What a fantastic weekend!! To say that I was blessed would be an understatement. No one but the Lord knew what my friend and I had been dealt with this past Wednesday night. We needed our word and the Lord spoke mightily through Beth, Travis and the team. Thank you ALL for following so faithfully following your Lord and Savior, for the sacrifices you and your families make to your ministry. Make God continue to richly bless you. Love you my Siestas and Brothers in the Lord!!!

We sang that song in closing at church yesterday following a time of taking the Lord’s Supper, and there was such joy in the voices singing, the several thousand voices!

We have the victory, we need to live it!

    Beautiful video!

What an amazing weekend! I was taken to the spiritual woodshed, but it was exactly where I needed to be. My friends and I haven’t been able to stop talking about the ending that Travis added to Just As I Am. If there’s anyway you could share that on the blog, we would really appreciate it. It seemed to sum up the whole weekend for us. Thanks!

I too loved the addition to “Just As I am.” I found the words on-line, but now need the tune.
I come broken to be mended
I come wounded to be healed
I come desperate to be rescued
I come empty to be filled.

      Praise the LORD!

    Tears…tears…more tears.

From watching the guitarist and drummer gloriying God with their talents – to the lady tapping her heart in worship loving her “lover”, the Lord God, as if they were the only two in the room – to the girl with her head on the chair exposing her heart before the Lord…the Lord God who loves us beyond ourselves.

    Joyful weeping…

What an incredible gift we have been given!

    Valerie J. Eades says:

This video is such a testimony to God’s faithfulness in my life! In 2008, I attended my first Living Proof Live in Louisville, KY, and spent almost the entire time crying because of the sweetness of God’s Word to my heart in such a devastating time in my life. In 2009, I attended the Living Proof Live in Memphis and only shed a few tears. Life was still tremendously hard, but my heart was not as cast down, so I was able to absorb everything with less heartbreak. This past weekend in St. Louis, I was privileged to be an Encourager and shed tears for one with whom I prayed because I knew her pain. Because of Beth’s faithfulness to our wonderful savior, I was able to refer each of the four sweet women with whom I prayed to specific Living Proof resources for sale in the Life Way store because those Bible studies, cds, and dvds had brought me from crawling to walking in confidence knowing that our God is always right and always knows what He is doing, and it is for our benefit. To top it all off, my daughter and I are on the video. How cool is that!

Thank you, Beth, for your faithfulness, and thank you everyone at Living Proof Ministries for your part in making everything happen!

    Happy in Jesus,
    Valerie Eades

    Robin says:

Had the blessed privilege of attending the LPL event in St. Louis. Since then the Lord in His infinite kindness keeps reminding me that He “knows the thoughts He thinks about me and they are of peace and not evil . . .” (Jer 29:11 KJV). A friend gave me that verse (NIV) on a bracelet that I wear almost daily but it has an even deeper meaning now after seeing it in the KJV! As someone who struggles with what God thinks about me and that He is even mindful of me at all … just what I needed to hear. Such deep teaching Beth . . . you dished out spiritual meat my siesta and I’m still chewin on it. . . . and if you are obnoxious then I love obnoxious!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for the challenge that as His image-bearers “we bear it to wear it” and it will not happen accidently but on purpose.

What a God-filled weekend! It was so uplifting, refreshing, challenging and such a blessing! I’ve been pouring over my notes just praying that God’s Word would indeed take root. Imago Dei – Let’s bear it to wear it!

I was in St.Louis on the 25-26! I was blessed once again by Beth’s words and the wonderful music. I attended the conference in Springfield last November, also. Was so thrilled to have Beth bring the woman to the stage that she spoke to us about last November. I continue to be blessed by Beth’s word and her love for Jesus. Am happy to see the blog and hope to see more in the future!

What a fabulous weekend!!! My husband and I drove 8 hours from Mississippi to be a part of Living Proof Live in St. Louis and it was well worth it! I was so excited to be on the second row behind Beth and the Praise Team! We sat beside Mrs. Cozy and she was so sweet and a joy to talk to. Jason, my husband, was so sweet about getting up EXTRA early to be in line by 630 am!! He just found a bench to sit on, drink his Starbucks and read his Bible, how cute is that! A man totally transformed by our AWESOME God, delivered from a 4 1/2 year drug addiction, now sitting at a Beth Moore conference with tons of women, how wild is that! Beth, thank you for being so sensitive to the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to work in you and through you! Also to Travis & the team for leading in worship, inviting God & His presence to dwell among us. Beth, watching you worship is refreshing to my spirit, that just prepares our hearts to be ready for God to move in mighty ways! I absolutely love to hear you teach on Revelation, your excitement gets me so excited myself, I just want to shout!!! I want my desire for God’s word to burn with a passion stirring me each time I read it. I want Him to make me so hungry for it, always yearning to know more and for Him to teach me more! I want to be so amazed over and over by Him! I see that desire and passion in you Beth and see it so plainly on your face, seeing the love of Jesus all over you~ Imago Dei!!! I want the imprint of God to be in plain sight for others to see, to be a TRUE image bearer of Jesus Christ! I want to bear it and WEAR it!!! God bless you Beth as you continue to seek and serve the ONE TRUE GOD!

Christy, Wish I could have been there. I remembered you telling me you were going to this event. And when I saw the video post for the St. Louis event and hoped to find a comment from you with a picture of you so I could lay my eyes on one of my newest dear sisters. I was almost brought to tears when I saw you and Jason in that little bitty picture by your comment. Thanks so much for ministering to me over the phone. The words from your powerful prayer are eched in my mind. It is an amazing miracle that God led me a fellow sister so many miles away for hope in my own circumstance with a husband dealing with addiction. I have thanked Him and praised Him so many times for you and Denise. Please continue to pray for us.
      Blessings,

    Brenda says:

Dear Beloved Beth and the Living Proof Live Team,
This was my first LPL conference and it was beyond my expectations! I have completed many of Beth’s studies, so I felt familiar with her style and her sweet love of Jesus.
However– attending this conference gave me fresh insights.
The first thing I noticed was the 7,500 other women (and a few brave men) who were there eager to hear a word from our Lord. Their beautiful voices rang out and pierced my soul as I thought about the fact that we would all be in heaven singing in one accord someday.
Next, the music was absolutely glorious. I have heard others mention it and Beth even praise Travis and his team countless times, but to experience worshiping with other believers like this– you could not help but “Shout to the Lord”. (And I cannot even sing!) It was a grand time.
Then, we were privileged to receive a Word from our Lord through His beloved faithful servant, precious Beth. LPL advertizes it will be “A message just for You”. It was!
The last treasure I recieved from the weekend was when Beth asked us to turn to someone and repeat the commission to go forth and live the life we are called to and bear the image of God. That someone was my beautiful 18 yr old daughter. Praying over her gave me a delight that I will never forget. As she and I prayed for one another tears flowed freely and a bond of spiritual kinship bloomed.

Thank you for this wonderful weekend!
    May God Bless You All,
    Brenda

PS My daughter’s comment about the weekend “I want to know the bible like that!”

I hesitantly invited my mom and sis-n-law to attend LPL with me, wondering what they would think of such an intense time of worship and teaching time, when neither of them have ever attended a women’s event of this nature. I was thrilled when they both told me how much they enjoyed the weekend and were encouraged by the teaching! Beth, thank you for faithfully being “obnoxious” for the Gospel and reminding us that “He knows what he’s doing!”

What an amazing weekend! What a powerful message given to Beth to share with all of us, “Imago Dei”! When Beth said, “What is one word that describes this season of your life?” The only word I could come up with was BLESSED! I truly feel overwhelmingly blessed at this season of my life and this weekend was just another huge blessing for me! Thank you Beth and Living Proof ministries for an awesome weekend! I know that God will richly bless you for your time and servanthood!

    rene sandifer says:

    Beth,
I want to say thank you. Once again, the Holy Spirit spoke such piercing words. At one point you looked directly towards my daughter and said something that I can hardly type without crying. You said no matter what we were going through, God had thought it through. Even the horrible hurt they did to ‘you’? Yep…. thought it through and had a plan. ( I’m typing from memory, my notes aren’t with me right now our internet is out in our neighborhood…gggrrr!) My daughter(23) is guarding her feelings so closely right now. She is the one whose fiance’ broke off the engagemnt 3 weeks before the wedding this past Jan. I saw her hands writing like crazy as the tears streamed down her cheeks. You said it was was easier to live with pain than it was to have to live with purposelessness. Amen to that. Her purpose/direction became totally shut down and switched in one day. During this whole thing and she has struggled with where God wants her and her purpose. She KNOWS down deep, but needs to discover it tangibly now. I had been praying for months, knowing I was bringing her, that God would directly speak to her heart. Please know I am gratedful you allowed God to do just that. Of course I’m sure all 7500 felt the same way…that’s just how BIG our God is! (smile) And yes,Rich, thank you for capturing the essence of the conference so beautifully! The entire team appeared to be ready to give of themselves, and we all reaped the benefits.
On a side note, we were sitting directly across the the isle from THE dog…he was a beautiful and gentle seeing eye dog for a gentleman and his wife. I watched that dog
lay at his feet the entire night so patiently. It was such a sweet thing to see. And such a reminder of increible self-lessness since the dog’s only purpose was to serve his master…and wait.
