    Miss Beth,
Thank you so much for your continued commitment to our Lord! Audacious was FAN-TAS-TIC! Did not want to put it down, reread chapter 10 and chapter 12 at least 3 times! Jesus is NOT my imaginary friend anymore! ‘If you only knew + you would ask me = I would give you’ is on my bathroom mirror, written FOR ETERNITY in my Bible and on a index card in the leftover cards of my 2015 Siesta Scripture spiral. Your prayer: ‘Give me a heart to love you more than anything I can see or touch. Grant me love for you, Jesus. This is what I want more than anything. Be the driving desire of my life’ is my prayer as well. Amen?!? I know you don’t know this but … you wrote chapter 10 for me. Audacious was the perfect book ‘for such a time as this’ in my walk with Jesus. It spoke to me so deeply in print that I had to go get the audiobook so I could replay it in my car and on my tv to gain everything I could out of that message! So – thank you for serving our Lord Jesus and sharing your testimony. You DID IT girl and Jesus is just a grinning and clapping his hands at you! 🙂 You tickle Him pink and us too 😉 Journey on my sister in Christ! Love ya!

Beth, thanks so much for your faithfulness to GOD’s call on your life, for your deep & growing love for HIM and HIS WORD, your adherence to TRUTH, and your sweet humility in sharing your story so openly. Insecurity has indeed been “a bad, bad friend” to me! But what an encouragement you are! I am learning that in & through CHRIST I can triumph!:) I Thank & Praise GOD for the gift of YOU to our world!! YOU and your family are on my prayer list! w/ GRATITUDE, LOVE, & BLESSINGS in CHRIST JESUS!!

    Amy Herington says:

Hi Beth! I am a 63 year old grandma and lover of the Lord. We have raised our 3 daughters to also be children of the Lord. Today, I find myself for the first time since having those 3 daughters, feeling so very insecure as 1 of them as well as her spouse have gone completely off the deep end and no longer give a thought to the Lord with their lifestyle and how they are influencing our grandchildren.
So I find myself comparing myself to all the Godly mature women out there and how their children just seem “so together”. It’s a lonely place to be. Hoping I might receive your book and perhaps find encouragement.
    Thanks!
    Amy

  17. 567
    Micah Dodd says:

I’ve battled insecurity for as long as I can remember. I love the new cover by the way! What an awesome giveaway!

  18. 568
    MK Miller says:

I am learning to “grow where He has me planted”. The evil one throws up roadblocks to convince me that I am not good enough, or qualified enough. Insecurities are horrible. You are such a bold worker in women’s ministry. You encourage us to step up and proudly be women of God. Blessings to you.

  19. 569
    Vicki says:

Sounds like a great book! Insecurity versus arrogance there’s just got to be a medium. I hope you’ve found it.

So thankful you have researched and written a book about a stronghold that Satan uses in my life and the lives of my friends to keep us from being all the God calls us to be. Thanks for your ministry, blessed by you for many years.

  28. 578
    Susan Turner says:

    Beth,
Thank you so much for battling and winning the battle over insecurity and bringing your story to us so honestly as a testimony that we can do it too. I have read your book and own one copy. But I would love to have the paperback to pass along to someone. I read a lot. And enjoy buying second copies to give to those around me and then being able to share conversations with them as they read a book I have read. Don’t know how you keep up the pace you do. But I guess I do know…because I am sure I am not the only one who prays thankful prayers over you and asks God to continue to bless you in your ministry. Came to Houston for SSMT celebration(had a blast)with my 17 year old daughter. Thankful for what last years memorization taught us both.
    Thank you, Susan

  29. 579
    Stacey says:

    Thank you, Beth.

  30. 580
    Malinda says:

Beth – I do love a give-a-way…so thank you for generating the fun and excitement around this one! Hey I bought this book for myself when it first came out … I just knew it would speak to me and I have to say that it did, at least the first half…you see … my grown daughter, marriage and family therapist and mother of my grandchild saw it on my nightstand, and that was the end of my reading 🙂 I noticed it among the books in her office recently and she said she has recommended it often as she councels women of all ages… It is not that I have been without reading material, but it would be nice to finally put an end to any residual insecurity that could be lingering… You are so right, it is NOT a friend.

  31. 581
    Kathy Isaacson says:

I really think insecurity is at the root of many self destructive issues. When we are insecure we look to hollow, life-sucking habits or beliefs that lead to death. Praise God He has used your journey to help us find freedom and security only found in Jesus!

  32. 582
    Sheryl says:

I would love to win a copy of your book so it may help me with my walk with the Lord. Thanks

  33. 583
    Lori Ann says:

So appreciate you opening up the truth of Scripture, Beth! Thanks for making this dark area of insecurity exposed to light!

  34. 584
    Sandy Hartley says:

I listened to this book on CD when it first came out, and passed it around to friends because it hit the nail on the head with what we feel but cannot always verbalize. 🙂 I love finding new or good used copies of different ones of your books and CDs to keep on hand to gift to women’s shelters, the school (donating the teen version!) and sometimes unknown surprises God puts in my path. Thank you for letting Christ shine through you for others to catch the powerful, exciting draw of His love for them!

  35. 585
    Bobbi wineberg says:

I struggled so long to start letting go of my insecurities and I want others to know that they don’t have to wait until their 50 to let go. So I would love to read the book but I would also love to pass it on to the ladies in our mission church, a ladies who can’t let go of their past mistakes and wrong choices. I want them and me to believe that God will use everything that has happened to us to help others and give God the glory.

  36. 586
    Linda says:

This has been a hard book to get a hold of at the library. Would love to read it. Have thoroughly enjoyed & learned from your Bible studies that I’ve participated in!

  37. 587
    Andrea says:

I would love to win a copy! I struggle so much with how people see me and basing my entire image of my self on that. This book would be a blessing to my life for sure. Thank you for all you pour into my heart everytime you post!

  38. 588
    Teresa says:

One of the hardest things is when you are typically the strong encouraging type, so people don’t think that you have any insecurities. BUT…you do.

  39. 589
    Jamie Wyatt says:

I have not read this, but it sounds great! We all have insecurities. Will look forward to reading your thoughts–and God’s!

  40. 590
    Pat says:

As a “60 something”, I still struggle with insecurity. Not the same things as when I was younger, but new “old lady” things. Time to get rid of this, don’t you think?! Also, I have a friend who can only have printed material (reason is confidential) – I would share this copy with her. She does not have the luxury of using electronic material (ebooks). Thank you for all the blessings you give us with your writing & studies.

  41. 591
    Debbie says:

Oh man, to not hear a chorus of how I have messed up in my mind. Every. Single. Day. Thank you for this chance!

  42. 592
    Debra says:

I so greatly appreciate the Word of Life that you share! I love the “real” in the message. Much love to you and the LPM team!

  43. 593
    Martha says:

Beth thank you for your not being afraid to share God’s truth with women. Since divorce I feel insecure as to what made my husband want to leave me. It makes me feel not good enough but I realize that is Satan’s trap.

  44. 594
    Summer Morton says:

Love you Mrs. Beth!!! Thank you for this opportunity. Hope to be able to spread the word without insecurities!

I am so grateful for your work! I started doing your bible studies when I was 13 (5 years ago). Insecurity is such a huge issue for teenage girls in particular, and I know you address that in your book. I really enjoy your teaching and am excited to see a new release of this book!
Thank you so much for doing this giveaway. I know whoever receives a book will see a tremendous work of God through it.
