While my kids are taking siestas, I wanted to give you some new pictures of Annabeth at six weeks old. I just figured out how to get them to sleep at the same time and I’m a new woman. Praise the Lord.
I took these first three earlier today since she was looking so cute in her first little Polo dress. It’s a little big on her still, but that’s okay because baby clothes only truly fit for a day. Daddy came home for lunch to watch a little March Madness and he was very taken with his littlest girl in her pink dress.
Sister was slightly more tolerant of Big Pink Bear this time.
She started smiling about a week ago. We get a few more each day.
These were after her Tuesday night Bible study debut.
This is what happens when daddies help fold the laundry. Little boy undies end up on someone’s pretty little head.
Yes, I did just post 10 pictures of my baby on this blog. Sorry. I have a sickness and it is called motherhood.
A few days ago Jackson was giving Annabeth some kisses on her head. I told him that right now her hair is short like his, but since she’s a girl, one day she’ll have long hair. He said, “Oh. Big! Big hair! High!” Apparently, he gets it.
Love the pictures! Too Cute! When I saw the underware on the head of that beautiful baby I was reminded of my own wonderful grandmother! She use to wrap her big hair in toilet paper & then put silk panties on her head to bed. Oh, what we won't do for big hair! Thanks for the pictures – keep them comming!
She’s beautiful! There’s nothing wrong with posting ten pictures, they’re all adorable.
She’s beautiful!
Hello family,
Just wanted to say that I love reading your posts and viewing baby pics…she is absolutely beautiful.
Plus Beth Moore gives me hope when I watch her on Life Outreach. I want a relationship with God and I desire to have what you all have….God.
God Bless
Amanda,
Annabeth is one pretty baby girl! Her smile gives her so much personality! She is precious. Is it just me or does she look a bit like her namesake??? ๐
Something inside me says—it went way too F A S T when I look at these BEAUTIFUL pictures. Love the bow!
Thanks for sharing the pics. Please continue to upload them as it is a privilege for me to pray for your family…and the little ones as they “grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God.” God Bless your memory-making!!!

The underwear thing just lets you know she has been officially inducted into the family by big brother.
She is such a precious little girl!
You are so blessed. And, don’t ever apologize for posting ten pics of that sweet baby. I would do the same thing. Every proud mama on the planet echos your excitement!

She is a living doll!! I think Jackson will be mighty protective of his little sis! Please do not apologize for these pictures… we love seeing your little angels! Of course, you must have a picture of her wearing every outfit! I did with my two. It is just what we do.

I had a quick quick question…..Tonight we were having Bible Study – and Beth was talking about Kendall and her lukemia……How is she doing – we were in Boone, NC when Beth was talking about it and then tonight she mentioned her again. Also I have a little girl with DS so truthfully Kendall’s story was close to my heart as well. Jenifer
This had me laughin’ out loud. There’s nothing like Big Southern Hair!

Annabeth is so stylish with that big big bow until she gets big big hair.
Just wanted to let you Siestas know about our Purim Celebration we had on the March 10 – yes, Purim actually fell on the day of our Esther Study. Each of the 6 small groups decorated their own tables and each group brought food which we put all together. The leaders provided goodies for each member and we all brought 2 portions for the poor (canned goods for CCA). We had noisemakers which we used as we read the whole “Megillah” and even cast lots to determine the winner of a game. It was such a fun way to celebrate and praise GOD.
Two more weeks of Esther – it has been a truly great study.

Amanda, your Annabeth is just beautiful! Beth I know people tell you all the time that they feel like they know you, so here it is again. I feel like I know you! We are currently doing Esther at our church and I am loving it. Thank you for using your gifts for the Lord! I also wanted to let you know that Annabeth was born on my Grandmother’s 91st birthday along with my nephew. My Grandma went home to be with the Lord 4 days later. What a blessing to know of two beautiful babies born during a sad week. Enjoy that baby, they grow so fast! God Bless You and Your Hair!!! LOL
Pure sweetness. Thanks for sharing the pictures and no need to apologize! Mommas always appreciate babies and children – especially when mine are grown and no babies anywhere in the family.
amanda, your children are darling! I can’t get enough of them. I’m just dying to know where do you find such cute hair bands with those ribbons? I’d love to know to get some myself!
Thanks.
Valerie.

He has waited a long time…..said Corvettes were more important. Well, he has had three. Loves the one he currently has so it must be time to get the wife to go in it.
Blessings to you and your family!!

I love it!!!:) If you can't have big hair, you need a big bow… a true southern woman always wants to be as close to God as she can be! Heels & Hair & Hairbows, what a blessing!
Little Annabeth has big beautiful blue eyes! So very cute…
The undies were cracking me up! My husband used to do that to our kids (and himself actually) and call it a “party hat”. Must be a guy thing!
Everyone loves kid pics! She is so precious. You are not helping me with my baby fever!!! I want another one and my husband does not. He is supposed to be praying about it for 6 weeks (about 4 left)! So, we’ll see what God can do! Enjoy her!!!
This little lady is beautiful!
I miss sniffing and snuggling with my babies. Enjoy that!

ADORABLE!!!
You crack me up…love the big hair in J’ville, too.
My favorite underwear story from my two boys (hubby and son) – they were folding laundry together one night in our bedroom, and when I came in, my son (probably 7 at the time) turned on the fan – they had hung my underwear from the ceiling fan, and it went flying all over the room. Hysterical laughter errupted – it still makes me laugh 9 years later just thinking about it. Enjoy these special times – they are a blessing!
