Warmest of welcomes to you, Lindsee Lou! Can we call you our baby siesta? You are beautiful and I am excited to see where the Lord leads you in serving Siestaville. I have a sweet 6 year old daughter named Libby and we call her Libby Liu when she is being especially cute! 😉 You’re going to to great things! Thank you in advance and enjoy this season.
🙂
PRAISE GOD!!!! This is an answer to many prayers Beth and Lindsee! I am a high school youth leader to some amazing young women and love bible study with you, Beth. I can’t tell you how many times I have told people how incredible it would be if your studies were adapted for the busy lives of our high school girls. I am just about ready to jump out of my chair with excitement and it’s 11:00 at night!!!! I was at Living Proof Live at Grace Church in Minneapolis and God spoke this to me that His word needed to be shared with my girls and other girls the way you share it with so many women Beth. I remember hearing you tell about a young group of high school girls who had just finished the Breaking Free study and I thought if only I could lead my girls on that. I hope to do it this summer with a group of upper classmen girls. He is absolutely in charge and absolutely has His hand on this. Just as you are certain about Lindsee, I too am certain about this venture!!!! WOOHOO!!! Can’t wait to tell my girls this exciting news! Thank you for your incredible work, the impact you’ve had on my life and the impact you’re going to have on generations to come through His Holy Spirit. (I’m a little passionate about our youth, can you tell?) 😉
Lindsee, I think this is sooooo awesome, I have 7 granddaughters ranging from 15 to 7 and I soooo want especially the teenagers to get plugged into this. Maybe I will see you Saturday in Lubbock.Welcome on board.
Welcome Lindsee 🙂 and congrats!! This is such wonderful news! I’m excited to see what amazing things God is going to unfold. God bless you hun 🙂
I just had to share that while I was watching this video my three year-old was repeatedly climbing on my lap, kissing my cheek, and saying, “I love you Mom!” What a great way to spend time in Siestaville!
Welcome, Lindsee- can’t wait to see what wonderful things the Lord is going to do through you in your new ministry!
Hey Lindsee…welcome from Canada….
I am so excited for you…and for us!!! I’ve facilitated so many of Beth’s studies for the ladies in our church and as the high school girls’ SS teacher, I was always using bits and pieces. I am beyond thrilled to think that at some point some of them may be specifically adapted for them!I want desperately to see God established firmly in their hearts so that perhaps they can learn some of life’s toughest lessons the easy way and not the hard way like I did. You are precious and our Jesus is mighty! What a combo! I will be praying for you, darlin’ girl!
That’s my heart too, Cindy! Keep leading and teaching then. You are a blessing!
Welcome, Lindsee! How exciting! I pray you are blessed beyond measure in this new role you are undertaking for it sounds like the Lord hand-picked you to be s part of something big. xo
Mazel Tov Lindsee! Love, Naomi
Welcome Lindsee! I just want to say that God is so gracious and doesn’t waste one inch of ground, even if it is in the taking of 15 minutes before i go to bed to check in and see what’s happening with all of you. Listening to the two of you and listening to how God has called you to this place for His purpose completely spoke to my heart. I kept welling up with tears of excitement as He used you to remind me that i, too, have a true call on my life–on my heart. And what He has planned in advance for us no eye has ever seen; no ear has heard; and no mind has comprehended…can you hardly wait to see what is in store?! May it be so, in His name! God bless you.
Lindsee ~ So glad you’re in Siestaville to help with Younger Siestas! God bless you with His Presence and His wisdom!! Can’t wait to meet you in January!
LINDSEE! Precious girl! What absolute joy it is for me to have been with you at the girl’s conference when you first sense God’s leading you to encourage and bless young women. It thrills me to see how your journey with the Father has led you to this point. Rest assured…I’m on your sidelines cheering you on to the beautiful journey ahead! I love you to pieces!
Lauri! I love you to pieces. You prayed me here! I love you!
This is just AWESOME!!!! Welcome Lindsee, Looking forward to what God has for you to do!
Welcome Lindsee! Many prayers your way.
Oh how my heart is rejoicing to think that our Lord is going to be addressing this need for the future women!!! This is an answer to very recent prayer. Praise the Lord Lindsee and I am very excited to watch how the Lord will use you here!!!
Welcome, Lindsee! You will be a big part of Siestaville. Who knows? Maybe it will become Siestanation!!
Welcome Lindsee! God bless you! 🙂 I can’t wait to see the things God brings from this new phase of LPM ministry. My imagination is going wild thinking of the mighty light a generation of Jesus-adoring young girls could shine on this ever-darkening world. Gives me goosebumps of joy!
P.S.- Beth…your hair is GORGEOUS in this video…I’ve never seen your color look better! Love you so much! xo♥
P.S.S – Praying for the fires to die out. God bless Texas.
I feel kinda dumb but, I have an off topic question and didn’t know where to post it. This is my first blogging experience. How would one set up a simulcast at their church? I have tried looking on the living proof website for the info and couldn’t find it. Sorry about the off-topic-ness of my comment!
And a big welcome to Lindsee! Prayers coming your way from Annapolis, MD!
Sarah
Hi Sarah! I’m not sure they are taking any more simulcast host sites, but you are welcome to go look at this like to see if there are any sites near you. I hope that is helpful! http://www.lifeway.com/Article/Living-Proof-Live-Simulcast-Host-Sites
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Lindsee! God has sent some amazing women to our church. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t be able to make it to any of the simulcasts in MD because the closest one is 2 hours away. Many of our ladies who are seeking also have some major health issues that prevent them from travelling. I thought if it were possible to do it at our church it may resolve that issue. I trust that God will provide a way even if it isn’t during this season of “the tour”. God’s timing is perfect and perhaps God has more preparation for our ladies before this can happen. If you know of a way to find out how to sign up for the next time or where I could find that information I would really appreciate it. If not, that is cool too!
Sarah
BTW – my family nicknamed me Sardy Loo when I was little and it stuck… thought of that during the vimeo today 🙂
So excited for you Lindsee and the work God will be doing through you with young women! You are an inspiration! I LOVE reading your blog and I’m so excited that God has brought you to Living Proof Ministries! Blessings!
Welcome Lindsee!! Blessings to you and the team!!

Love you Mama Beth! and Love YOU LINDSEE!!! Can’t wait for simulcast on Saturday!
Welcome Lindsee!!!
I also lead a small group of freshman girls. They have been mine since they were in 7th grade and I’m madly in love with them. I’m so looking forward to what you will bring to Living Proof that I can share with them! Glory to God!!
Welcome Lindsee! I have two daughters, 15 and 11, and know they will be blessed in some way by your work. I am bringing my 15 year old to her first Living Proof event(the simulcast) this weekend. I know you have a lot of ideas, but I will throw this out there – How about a blog for these young girls? Maybe you have one already?
Anyway, blessings to you. Thanks for following Jesus.
Welcome Lindsee! Thank you for sharing how God has been shaping and preparing your heart for this work…it is always worshipful to be reminded of Hlis sovereign hand guiding all things for His purposes. 🙂
I just recently discovered the blog, so do you mind sharing your blog with us again? As a fellow 20-something with a heart for women’s ministry, I would love to hear more about your life and perspective!
Praise God for His Spirit making these needs and callings known to us!
Looking forward to hearing more from you!
Jen
Welcome to your new ministry Lindsee!
Welcome, Lindsee! Praising God for bringing you to the LPM team and for your heart for girls and looking forward to meeting you in January! I have four precious grandsons but think the door might be open just a crack for one more chance for a sweet granddaughter! :-}
Yay! I hope you get that precious granddaughter.
Welcome Lindsee!
Welcome aboard Lindsee Lou! What an exciting season God has you in right now! From one great ministry to another – He is Faithful!
Welcome Lindsee!!! For the past two years we have held a college age BS. We’ve done Esther, Daniel (favorite), Believing God and Breaking Free. We start Revelation next week. My husband does John Piper studies with the guys. We average around 40 students each week.
How awesome that you will be able to prepare the younger group! Most of the girls coming into our studies (18-19 yo) have never had a BS before.
Follow God radically! If you aren’t living on the edge, you are taking up too much room!!
Peace,
Cynthia
Yay for Lindsee!!! You ladies are SO AMAZING in your ministry! May God bless you BOTH! :0)
Hi Lindsee,
You two are beautiful! Inside and outside!
Welcome Lindsee! I’m sure you will bring so much to this ministry!
May God bless you in everything you do!
Love,
Mi Caséca
I am sooooo excited for this new focus! Thank you for caring about these young ladies and their lives and hearts….I love this! Thank you Lindsee for doing this…and Beth and Living Proof for see the need and going with it.
Yay!
Welcome Lindsee!!!
Welcome Lindsee! What an exciting time! Praying for you and the LPM ministry.
I will definitely be praying for the young girl’s ministry to grow and develop as I have an 11 and 14 year old. They have already been blessed by this blog and ministry in so many ways. Not only things like the Scripture memory and the countless times of listening to Beth Moore’s cd’s in the car, but for instance, I ordered the Duty or Delight bible study that was recommended on here and hadn’t gotten to it yet. My 14 year old saw it, asked if she could do it and is LOVING it!
Much love to all at LPM,
michelle in VT
Hi Michelle! That is so, so awesome. I know Tammie would be thrilled to know a 14 year old is doing her study. Thank you for your prayers and sweet welcome. Blessings!
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to drop a prayer request. I haven’t been im Siestaville for a year…bad morning sickness and a five month old later here i am. My grammer will be poor and my spelling lacking as i am pumping a bottle and typing at the same time (how’s that for a visual?). i am heading off to facillitate the esther study at my church in the next few minutes. first day!!!! please pray that we will have our socks blessed off!!! Beth im praying God’s annointing on you as you teach us…b/c the Spirit is outside f our time, my prayers now can cover you then!
I just realized in my rush to get out the door I quickly wrapped up my message forgetting to say hi to you Lindsee! I watched the video and was grateful to get to put face with name, with voice. Thank you for serving us!!! And I pray you reap a bountiful harvest of blessing ( I know that must sound so churchy but I mean it!!)
Blessings,
Katie
Welcome Lindsee Lou!!!
Welcome Lindsee! This is so exciting! Thank you for listening to God’s prompting…excited to see what develops with the “Youth Specialist” part of your ministry!!
How fun! It’s always exciting when God’s Spirit is on the move doing a new thing. It will be fun to get to know you Lindsee. 🙂 Blessings on this new venture!
YEA!!! I am so excited to hear about the direction toward youth…. my daughter is looking forward to going to her first Beth Moore event in Austin next July… to think that you are developing a direction towards youth is thrilling.. God is soooo good. thanks for listening and being available to him….
I am so happy and excited for you, Lindsee! You are such a beautiful person. You have been called by God to a ministry that is very close to my heart as well. I’m so excited to see how God will use you in this precious and much needed ministry. I will be praying for you and this new ministry. What a wonderful opportunity to share God’s love and do His will. God bless you and your ministry.
Amy
Welcome Lindsee!!!
Praise God!! I am SO excited to hear about the new part of the ministry, what a tremendous need!! I am praying that God will bless it far beyond Houston’s boundaries because we need all the help we can get to raise our girls to love Jesus and become women of the One and Only True God.
SO excited to see what God has planned for Lindsee!! I know it will be great! Beth, I have to tell you this.. I watched the video late last night before I went to bed and then I dreamed about you all night!! You were in my town for a weekend event but it was just for a small group and you were staying at my house!! We had a great time!! You came in the kitchen one morning for breakfast and had already done your hair -it was big…I said ” Oh Beth, can I please just touch it?”.. and your reply was NO!! So funny that I dreamed that after seeing the Big Hair teeshirt. Anyway, when you were saying goodbye you gave me something…I cant remember what you called it but it had the words “be quiet and listen” and I said, oh my Beth.. that is exactly what I need to do. My dream ended but Beth, that is exactly what I need to do!! Be quiet and listen to God! Most of the time I am doing the talking… I need to be quiet and listen! So, God is using you even in my dreams!!
love you lots!!
Martha in MS
Welcome Lindsee,
I pray that your young sweet spirit will bring more of young women into Jesus’ family.
Welcome,
LisaC
Lindsee,
Praise God for You! I don’t know you but look forward to getting to know you. I’m so thankful that LPM sees the great need in the “girls” ministry area. I so wish you’d have been around when my little girl was growing up. How blessed we all are by you already. Welcome beautiful child of God, we love you so.
Welcome lindsee Eddy!!! I am very excited to see this door open for you and all of us!
love you as you keep seeking Gods will!
Don’t let the pressure from us all weigh you down but let our prayers and support encourage you daily.
Hi Lindsee, I’m glad to meet you via the blog video! I’m still learning the ropes around here. I’ll look for your blog and the other things you will be bringing to ‘Siestaville’.
Beth, I loved the t-shirt! I can remember my big hair days back in the 80’s. Now I wish I had that much hair left on top of my old head. smilin’….
