I Don’t have insecurities of myself physically or in the way I am. However, I’ve discovered that I feel insecure in my parenting. I have a daughter who is a prodigal and it has caused me to question much about my parenting. Now I want to read this book which I always thought I didn’t need.

I worry that my insecurities often hold me back from God’s great plans for my life. Just this morning I decided to commit the following verse to memory to help me with those fears. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) Amazing that I would come across this post because I believe this book would offer the kind of guidance I could use to push past those feelings.
Lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. I get this in everyway. Insecurity can completely disable your mindset for the life you are meant to live. I too, kicked insecurity to the curb two years ago. Thankful and beyond blessed. You Mama Beth and Jesus got me so fired up two years ago at LPL. I was done. Now I can hold my head up and believe I am worth so much more than the enemy sought my life to be. Thankful for living proof Min. Y’all be blessed!

As a young girl and even a teenager, I delt with so many insecurities. Now I am a grown woman, experiencing empty nest and finding myself with a whole new set of insecurities, that I am just not sure how to deal with.
