My beloved Sisters,
Thanks is too small a word for the privilege to serve you. You are graces of a merciful God to me. How I pray God revealed Himself to you in an intensely personal way today. Here is the equipping that I promised in the simulcast to those who are ferociously ready to forsake fear and take courage. You will find a cover sheet for your notebook, a letter from me suggesting how to use the resource, and enough verses to keep you well immersed for a good while. They are life and liberty to any of you who, like me, have battled a stronghold of fear but they are also vastly useful when you are facing a temporarily intimidating or frightening situation, like surgery or a speech in front of your class or a hard conversation requiring you to speak the truth in love. It doesn’t matter what circumstances are tempting you to fear and to shrink back from your faith and your calling, you are invited and even commanded by God to take much courage. It is your right of daughtership, “for you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons [and daughters!], by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’” (Romans 8:15)
By all means, you are welcome to openly share this link with anyone else who could use this kind of equipping, whether or not they joined us for the simulcast.
You’ll need Adobe Reader to download the booklet, so if you don’t have it already, you can click here to download it for free.
Stay in the Word, Sisters! You are chosen and loved by the sovereign King of all creation and the calling on your life demands power and insight that only He can bring. Trust Him. He cannot do you wrong.
Christ is life,
Beth
Thank you Beth for saying YES to God! You have blessed my life more then you’ll ever know. Love you sister!

Is there anyway you can post the prayer you prayed to your sister in Christ at the end of the simulcast? I want to pray that daily, too.
Yes, please! That was one of the most beautiful prayers I ever heard!
Me, too! (I would like to repeat that prayer myself) The Lord really impacted my life through the simulcast on Saturday. Thank you, Beth, for being obedient to the Lord and for pressing in to know Him.
Hi Beth,
Thank you for your simulcast. It is still influencing me today! May please have a copy of the prayer you prayed over me at the end? I was so privileged to have you pray over me that day! Your sensitivity to God’s leading on scriptures was from His Hand. Studying James and it’s great too.
Hello Beth,
I too would like a copy of the prayer you prayed over us during the Simulcast. I watched from my home computer from Bend, OR.
thank you so much for being obediant to share what God spoke to you.
Thank you thank you! Loved it and it truly blessed both my friend and I! You are an inspiration to so many!!!! God bless you sweet friend! But I have to ask, cause you know, ‘I too am blonder than I ay to be”, where did you get your pretty red and whit tunic, I loved it!!
Beth, little did I know when I attended the simulcast on Saturday that by the end of that very day I would be travelling out of state to my mom in the hospital who had become seriously ill. I’m still here at the hospital tonight after getting results to tests that confirmed what the doctor began to suspect this week. My mom has lung cancer. She has never smoked, never been around second hand smoke, none of these things. She is an amazing, wonderful, caring, loving person. As soon as I could on Sunday I downloaded your scriptures on fear and have been reading and praying over them. Saturday God spoke to my heart — about my own story, but not so much my own miracle, but more of — are you praising me today but if your own story doesn’t have a happy ending will you? My very best friend in all the world just witnessed a miracle in her mother’s life — her mother actually got to the gates of Heaven and couldn’t enter, as it wasn’t her time. I have heard these “stories” before, but never from anyone I knew personally. This very dear lady was our women’s Bible study teacher for 14 years and “retired” from it this year. Her daughter and I agreed to “facilitate” it as neither of us feel we are teachers but have seen first hand the many answers to prayers and encouragement and uplifting a Bible Study group can be. Ever since we agreed to teach, we have been under attack by the enemy. Anyway, God spoke to me Saturday about “my story” and would I be praising Him and lifting my hands in praise to Him if my own story (or my mother’s story) didn’t have a miracle on the end. I answered — “I want to!!! I want to be faithful no matter my story’s end”. Tonight as I sit in my mom’s hospital room and contemplate the news we got just today that is a far cry from a happy ending, I still desire to be faithful and honoring to Him no matter the end of my story. I cannot thank you enough for posting those scriptures. You may never read this, I relaize, but I had to say it anyway. I love how God blesses me through you!!!
Beth, thank you for gathering these scriptures and for yielding to the Spirit to bring us powerful messages! When you prayed that prayer for the ‘sister’check, I claimed it! I am in a wilderness and need a flower to bloom! I feel like I am drowning and need my feet firmly planted! Everytime I attend your conferences.or things similar, it takes several days until it all sinks in. Our ladies bible study continually.prays for you! Thank you for your serving!
To my sister in Christ!
How blessed are we! Both the speaker of the Word and the hearer! I thank my great God that He took me to the simulcast on the 15th of September! My heart was lifted up, my stubborn feet was set on the path of victory and I’m ready for the Lord to do His life-changing transformation in me!
Jesus love
Lindi
Can I suggest one more verse for your list for the great forsake and take. It has been a verse which was actually the first verse I memorized after I accepted the Lord and has been a verse I have repeadily claimed in the 20 years of my walk. It is Joshua 1:9
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (NIV)
Dear Beth and All at Living Proof Ministries,
I would love to have a copy of the words of the prayer that Beth prayed over us at the end of the simulcast…is that possible?
thanks for a word from the Lord that ministered to my heart…God is so loving and gave me assurance that He is with me in the midst of the struggle. Our Jehovah Nissi!
Many blessings,
Lynn
Thank y’all for being so patient with the prayer and commissioning requests. We plan to post them next week. Hang tight! We’ll get it up as quickly as possible!
So this means you are going to post it? Will ti be its own blog post or will we need to visit these comments? (IF you know) and THANK YOU so much, It really blessed me just like it did so many women. I honestly want to pray it with my daughter when she gets older. Thought I’d mention that I just came across some scripture that I am sure Beth used in fashioning that wonderful prayer: Colossians 1:9-12
Be blessed today and always!
Oh Lindsey, thank you so much. I will be eagerly watching for that. God really ministered to me through those powerful words and I could not write fast enough and I wanted to be silent and let Beth speak it over me. So glad you will be posting it. There was no way I could remember it all, but I have sure felt the spiritual effects of those words and the prayer. Many blessings to all of you.
So grateful for all your ministry work,. Love you
HANGING TIGHT! BLESS YOU!
Thank you so much for posting these…they were a blessing to so many that day and it will be a blessing to share it with our ladies who went. I will look forward to the blog posting.
Thank you! I felt inspired at your Simulcast, and I really appreciate the list of Scripures! I will cut them apart and post them around my house!
I also would like to see a written copy of the prayer
Thank you so much for this wonderful list of Scripture. I have had several opportunities to share the link with people this week. One is in multiple medical crises. Another is trying to leave the homosexual lifestyle and find peace with God again. Tonight, I posted the link on the FB page of “Support Kountze Kids Faith”. I hope you all have heard their story! The cheerleaders made a sign featuring Phil 4:13 for Friday’s game as they had many other times. Someone complained and the Superintendent, fearing legal action, banned the girls from continuing to promote their faith. We are so proud of these kids. I know your Scripture list will help sustain us all as we continue the good fight. Thanks again!
Hi Beth!!
I was at the Soverign Center last Saturday for the Living Proof Live Event. After a few years of watching the similcast at our church it was such a BLESSING to be there live with you & so many others! I was encouraged & strengthened by the prayer you prayed for “ME” at the end of the event. I would love to have a copy of that prayer (if you have)- so that I can continue to petition God for myself & my dear friend that joined me at the conference. Is this possible?
Thank you so much for the Great Forsake & Take!!
Much love & many blessings as you serve the Lord and all of us! ~Sheila
This was an amazing word as always. Fear is a powerful thing that we may not even be aware of. When I was about 8-10 years old we had to write a poem for school about anything. This was mine: “Fear, the earge to get away. In the end its all for nothing, for it always surrounds its prey.” Lord forbid that a child that age would feel like that! But its so true. Even for believers if we don’t take it to the Lord everytime.
Is there any way to get a copy of the prayer you prayed over the women at the simulcast; as well as the words you spoke to us as we gathered in groups of one or two? I found those words to be so powerful at the time- but now would like to reflect further on them. Blessings!
Good Morning from Eugene, Oregon! We are so very excited to have you come in April of 2013!! I had the great privilege of coordinating the simulcast last Saturday at our church, Willamette Christian Center. We had almost 500 women attend and God’s hand was on the entire event. It’s hard to believe at this time last weekend we were getting ready to open the doors of our church “home” and spend the day with women from all over the county. We prayed for months and God was so faithful to meet us BIG TIME!! We had 6 decisions for Christ and 20 rededications….God is SO GOOD!!
Anywho, I’m getting carried away 🙂 The reason I’m posting is because a number of women have contacted me to ask if there’s anyway to get a printout of the prayer you had us pray over each other at the end the simulcast. It was powerful and made an impact on a lot of us.
Blessings,
L VanderVeen
Eugene, OR
P.S. Your transparency about your personal struggle with fear was so appreciated. We have all struggled with this stronghold and Satan loves nothing more than when we are immobilized. I know that the Word of God is powerful, yet I overlook it when I should be bathing in it! Thank you for the reminder and the print out of scriptures. Our God is mighty to save!!
Have I missed the posting of the commissioning and prayer that we did at the end of the simulcast? Am looking on the blog but don’t see it. Where might I find it?
Myself and a group of ladies from our church traveled to Reading for the simulcast and was blown away!!!! We were wondering if the prayer that Beth prayed over us as individuals at the end would be available in print form? It was so powerful and it would be great to have a copy. Also is the commissioning available on print? Thank you so much for your ministry!
I just wanted to let you know how deeply your ministry has touched my heart and how grateful I am that you are willing to be poured out for His glory!! I have done many of your Bible studies and look forward to many more!! I appreciate so much your fun personality and I treasure equally the depth in which you have demonstrated a heart on fire for Him and for His daughters!! I’m praying for you and your ministry. Your sister in Jesus!! Dawn
I would also like a copy of the prayer Beth prayed at Sept 15 simulcast. Please advise. Thank you.
Catherine,
Beth posted her prayer and commissioning from the simulcast on the blog this morning. Be blessed sister!
Thank you so much for the simulcast prayers! Just reading them again stills my spirit. Let God’s truth bring abundant life to all who hear.
Beautiful! Thank you for this work and for the document which I’ll be posting around my house for the visual reminder of trusting in God. The weekend of the simulcast was one that I needed dearly in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Is Living Proof going to make the simulcast available on dvd?
Hey Shannon! Check back with us in a couple of weeks and we’ll let you know. Blessings!
Beth, just finished your conference in Lewiston, Me!!! What a weekend…thank you for your faithfulness in following the Lord. My life has been so blessed:)
Dearest Beth,
Thank you so much for obeying GOD and following His heart and love for His daughters. The conference was just awesome as always what a weekend. I had so much fun volunteering and meeting the many adorable and precious ladies with wonderful stories – HIS STORIES of changed lives through the living WORD. I cannot tell you how much your ministry has helped me as a grandma nana jacquie and as a mother. My daughter Jessica has learned so much and has been going through the darkness of life but discovered the treasures of our precious Lord. She was betrayed in her marriage and there is another child from this betrayal – however, Jesus in His amazing love is healing this marriage without scars and she has chosen to stay with her man and to forgive and love him through this ordeal. I live with my daughter, Jesssica and son-in law Ruben and three precious angels of the Lord. Two grandaughters Anyah is 5 – Amirah is 2 and Alexander is 2 months old. I just printed out the Great Forsake and Take – thank you thank you thank you. God has blessed you and your beautiful family because of your faithfulness and perserverence through all the dark treasures from Isaiah I will go before you
and will level the mountains[a];
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron.
3 I will give you hidden treasures,
riches stored in secret places,
so that you may know that I am the Lord,
the God of Israel, who summons you by name.
4 For the sake of Jacob my servant,
of Israel my chosen,
I summon you by name
and bestow on you a title of honor,
though you do not acknowledge me.
5 I am the Lord, and there is no other;
apart from me there is no God.
I will strengthen you,
God is doing a new thing for Jess – from I have given her Isaiah 43 18 & 19
18 “Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
Thank you for all your love and God Bless you now and forever in His Ministry of Love and Healing
Your Sister Jacqueline
