While my kids are taking siestas, I wanted to give you some new pictures of Annabeth at six weeks old. I just figured out how to get them to sleep at the same time and I’m a new woman. Praise the Lord.
I took these first three earlier today since she was looking so cute in her first little Polo dress. It’s a little big on her still, but that’s okay because baby clothes only truly fit for a day. Daddy came home for lunch to watch a little March Madness and he was very taken with his littlest girl in her pink dress.
Sister was slightly more tolerant of Big Pink Bear this time.
She started smiling about a week ago. We get a few more each day.
These were after her Tuesday night Bible study debut.
This is what happens when daddies help fold the laundry. Little boy undies end up on someone’s pretty little head.
Yes, I did just post 10 pictures of my baby on this blog. Sorry. I have a sickness and it is called motherhood.
A few days ago Jackson was giving Annabeth some kisses on her head. I told him that right now her hair is short like his, but since she’s a girl, one day she’ll have long hair. He said, “Oh. Big! Big hair! High!” Apparently, he gets it.
OH AMANDA!
I don't think anyone would mind if you posted 100 pictures of your darling baby girl! That smile is priceless and so are her big brothers comments–Texas through and through! :>)
Thanks you for sharing!
God is so wonderful–enjoy every moment!
ONYA!
Cathy —former Texas big hair person!
Must be in his blood!
Love y’all. Post 100 pictures, I would be tickled, well…pink!
We’ve been waiting to hear from you and get some pictures! Thanks we know you are busy but those pictures are darling!!! Yes, boys do get the girl thing — that is while they are young — they forget it later on in life and are clueless!!!
We love you and your precious family – keep those pictures coming!!!

I love to see you unabashedly enjoying your babies. The time goes so fast.
Just know you will always have the “sickness”. If I could get my boys to sit still long enough I would post 10 pictures of them.
Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! What a treasure. You just keep posting whatver you want! After all, Mama Siesta is at the ranch, huh??
Beth
she’s simply beautiful, amanda!
and naps at the same time? YES. glory to His name. i’m not anywhere near motherhood, but it is a miracle when i can get the twins i nanny to sleep at the same time…they have always been on the same schedule (sleep in separate cribs, but same room) but are now at a point where thing 1 takes longer to fall asleep than thing 2 and keeps thing 2 from being able to sleep..but thing 2 needs more sleep than thing 1, so even when thing 1 falls asleep she inevitably wakes up first and yells at thing 2 until she wakes up as well.
ahhhhhhh nannying…the best birth control in the world ๐
Amanda…she is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
Blessings to all of you

Broken Arrow
Being in a house of boys I can’t help but love the underwear on her head!!!!! ๐
Have a great day Amanda…you post pix as much as you want…we love every one of them!
Hugs,
Fran
Love, love, love the pictures!!! thank you so much for posting them!! how they take me back to when my children were babies – enjoy!!
Kimberly in Traverse City, MI
She is adorable, what a sweet smile! Glad you’re a new woman after the naptime issue was resolved! I remember those days! I am at this very moment enjoying my two year old grandson’s nap!
Jackson spends too much time w/Bibby not to understand big hair! ๐
I was just watching one of her video sessions, wondering why her hair looked so flat. It was the day she left her brush at home & had to use a fork. She was right about not being the 1st to do that. The Little Mermaid called it a dinglehopper & brushed her pretty red hair with it! ๐
i love the pink and green!!! See -she really is a Lilly Pulitzer underneath the Polo! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL! Praise FATHERHOOD for motherhod!
Adorable!!
I am so glad to learn that my husband isn’t the only one to put nickers on a little one’s head.
Enjoy ever second with that sweet little girl..she is breathtaking!
So precious it makes me want to cry….hormones perhaps?
I want me some grandbabies too…but I want my daughter and her husband to become believers and followers of Our LORD first.
A godly home is the most important thing you can give your babies!
Thank you for sharing your babies with us! We are all one family in Christ Jesus…so the older Siesta’s have a beautiful granddaughter in the faith!
Love you Precious One,
Teri
What a fun post! Those pictures are too precious. I too have the sickness of motherhood and just posted new videos of my two girls (ages 2 years and 5 months) on my blog (themiersmafamily.blogspot.com). Keep the pictures coming! She is absolutely beautiful!
Don’t you just love little girls? They’re real life dolls you get to play dress up with every day. Love it!
SO ADORABLE!!! She is absolutely precious! :o)
Preciousness through and through!! We’ll look at pictures anytime!!!
Enjoy!
Amanda, how precious are these photos. Girl you post 25 pics is you so desire! They are only little once! She is precious and kudos for getting them to bed at the same time. I was never able to master that. Take some time for yourself while they are asleep…..it will do wonders for you!
Now, if she gets the big hair, she will be a chip of the Mimi block since Mama Beth likes the big hair. Hey, you are in Texas……it’s cool!
Blessings. Keep those sweet pics coming!
These are too cute. One day little Jackson himself will put his undies on her head just to torcher her ๐
What a blessing- you deserve it!
Tammy
Oh, I love her, Amanda!! I really NEED to meet her when I’m in Houston in April.
Can you imagine her with big, high hair?!?
Aren’t baby faces the best!? Thanks for sharing the pics. Can’t believe how quickly she is growing.
Another baby out there with some style. I love it.
So adorable…with the bow AND the undies! ๐
These are adorable, and I love the ones where she is smiling ๐
She is a doll! You just keep posting pics, we love looking!
She is just beautiful! I love all of the pink outfits.
The hair thing made me laugh. This morning my very girly 23 month old looked at herself in the mirror and said, “I love my hair!” The poor child hardly has any hair. It tickled me so much.
she is precious and we love the pics….
Of course he gets it…women can’t live in Texas and not have
BIG HAY-ER.
Jan
She is just darling. So much personality coming out. Let us know what size she is in now. Thanks for sharing your adorable little one.

Well, she is just beautiful, Amanda.
You go right ahead and post all the pictures you desire. I, for one, absolutely love looking at them.
how adorable! Loved the “little boy underwear” on her head! ๐ Blessings to you all.

Ten’s more than 3…. but it’s a whole lot less than 20! ๐ ALL of us MOMS TOTALLY understand! Post on Mama!
Do NOT ever apologize for showing pics to your kids’ Internet Aunties! For the record, the underwear was my favorite topper! And I love Jackson’s comment! Too funny!
Big Texas hair, gotta love it!
She’s a beauty! They’re so fun, enjoy the “little” time, it goes so fast.
Sandi
Jackson has been raised in a family of Texas Women, so he knows how important "big hair" is!! Just glad he understands that so young!
Annabeth is looking more like the little Mister with each new picture. BTW, you can post all the pictures you want and we would love it! Your kiddos are absolutely adorable.
Enjoy their naptimes–you can control the time for a little while, but then Jackson is going to be "too big" to take a nap!! (So he thinks!)
Hope Curtis enjoyed the Aggies today at lunch-they sure looked good. Hopefully, the second round will go as well!
Gig'em & God Bless!
Annabeth is just precious! Thanks for sharing your darling family stories with us-keep them coming!
SHE IS SOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!
That first undies pic CRACKED ME UP!!! How sweet?!?! Ha!
So,so precious! Thank you for sharing. I know of the sickness you speak of! My little one just turned two last week, and when I do get around to posting, there are quite often 10 or more pics on my blog as well. There are so many women on here who I know, are just in love with both your kiddos. Pictures are always welcome.
Of course he gets it – he’s been hearing about hair ministry since the womb!
That little gal is just precious – and that sickness? You’ll never get over it.
Adorable!!!! I do believe she looks a little like her Bibby!
There can never be too many beautiful baby pics! She is a doll!
She is adorable!!!!!!
Looking like her big brother a bit!
Thanks for the sharing,
She is an absolute living doll. Please post photos of Annabeth and Jackson as often as you would like. I love watching them grow.
I know you are thankful for a few more winks now that they take naps at the same time.
The is such a sweet time in the life of a family….having little ones and loving every minute of it.
The Lord is so good.
Love and Hugs,
Mary
The Journey Continues ~
I am going to miss reading the blog while I am in England.
Don’t write too much and add too many photos until after the 1st of April. ๐
YOU HAVE TRULY BEEN BLESSED BY GOD
YOUR CHILDREN ARE GORGEOUS LIKE THEIR MOMMY!! Dad too!! ๐
With “Heaven Bound” blessings,

Too cute! I loved having little baby girls- now they’re starting to get a little older, but they are so much fun! What a smile Annabeth has!
Now, please, you have to tell us about how and when your water broke! After that huge post where we all shared our stories, I’m still dying to hear yours- I hope it was uneventful.
Take care and thanks for sharing your cute photos!
Rebekah
