What a unique and special place God has called you to, Lindsee, many blessings to you on this new journey!
Many years ago I did a little bit of volunteer work at the LP office when it was on Hwy 6, and I remember the sweet spirit that I felt when I first walked in the door, it was always so obvious that God was at work in that place!
This is just toooo wonderful!!!
Welcome Lindsee and love from all of SiestaVille.
I have two grown sons close to your age. I KNOW the joy and blessing young women bring to our lives. I’ve grown to love several special young women through my sons and through the relationship I have with my nieces. Young women NEED our Lord’s loving touch. God’s awesome impact can alter their lives and therefore impact generations as the word promises us.
I am one of the Siestas who is moving faster than I would like toward the “lining of the coffin” (Beth, I laughed and almost fell out of my chair).- We “Old Girls” need ministry and redemption because we did NOT have a “GIRLS'” ministry!!! MaMa Beth you are addressing those needs, if we will keep opening ourselves up to the healing and abundant life our Lord promises-
Lots of love, appreciation, excitement and blessings to you and yours, An Aunt Siesta-
Welcome, Lindsee! You are darlin’ and I know you’ll do a great job for the young Siestas.
This is such an awesome God-thing!!! Lindsee, I know He has amazing plans in store for you and the whole LPM team! It excites me to know my Kathryn (11) may soon have materials and possibly events?!? geared just for her with the quality and spirituality Beth and the team bring to everything! Thank you all so much for keeping your ears and hearts tuned in to the Spirit’s voice!
Much love, Melanie in Groesbeck, TX
I am so excited for the girl’s ministry! I am a mother of five daughters and search for more ways to teach them about the Lord. This is an answer to my prayers. Thank you.
LINDSEE!!!! As your friend and adoring fan, I am THRILLED for you!! This is beyond fabulous, and you are a PERFECT FIT. And as a mama of 3 girls (almost 11, 10, and 5), I’m soooooo thankful for you and this new position. Praying for you, sweet girl! Love you!!
Welcome, Lindsee, to your new job. I can’t wait for my 13-year old granddaughter to get involved in a Bible study geared for her age!! Thank you for being obedient to God’s calling. Can’t wait to see what God has in store.
Welcome Lindsee! I am excited for you! Jesus is just wonderful as He unfolds all He has for us! Blessings!
Welcome, Lindsee! I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you and us! I have a 14-year-old daughther, and I would love help and ideas on how to keep her excited about Jesus as she navigates high school. Right now, she is dealing with just starting her freshman year and not feeling “popular.” Not a unique problem, I know! So any ideas on how to help young ladies feel better about themselves and their roles in God’s kingdom would be greatly appreciated!! Welcome, welcome!
The timing could not be more perfect. I have met a college Christian who is very concerned about her roommate dating a non-Chirstian and has asked me twice now if I know of any books she can recommend to her. Evidently they have talked and the young lady is wanting some guidance. Any suggestions (I have suggested love Him as your Husband first, they want other books) Any advice? can email me at [email protected] thanks Siestas and Lindsee. Now you at least have an idea for a book!
So happy about the ministry growing and reaching out to young girls! So proud of Lindsee!! Praise God!!
Welcome Lindsee! I can’t tell you how excited I am over the idea of branching out into girls ministry. I absolutely raised my hand in praise to Jesus, Beth, when you mentioned Believing God because as it happens, my small group will be welcoming our very first high school student to just that very study beginning the end of the month! I’ve had a heart for it for quite some time. I did BG 7 years ago and wish I’d have done it when I was in high school! What a thrill.
You can count on my prayers to join yours for God’s wisdom and direction in this new area. I appreciate what you all do SOO much! Praise the Lord!
Melanie
Welcome Lindsee! As a mom of three teenage girls I am SO glad you are on board. Praise the Lord as He continues to bless LPM with His obvious ordination and providence! Can’t wait to see more of you.
Yay Lindsee!! I’m so glad that you’re around, it will be great to get to know you!
Yay Lindsee! I am so super excited to hear about your position! What a blessing you will be to so many young girls. I am the mother of three girls( and oh the drama!). I am constantly searching for ways to “incorporate” Gods word into their lives and “issues”. They are all very young, but my goodness how fast they pick up on things around them. I have 7 year old twins and they are like little sponges to the world around them- so impressionable. They need positive role models and good dose of God’s word EVERYDAY- ALL DAY! I look forward to seeing you and hearing Jesus speak through you, as you navigate His word into the lives of young ladies!
Oh Lindsee! So excited to hear about your job. I’ve been leading and adapting Beth’s studies for high school girls for years! I can’t wait to see what you do with it! Congratulations and welcome!!!!!
Hi Lindsee!
You are adorable! You fall right between the ages of my 2 daughters and look like you could be one of them! Thank you for being here, there for us!
Love from Bakersfield, CA
ps- Beth, just so you know, I too miss big hair! It was so flattering! I still do a poof, of course, and most days my girls try to smash it down! ๐
So excited to see Lindsee come on board with Living Proof and minister grace and truth to a generation that is being bombarded with so many lies.
I’ve had the pleasure of follwing Lindsee on Twitter and I love seeing her continue to step into who she was created to be.
Praying God does exceedingly, abundantly above all you could ask or think!
I am so excited to hear of a ministry for young girls. I so hope it is something we can all be exposed to in the near future as I have two girls in that “generation” right now and am looking for a way they can connect on their own/apart from myself.
May God bless you all as you move forth in his Spirit!!!
Welcome Lindsee! A very dear friend lead the study of Daniel with no adaptations for our youth girls two summers ago. The high school juniors and seniors loved it. They felt it was applicalbe to their lives, and they felt challenged in all areas…mentally, emotionally, just to “live the thing out.” So happy to hear that you are moving into this area of ministry. It is so needed.
Welcome Lindsee!! What exciting job you have ahead!
Hello, Lindsee Lou ๐
I am a newer Siesta that only makes comments with my Memory Verses every 2 weeks. However, I did want to post a comment on behalf of those of us more “quiet” Siestas to say that even though we don’t make many comments we welcome you with open arms and pray God’s grace and strength over you as you begin this exciting season of ministry.
Love in Jesus,
Kate, from Cheney, WA
Love how media is being used for God’s glory!!
We get to see what He’s doing in the Living Proof Ministry and it is so very exciting!
I bet you all live in a constant state of chill bumps and hair-on-fire excitement, as you work under the Creator of the Universe’s orders.
It will be thrilling to see young ladies’ lives being changed as they finally find a safe and true place to go with their peers to learn, be mentored, and grow closer to our Lord.
Dream BIG, Lindsee Lou…we serve a great BIG God!!!
So glad to meet you on the blog.
Welcome Lindsee!! I have never met you but feel as if I have :-). I have read your blog for a couple of years now and enjoy it. Blessings
Praise God! What wonderful news! Thank you, Lindsee for letting God work through you! I got goosebumps when you announced that Lindsee would be helping start formating Beth’s studies for girls! My prayers are being answered! ๐
Welcome Lindsee!! I’ve been away from Siestaville for the majority of the year so far, but was thrilled and excited when I saw this post!! Best wishes as you and LPM begin to reach out to our young generation with the truth of God’s healing love and power that sets us free.
Went to TAMU to hand out information on the Simulcast to Aggies. So moved encouraging young women to come and hear about God. This is what I want to do, talk to people tell them how much they are loved. Give them life. I had to leave about 5 on a table I was moved to tears talking to one young lady her eyes just got to me, as she was listening to me tell her about God. I pray she comes tomorrow to the Simulcast we are hosting. Beth, I wept as I sat in my car afterward, thank You Jesus for Beth for using her to spread the Good News to so many. Thank You Father. Lindsee we serve an awesome God, I wanted to gather all the college girls on campus and bring them in buses to the simulcast!
Yanna, I pray some of those girls that I know go to A&M join as well. What a blessing it will be. We do serve an amazing God. Praise Him!
Welcome, Lindsee Lou!!! You look beautiful inside and out. I’m sure God is going to do wonderful and mighty things through the ministry He has entrusted to your care.
Middle school and high school girls-yep, they need ministering to! Please let’s not forget our girls who are starting college and making their way through the murky waters there.
God bless!!!
Oh Pam! We would never forget those sweet college girls. They are VERY near to our hearts as well. So very near! Thank you for saying hello. : )

Heartbroken over home church in MS where pastor and music minister resigned two weeks ago.
Welcome, Lindsee! What an honor it is to be accompanied by a young God loving woman here in Siestavilla. It is my pleasure to come to know and love you! May the Lord’s fruit be abundant in your life and overflow into the Media/Young Ladies Ministry role at LPM and beyond. Glory be to God!
Welcome, Lindsee!
My 14 year-old-daughter and I are so excited about the prospect of some of Beth’s studies being adapted for a younger audience! I love doing in-depth Bible studies like Beth writes, and have had such a hard time finding a similar format for my girls. (The others will soon be ready for something like that, too.)
Go Jesus!
Welcome Lindsee, So excited to see what God has planned! Love you Beth and praying God’s blessings on all of you! and may God bless Amanda in a special way for putting her family as her top priority as it should be! Thanks for letting us know what’s happening. ๐
Hey Beth and Lindsee!
I am 13 years old and have done Daniel, the patriarchs, and more. This next year I am doing some more of your studies Beth! I think it is so cool that you are a youth person Lindsee, even if it won’t effect me yet ๐ God bless the whole staff at Living Proof Ministries!
Welcome Lindsee! Praying that you will be so blessed as you begin this new adventure.
Hey, Lindsee ๐ I’m glad to meet you. I know God has great plans for you, and I look forward to seeing what He has in store as He works through you.
Welcome Lindsee – well, I guess you have already been here, but so glad to hear about the new position & how you will be filling it!!!
with love,
Barb
Lindsee, I am so excited for your position and to see what it will look like down the road. I’m an elementary school teacher and would love to implement some of the ideas you bring to this ministry in my classroom. Congratulations on your new job! After looking over the comments on this post it sounds like you have a LOT of support!
Welcome Lindsee! I’m on here often, although I’ve been a bit of a slacker to my blog this past year or so. I remember seeing your comments & your sweet face and I remember looking at your blog a couple of years ago after reading a comment you had made on here. I don’t remember exactly what I wrote to you, but I know it was something telling you that you were a very special young lady. You impressed me from the very first time I looked at your blog. At that time I was working with the youth at my church & I too have such a heart for teenage girls. I think it’s great to have this new ministry added for our young ladies. We are starting “Believing God” (I’m the facilitator) next Monday at my church and we have 52 signed up and they range in ages from 16 to 80. It’s so exciting! I’m going to tell those younger gals about the blog and encourage them to get acquainted with you. God is so good and so faithful! I love how He has worked this out – in His time!
Welcome, Lindsee! As the momma of a daugther, I am thrilled for your addition to the staff. May God richly bless your work for the kingdom!

Welcome Lindsee!! Wow, did my mouth drop open or what as you and your ministry there at Living Proof were introduced?! I can truly affirm the wind of the Spirit is moving in this direction from experience.
Let me explain — The last two of Beth’s studies I have facilitated in January 2010 and 2011 have had two mother/daughters involved. I have been both blessed tremendously and excited to have the younger high school ladies doing the study with us. BUT something even more fabulous happened in the study earlier this year as we were going through the revised tabernacle study, A Woman’s Heart. One of the daughters visited our group because she had spent the night with one of the other daughters’ family. She really came there to meet back up with her mom. As we went through the discussion she listened very intently then watched the video with the group. I didn’t know it then but she enjoyed it so much her mom later said she literally BEGGED her to go out and get her own workbook so she could join us!!! Glory to God!!! I can’t remember exactly which session she attended but I think it was definitely past the halfway point — to think this young lady jumped right into the middle of the tabernacle study and she stayed with it to the very end …. praise God! I was just in awe of what God was doing in our small group.
Our group of ladies has been meeting every January for several years now—it has not always been the same ones but this coming January now we will officially have three mother/daughters in it!!!! ๐ Like you said, Beth, we go where the Spirit leads and I’m always sensitive to pray, God please draw whoever YOU want to be in the study this particular time.
I am in the process of preparing for the Daniel study for January 2012. God has put this one on my heart I think especially to teach us how to have integrity in our crazy culture. Please pray for us as we study the word this coming January. I’ll keep you updated on how God is working in our group.
Love all you guys—-thank you Beth for all you have meant in my spiritual growth personally over the years.

It will be nice to get to know you, Lindsee! It is wonderful to see how God has been shaping your ministry to make you a perfect fit for this job!
Welcome, Lindsee!
I saw the tweets about you and also Lubbock, watched the video with your sweet face in it, and (sadly) missed today’s simulcast (airing NOW at Burke Community Church, Burke, VA)… and have been praying with JOY for all! So excited for you and for what the Lord is doing in your life – and how it will build up his beautiful daughters! YAY, FATHER! He is so, so sweet to us and knows we need that. Blessings, Siesta! Watching for your posts!
Welcome Lindsee! I look forward to hearing from you.
I am excited to hear about the movement toward girls ministry. Being a mom to a tween and a mentor to middle school girls, I see the need for more intense bible study for girls. I know the confirmation classes are more about learning the basic tenents of a life of faith, which is extremely important. However there is a missing element of what the Word of God really means in a young person’s life.
As a mentor to middle school girls in a public school, we are not allowed to speak about faith. Interestingly, the group of 8 young women last year, my mention of leading women’s bible study in my church as part of who I am, was where a number of them seemed to connect with me. We discuss values such as respect, honest, love, scholarship, etc., so I try to model Christian values through our discussions.
Blessings to all in Siestaville,
Mary Ann, Woodbury, MN
As one of those older high school girls, can I say I’m so excited about this! ๐ I love LPM and have never minded sort of “translating” the wonderful messages I get here (and of course God’s word applies to everyone no matter what age, no translation required!) to better apply to my own life as a high school senior but it will be awesome to have some help in that. Really glad you’re here, Lindsee. ๐
GOD MOMENT AT SIMULCAST! During the 3rd session, Beth showed a picture of the devastation in texas. The young man on the horse was my nephew Tommy Watts from Bastrop. He was riding the mare, the two horses he was leading out have never been out of the pasture that they were born in. the young man who took the picture was my other nephew (Tommy’s brother) James nielson Watts. The horses belong to my sister who lives off Old antioch road/71, Jo Watts. Imagine my surprise, sitting in LakeShore Church in Rockwall texas and seeing this picture broadcast to 180,000 people. They took the horses to safety from their pasture to Smithville, a 12 mile journey down Highway 71 and crossing over the Colorado river bridge. God is so good, my family is safe, their home stands unharmed and they are spending their days in the donation center sorting out all the tons of food and clothing being donated. Tonight they boys are at a benefit concert (they are the Watts Brothers Band) in austin raising money for the victims. God Bless, what an awesome simulcast & worship time with my sisters. debbie Bunch Kehoe
Debbie, that is so, so cool!
As the mom of 2 daughters, I say WELCOME LINDSEE! So excited to see what God is doing for girls. Be blessed.
What a great simulcast program! Beth – it was so fun to hear the audience remind you to share point #7!! I thought I had missed it until then…….it was the perfect punctuation to your fun, “Blonde” style of preaching! I can say that as a fellow blonde! I’ve recommended your bible studies to so many. I’m not currently doing one with my usual group – just too much on my plate right now…but considering doing one by myself and just downloading.
May God bless and keep you…you are a treasure!
WELCOME LINDSEE!
