It’s our fearless leader’s birthday! Thank You, Lord, for my mom’s sweet life and for the work you have done and are doing through her. Thank you for the selfless, loving, wise mother she is. I pray you would bless her with abounding joy on this day and in the next year to come. Amen! Happy birthday, Mama!

WOW…..Happy, happy birthday to you Beth. I got home from Pittsburgh inspired to stay in the Word of God, knowing that's where the power for my life in Christ is! Those mountaintop experiences are so awesome and the re-entry to everyday family life can be so hard. I had 17 family members over on Sunday evening for my f-i-l's 70th birthday and his actual birthday is today! May you be on the receiving end of blessings as you have blessed so many. Happy Birthday Beth! This post just blessed the socks off of me. I can only pray that someday my children (now 1 and 4) will bless me with birthday thoughts about how they found Jesus through me as a mother and my husband as a father. What an amazing testimony to all of us young moms out there just praying our hearts out that we'll make it through each day with our little monsters (I mean darling children:) without killing either them or us.

Below are two passages that I pray will bless you on your birthday. We all give thanks for you, and for the redemptive work our Father has done in your life—a work that has allowed you to passionately speak His truth and minister so lovingly to ones you have never met in person. I have completed others of your studies in the past, but just started going through Breaking Free on my own. I am only on the first week, and He is rocking my spiritual world through it. Thank you for walking in obedience to Him—allowing Him to redeem your own hurt that it might be used to His glory in the lives of others.

Okay, I already left a message but I just want to say….and I'm not trying to make Melissa feel like this is her fault but….if she posted something everyday I think I might not have this mid-section bulge that has attacked me since I stepped into my 50's. She makes me laugh so hard that it makes my stomach muscles hurt. That has to be good exercise don't you think? That girl is a hoot! I just love both of the Moore daughters. They are so precious!
