LONG STORY OF HOW IT ALL CAME TOGETHER BUT ESSENTIALLY THIS IS IT: AMANDA HAD CALLED VET CLINICS AND ONE CALLED BACK AT THE END OF THE DAY PUTTING PIECES TOGETHER OF A WOMAN WHO’D BROUGHT IN A LOST DOG THIS MORNING. THEN, MELISSA PUT UP SIGNS AND THE TEENAGE DAUGHTER OF THE WOMAN WHO’D TAKEN HER TO THE VET SAW THE SIGN AND CALLED, SAYING SHE MAY HAVE HER. KEITH, LIS AND I WAITED ON THE CURB AND UP THE GIRL DROVE, SUNNY’S HEAD OUT THE WINDOW GRINNING EAR TO EAR. WE ARE ABSOLUTELY BESIDE OURSELVES. HAPPY OUT OF OUR MINDS. BEANIE IS ECSTATIC! YOU ARE THE BEST PRAYER WARRIORS IN THE WORLD. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL AND LOVE YOU A JILLION.

Thank you, Jesus! I’m bawling like a baby! I prayed hard for that sweet precious puppy! I’m also a dog person with one quite similar to Sunny. I don’t know what I’d do without my Shelby. Give her a hug for me!

I’m praising Jesus with you this morning.
For all of my dear sisters who went beyond taking a Bible study and truly engaged in the study, “Believing God” here’s a huge God Stop for us to ponder, then REJOICE over it!
I hope you understand that so much more was at play here than a lost cherished pet. I’m sure I’m not the only one to think of the Living Proof Live event in San Diego this weekend. I’m also certain that I am not the only one to pray in the Mighty name of Jesus for Beth and the team; that any plans the enemy had for them or this weekend’s event would be thwarted and frustrated.
GLORY TO GOD! HE did just that when He sent Sunny home to her family.

I’ve been off line for a few days and a fellow siesta called to tell me about Sunny. When I got online this morning the sweet dog had already been found! God had worked before I was even praying for you!! Isn’t that just like God? He provides an answer before we can even ask! Of course I know many, many others were praying already! I’m sort of sorry I missed out on praying for the answer! I’ll just pray extra big thanksgivings! I’m so relieved for your family and Beanie!

Well…I’ve never posted anything before but I am a faithful reader. Needless to say, I could truly feel your pain all the way her in Kentucky. I put out a heartfelt prayer to Saint Francis (patron saint to all animals) and asked him to watch over your Sunny and bring her home safely. He’s never let me down. Now I can truly feel your relief.
Since I’ve ventured into actually posting a comment, I may as well use this opportunity to give a big THANK YOU to you Beth for being exactly who you are! You inspire and motivate me daily. What a gift!

He taught me – via TV – how to take charge on “beauty parlor day” for our little 5-lb. maltese who required Xanax for just a trim.
Praise the Lord!…I am so VERY HAPPY for you! I know you’re joy! In fact, I am estatic and I’ve never even met Sunny! It’s just further proof that the Bible is true b/c it says we shall rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn! HALLELUJAH!!! 🙂

Beth , Praise God Sunny is home. In October I had two of my beloved dogs get out and have not had them to return. I miss them still. I know my beagle Chewy put his nose to the ground and ran and his bud Kodi my golden retreiver just followed along for the fun. I hope someone is giving them as much love as I did. I am so happy you got your Sunny home God is good.
WOO HOO! I’ve been checking back, anxiously awaiting the good news. I remember with great joy when somoeone pulled up with my wayward dog in their front seat. When his little head popped up by the window I was unbelievably giddy with excitement!
Not knowing is the worst so thankfully you can regain your peace of mind.

But, I have to wonder how God will use your trauma and reunion to get to the family that found Sunny. Perhaps they need His word and now, with this new “connection” to you, might be interested enough to check out a Bible study. Or, maybe you gave them exactly what they needed of the Lord when they brought Sunny home. I just have a feeling that God isn’t going to waste this!
And, thank you to Amanda who made sure everyone knew you had this in perspective. I especially appreciate it because I have a family member who puts God’s precious critters before God’s precious people and before our precious God Himself.It will be good to share this with her!
Yeah!!! From one doggie’s mother to another, I am thrilled for you! Isn’t amazing how those furry little friends are tied so closely to our hearts? I know, in light of eternity they are just animals, but I think they’re blessings straight from the Lord and I’ve been beside myself thinking about Sunny all by herself and lost. Praise the Lord she’s home…kind of like the prodigal dog returns, huh? Give her a big treat for me!!
