    Hi Amanda.

We go to church on Wednesdays, too. There is a before church meal that starts about an hour before. My girls go to a combined class that has 3 year olds through 5th grade in it. I work in the media room helping the teachers. My husband either goes to class or helps with the computers as needed.

In fact, funny story. As a stay at home mom and as a one vehicle family, there was a point that the only time my youngest got to leave the house was to go to church. If we got in the car at any time, she would ask if we were going to church, even if it was Thursday morning or a Friday night. LOL She's a cutie.

Your family is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing pictures with us.

    Hugs,

We have AWANA clubs for the kids on Wednesday nights. I teach Cubbies, the 3 & 4 yr olds. Favorite Cubbie moment of the year: When one little girl just before Christmas looked at me earnestly: "Did I already tell you that I asked Jesus into my heart this morning??" "No, you didn't, I'm really happy to hear that!" I answered. The child next to her asked her what she meant, and she went on to tell him, "Oh, you HAVE to love Jesus and ask Him into your heart — if you don't, He won't bring you any presents for Christmas!"

  43. 43

Those eyes! That little beauty is going to save a fortune in mascara.

We don't attend Wednesday evening church. For us it's homework, homework, homework with our boys. But I did go to our Stepping Up study this morning – and I just love the Bible study lady on the other side of the screen.

Yes, church, it wouldn't be Wednesday otherwise. Choir for me and sometimes a class, not this semester though.

Thanks for the pics, I needed that. I am in intense pain and back to therapy for a shoudler injury tomorrow, just when I thought it was healing nicely!

The child next to her asked her what she meant, and she went on to tell him, "Oh, you HAVE to love Jesus and ask Him into your heart — if you don't, He won't bring you any presents for Christmas!"

we go to church too and have a prayer time for our members and Bible study. Recently our church started AWANA (derived from the first letters of Approved workmen are not ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15) which is for kids 6th grade and under. It primarily encourages scripture memorization, which I love, and games. My husband and I help lead the 3rd and 4th graders and we are loving it!

A friend and I are also reading So Long Insecurity together. Our church has just begin Focus on One. I have been praying for my "one" for the year.God confirmed my one today. He opened a great big door. It takes a wide open one for me most the times. We usually always have a Beth study during the summer months. Love the mid week meetings.Helps make it through the rest of the week!
