahoma. All day long, I felt that God was laying 2 words on my heart: TEEN REVIVALS!!! Now, my first thought was….I’m too OLD to be involved in anything remotely assiciated with the word “Teen!” Hmmmmm! Maybe God has other plans. I guess we will just have to wait and SEE! Blessings in your new ministry. I look forward to blogging with you on this site in the future.
Welcome Lindsee! I’m new to the blog but man I am so glad I’m here.
Beth,
I was in Lubbock Texas today and wish I was still there listening! I told my mom on the way home that I wish we could have stayed until midnight. I’ve been on cloud 9 since I left. And God is still working!
My husband has actually had a few job offers in the last year in Houston. I have never wanted to move our family. All of our immediate family is here in west Texas, so I just haven’t wanted to go. I have a good career here in a very blessed school district and have said I wouldn’t want to teach in the Houston school district. I came home tonight and told my husband that I would now be okay if we got called to Houston because I would want to be apart of your team at LP. I mean be apart in any way possible! I’m young like Lindsee and just want to serve! Isn’t God just neat? I get on your blog and here you are welcoming new staff! I now know that if we do get called to Houston God will have a ministry for me there. God will walk with me and my husband may not have to drag me behind. I might just be skipping my way there if He calls.
Thank you Beth for you obedience to your call.
Yay oh yay! I can’t wait to see what LP offers to help with ministry to girls! I have just started “mentoring” 3 high school girls and a middle school girl in our youth ministry at church and I sure could use some great bible studies. I’d so very much love to see Esther adapted! We are starting to read through Esther together tomorrow night!
Lovable Lindsee ~ ๐
So thrilled to see you sitting beside Beth and letting your light shine!! As MEDIA ASSISTANT & YOUTH SPECIALIST, you will be such a blessing to the Siestas.
I recall a quote from Charlotte Stemple. It reads, “There are no doubt many who have illuminated our paths through this life. As we are obedient to his command there will be those whose lives we may brighten. Let your light so shine.”
Lindsee, “Let your light so shine.”
Matthew 5:16
With “Heaven Bound” blessings,
Kim Safina
The ocean is waiting upon ya’ll :*
my intent was to contact beth regarding the simulcast event on 9/10/11 that i attended at a church in NJ. There were so many ways that this event was significant. I have been a Christian for 25 years. have been bound for 18 years.. how significant that the woman she referenced couldnt “straighten up ” for 18 years. Blessings on the woman who confided her pornography addiction to Beth and blessings on Beth for sharing.. It is an unspoken thing among women in the Christian community. After attending the simulcast, I came home and looked at the schedule.. I have already reserved tickets for myself and my 3 daughters for baltimore.. Beth.. KEEP TALKING!
I attended the simulcast at First Baptist Church – Mountain Home, Arkansas yesterday. I was blessed! I truly want to live an unhindered life in Jesus Christ! Thank you Beth and Travis for being faithful to the calling on your lives.
Hey Lindsee! Great to meet you! Blessings to you on your ministry! Praying that God will use you to further His kingdom!
Miss Beth, My teenage daughters and I were so blessed to be at the simulcast yesterday! Praise be to Jesus! I am so fortunate to have teenage daughters that are not “too cool to be blessed.” lol! (that was a great one!) I’m just wondering if you have any studies yet aimed at women in the body of Christ who are living under the yoke of an unsaved spouses with addictions. Without going into my whole testimony, let me just say this has been my “cross to bare” ever since I rededicated my life to Jesus 20 years ago. God, in his mercy, has continued to spare my marriage from divorce in spite of us separating three times, and the constant heartache and trials associated with his alcohol addiction. There is a HUGE range of counsel available out there, even in the Christian community. Some of it bares witness with my spirit and the Word of God, but a lot of it does not. The Lord showed me a long time ago I need to take one day at a time, and even some days, moment by moment. There is not always going to be a “formula” to follow. I need to follow him, and pray for His wisdom through each challenge and heartache my girls and I walk through.
There are SO many Christian women in my life that are struggling with husbands with addictions in one form another, and most of their husbands are believers. My heart is truly grieved when I look at what our culture, and the enemy, is using to ensnare believers (and those who might otherwise be believers) and keep them in bondage. The effects of addiction are so far reaching and multifaceted, the enemy loves it. No wonder 7 out of 10 highschool students raised in Christian homes leave the church within the first two years of being on their own. The youth has unasked questions, LOADS of them, and parents don’t have answers because they are trapped in survival mode, trying desperately to endure the cycle of addiction in their own lives, and all that entails.
Thank you Beth, and everyone at LPM! This ministry is truly a blessing! It is SO refreshing to glean from all your life experiences as we open the Word of God together. I am praying God’s rich hand of mercy and blessing to continue on the work God is doing in and through you!
Your sister in Christ!

Lindsee, welcome to my home in the Kansas City area. (You are here, you know, through this amazing technology.) I am having coffee this morning, just reeling and reveling from the simulcast yesterday. God blessed me so much! I had my beautiful daughters with me, R and R, 29 and 26, and the Spirit of God was there. Welcome Lindsee–roundabout—to Kansas Ctiy. Kit
I am brand new to the Living Proof Ministries. I have been recently invited to two of Beth’s bible studies, Revelations and Esther. Both were absolutely fabulous. I had no idea that this ministry was there for women. I had no idea you are here for me !!! I need you so much in my life and I want so badly to be a part of. I enjoyed so much the video of Lindsee. I do not know what a siesta is? Could someone please explain? And how could I possibly become involved in a daily devotion time? Is there a chat room of any kind? I am not involved with a church, I am living in a very small town and I am located in the country. I am a disabled veteran and do not go to town often. I am located in Grove, OK and was able to attend the via satellite on Sept 9th. What a thrilling experience. I am however concerned that I am not involved in the “we” of God’s children. I used to be very involved, being a professional musician. I played the organ, piano, and was a music director and soloist for many years in the local churchs. I became very ill and was unable to serve in the church I had been serving at for 5 years. They fired me…while I was in the hospital….for being sick too long!!! I have not since been able to find a place to serve…and it seems there is no place for me now. I would love to be a part of your ministry and feel needed again. What can I do? Thank you for allowing me to comment today. God bless you in all that you are doing for the many women like me that need you!
Hi Carolyn, here is the definition for what a “siesta” is. Consider yourself one! : ) Many blessings.
“Isn’t “siesta” the Spanish word for nap? Yes! Then why are our LPM blog readers called siestas? One time Beth typed out the word “sistas,” referring to our blog readers, and her spell checker wanted her to change it to “siestas.” The name stuck! You can read about it here. If you read this blog, consider yourself a siesta! It’s just another word for sister.”
Dear Sweet Lindsee!!
I am beyond thrilled for you! Welcome to the wonderful new position God has placed you in. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You are going to be an amazing influence on so many young hearts seeking after God. I can not tell you enough how much it is needed for leaders like you to minister in the life of young girls.
There is a strong need to help bridge the gap between children’s church and adult service ministry for girls. Young women, as myself are tired of watered down ministry.
Yesterday I attended the Beth Moore Live Simulcast and I looked around and only saw a hand full of young women my age. I thought how wonderful would it be if 180,000 young women my age (I am 20) were also being reached in the early years of their life. And then I came home and got on the LPM blog for the first time and saw this and was overjoyed!
My heart beats for women’s ministry and to raise up young girls to become strong women in Christ starting at a young age. There are so many girls hungry and searching for something in their life. Something real. I will be praying for you and your new ministry!!
Thank you Lindsee!!
๐ Sara Lauren
Praise God for His direction to reach out to young women too! I have 2 young daughters (ages 10 & 8) that I have been very eager to introduce to Living Proof ministries b/c of the HUGE impact it has made on my own life and walk with my precious JESUS! Praise God for Lindsee Lou! I will be faithfully praying for the days ahead and thank you Momma Beth for your faithful ear to God’s calling and direction! LOVE YOU all so much!
Praise God for His direction to reach out to young women too! I have 2 young daughters (ages ten and eight) that I have been very eager to introduce to Living Proof ministries b/c of the HUGE impact it has made on my own life and walk with my precious JESUS! Praise God for Lindsee Lou! I will be faithfully praying for the days ahead and thank you Momma Beth for your faithful ear to God’s calling and direction! LOVE YOU all so much!
This is awesome – I was at a host site for the simulcast yesterday and after debating back and forth decided not to take my 15 year old daughter with me. Throughout the day I alternately wished I had taken her or was glad I hadn’t. I thoroughly enjoyed the simulcast – I do not remember the last time I spent the day so immersed in the Spirit. It was wonderful.
BUT
I am so very glad to see that there will be a ministry focus geared towards girls my daughter’s age. I hope it does spread beyond the local area so our daughters can be blessed by it as well.
Beth, I love it when you get in front of the camera to tell us about all the things the Lord is working on in your midst. So excited for Lindsee and know that the Lord will use her in a mighty way. I am so grateful for the many ways God used girls’ ministry in my life. Made the way a little easier to navigate. So, for all those young women that are out there that will benefit from the addition of Lindsee, I say thank you! Love you so much, Lynda
Oh Praise the Lord for laying the hearts of young girls and young women on your hearts Beth and Lindsee! Praise the Lord that you both listened to God’s prompting! : ) It’s not easy being obedient, so I am thankful that you both were in this case in particular! : ) You can actually feel the desperate cries of us mammas in this blog after introducing Lindsee to us — we all are thrilled to bits that soon there will be bible studies like Beth’s geared for these young girls/women! Oh but it can’t come fast enough of course! So we’ll pray for patience as we wait for God’ timing with these new resources — oh who are we kidding, do hurry anyway! : ) I have 2 precious daughters, age 15 and almost 12. Thank you Jesus for this precious ministry You have ordained to begin at “such a time as this”. Oh the Lord is GOOD!
Welcome Lindsee!
I’m so glad to hear that you’ll be working in girls’ ministry with LPM! I volunteer with teens, and have wanted to find a way to pass along to them what God has shown me through the Bible studies and Beth’s teaching in a way that will impact them as much as He has impacted me. I’m excited to hopefully one day soon get to go through Believing God with my girls! I’ve even longed for a teen adaptation of Breaking Free. I really look forward to seeing how God grows this new ministry at LPM. May God bless you with immeasurable wisdom, strength and unending creativity! We are thankful to have you with us!
Wow, Lindsee~
These posts are simply amazing. You are getting such unconditional love & support from so many ladies from all over the globe. It warms my heart.
You need to print these off so if you ever have an “off” day, you can read them.
Remember we love you, & God has put you in the right place at the right time.
Prayers for you,
Ann

Welcome Lindsee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beth, I’ve been in your bible studies, been to worship with you at different places, and I thank God for you and your ministry. I’ve never e-mailed you before, but my church First Baptist Proctorville Ohio carried your simulcast 9-10-11 and I just want to say thank you for sharing your ministry with me. You are such an inspiration in my life. Im 64 and God amazes me every time I see you how he sends me another message through you. God Bless you abundantly. I can’t wait till I get to see you again in person or simulcast. God is so good.Your sister in Christ. Dorothy Williams
Lindsee!
I just watched your interview ๐ I am so excited for you!! This makes it even more real… You will be FABULOUS! I love you friend!
Lindsey
PS- Maybe you can do some triathlons with these girls ๐ The LP Tri Team! Haha.. Since we conquered Galveston! Haha teasing… love you!
Welcome Lindsee! Looking forward to all God will do through this new endeavour!
Had a great time at the Simulcast this weekend. I was on our site prayer team and had the priviledge of praying Scripture with a woman and another member of our prayer team. God was at work in a very obvious way in our group of 150 worshiping and learning with you! Thank you Beth and your team!!
I went to your simulast Saturday at a little town in GA. named Whigham. I thought it was super! About your dream… you said it was on the 18th when you dreamed your husband left you and later you talked about the women who couldn’t straighten up for 18 years. Did you realize they were both the 18th? I picked up on it right away. There may not be a connection but God may have been trying to tell you something you could use for your study. I don’t know, just thought it was strange and I know there are no coincidences with God. I thank God for you and your ministry. You’ve definitely been an inspiration to me and God has used your studies to help me draw closer to him. May God continue to use you and richly bless you.
God Speed.

Hello Beth,
I was at the conference in Salt Lake City a couple of weeks ago and I was wondering if you have any DVD’s of the music with the sign language interpretor. I am interested in learning to worship in sign language and the woman you have made the motions so directed to God. Could you tell her that I was deeply touched by her?
I appreciate all that you and your team do to bring Bible study to women. I pray that your house and your parents house are ok in the fires.
Sincerely in Christ,
Tami Hall
agree with this completely she was stunning!!
So excited!!!! I have a 4 yr old girl and I have been praying you would start something up for girls!!! She is quite young mow but she will be a teen before I know it!
Welcome Lindsee,
I have seen your posts for a long time here on the blog and on Amanda’s blog. May the Lord use you mightily in this ministry for His glory and renown.
I was just on a FB page that only had comments about Saturday’s simulcast, and it said it is an official Beth Moore FB page. But now, I just watched Linsee’s introduction, and thought I heard Beth say that there is no FB page. So, I’d like to know if you can tell me the answer to this question. Don’t misunderstand; all of the comments on the FB page were from those who saw you on Saturday, and they were all very nice, but if it’s not going to Lifeway, then I’d rather stick with this blog. Thanks for any attention to this query.
Hi Karen, as of last week, we officially have a LPM facebook page. You can find it by searching “Living Proof Ministries with Beth Moore”. There are a few other facebook pages out there that were set up for other events that we are currently working with to eventually take down. So, those comments are going straight to LPM and me who run the facebook page. I hope that answers your question!
Thank your for another awesome simulcast. I have been blessed by at least three of these. I would like to recommend that you put in the handout or publish the affirmations we speak to one another at the end. They are powerful and having them in writing would be helpful.
Thanks for considering this.
Blessings!
Welcome Lindsee!!!
Can’t wait to see what the Lord leads you to do in Siestaville!
Our Lindsey is also known as Lindsey-lou. She’s 6, but will think it’s very cool to “know” someone else with the same nickname!
welcome lindsee!!!!!!
Welcome Lindsee. May God bless everything you set your hand to do.
I am so excited about Lindsee! I have 4 daughters (ages 11 – 2) and I have been searching for sound study for my oldest two for quite a while. If some of the Bible studies I have done by Beth could be adapted to my girls’ age groups it would be such a huge blessing and make my heart so happy! I will be in much prayer about this. Godspeed! Thank you, ladies!
P.S. My little church hosted the simulcast this past weekend and had 100 ladies from our community attend. It was so awesome! Our ladies’ ministry group has never attempted anything like this before and we saw God bless in ways we couldn’t imagine. Thank you but, really, thank you, JESUS!
Welcome Lindsee!
I am excited to see how you will contribute to the blog here! When Beth and you started talking about girl’s ministry, it definitely hit a soft spot on my heart. As I am 25, but my little sister is 15. And sometimes I am lost to how I might minister to her. So I am excited to receive some encouragement! ๐
Sister in Christ,
Danielle
Welcome Lindsee! Beth, I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Lubbock. Thank you for answering God’s call. Suggestion: I’m thinking an older lady on the praise team would be a bridge to the older women (many) that come to your conferences. I’m thinkin’…oh, let’s see, someone 58 years old, short spiky platinum hair, hip dresser, laughs alot because life is fun, loves the ministry through music and is called to it, from Houston but lives in New Mexico, is about to end a full time music ministry position to get married and move to ABQ, sings to blend with others but can solo when needed, and loves your vision for ministry. I even know someone that fits all of those points. Now, where do I apply? BTW, tell Stephen we love him.
Congrats Lindsee! God bless you in this new season of life!
I have 3 daughters and one son. It will be a blessing to have LPM Bible study materials and such for my girls to learn from. I am so excited to see where God leads you in this Media/Young Ladies Ministry at LPM!
My darling 15 year old announced for a few weeks and then acted upon her resolve not to go to church anymore. I told her I didn’t mind which church but she had to go to a church regularly. A change in youth leaders has soured her a little. Lindsee, I’m so glad you are reaching out to her age. I look forward to being encouraged by the material you provide. Best blessings!
Welcome Lindsee! What a great thing God is doing in our midst. So excited!
Of course we love Lindsee! One perk to having her as an employee? If you have a car full of women she is more than happy to ride in the cargo hold…ha ha!
And if I may make a special request it would be that her next visit to the studio would involve a tutorial in which she demonstrates how to achieve her perfectly styled bangs.
Love you Lindsee Lou and congratulations to all of you!!!!
This is so wonderful. As a mother of a teenage daughter, (that saw her first Beth Moore Living Proof Simulcast this past Saturday, and loved Beth as much as I do) I am thrilled to see Lindsee added to the team. And can’t wait for the facebook page also, for my daughter and her friends (and momma too) ๐
Hi Cheryl! You can find the facebook page by searching “Living Proof Ministries with Beth Moore”. It is now up!
Welcome Lindsee, love the way you spell your name!
Hi Lindsee! Welcome! Sounds like an exciting journey God has you on! I love the idea the LP is heading with the Girl’s Ministry! So needed!
Blessings!
Xena
Excited ! ๐
