Ladies! Our SSMT Celebration is right around the corner, and believe me, we know it is on your mind because it is on our minds, too! Like, all the time. Grin.
SO, before we get any further I do want to clarify that this is NOT the post for registration. We are working on that and will have it up very soon (read: hopefully this week!), but we are ironing out a few quirks and we’ll have it up and ready to roll!
However, we didn’t want to leave you hanging and we also want to hear from you!
First and foremost, the date for our SSMT Celebration is official Saturday, January 18th. Yes! We’re mixing things up and going with a one day event, instead of the Friday – Saturday plan. So, as you’re planning, plan to be here for sure from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM that lovely Saturday.
With that said, here are a few questions for you:
1) Are you planning to attend?
2) Have you attended in past or first time?
3) For those that have previously attended, what is your favorite memory to share, especially for those that have yet to attend?
As you’re thinking ahead, just a reminder that the actual celebration event is free of charge as your “ticket” is your worn out spiral, but when discussing finances, be sure to consider two things, traveling and lodging. (More travel and hotel information is found in the FAQ page when you register.) We are so excited to have Travis leading worship with us again this year, as well.
Alrighty, y’all. Let’s hear from you! And be checking the blog regularly for registration updates and more details! We love y’all dearly.
1. Would love to come–have to see if my schedule works out.
2. Attendend in Houston for the first one–absolutely amazing!! Watched via simulcast for the second one.
3. Favorite parts:
* In Houston, how many came by themselves. There were no big groups.
* The worship was tangible! A room full of sisters who had walked close to the Father all year…we were ready to praise Him!
* Saying our Scriptures to each other…precious!
1. Unable to attend this time – life interrupted by taking care of my 80-year-old dad who is suffering the terrors of Alzheimer’s. I started strong in the memorization but have been unable to keep up.
2. Have never attended – but hoping that changes next time.

1. YES! Wouldn’t miss it for the world!
2. YES! Came to the last one. Was life-changing. (I took back my ground!!)
3. The teaching. I love how it was able to be way more in-depth than a usual one-hour deal.
1) Are you planning to attend? Yes
2) Have you attended in past or first time? This is my 2nd Time!!!
3) For those that have previously attended, what is your favorite memory to share, especially for those that have yet to attend?
I loved watching the pairs of women reciting God’s word proudly to one another! And getting to meet some of my “online” Siestas! 🙂
1) I’m considering attending.
2) I have not attended in the past.
3) I’m sure I’d love everything!
1. Yes! Planning on attending
2. This will be my 2nd time 🙂
3. My favorite part was coming by myself from Virginia and meet 4 AWESOME ladies from Atlanta when I walked into my hotel lobby. I was not alone a moment longer and was blessed to be adopted by them for the weekend. They are precious friends and we still keep in touch and plan to all go again together in January. Praise God!
1. I would love to attend, just not sure how all the details are going to work out – trusting God to show me. I have kept up with all my verses and it has been absolutely amazing!!!
2. This will be my first time.
Yes I’m planning on attending
It will be my first time though I’ve done the scripture memory in the past…
Looking forward to holding my spiral up and praising Jesus with yall(not sure how that is spelled :o)

1) LORD willing, YES!!!
2) Attended the last one!
3) Such an amazing time, hard to choose a favorite, but I have to say meeting so many Siestas and making lifelong friends with other women who love steeping in the WORD and hiding His Word in their hearts!!! Just being in that room filled with women who are filled with His Word and Spirit, unbelievable!!!
