For My Simulcast Sisters

I cannot thank you enough for the privilege to serve you at our Living Proof Live 2014 Simulcast. I do not take it lightly. I will think of you for many months to come and will remember this day for years. My deepest hope and prayer is that Christ broke through every distraction and any works of flesh and blood and revealed Himself profoundly, personally, and permanently to you. Forward, Sister. No going back. Your life faces forward from here on out and what you’re doing on this planet means something. Get to it, gifted woman of God, with unwavering confidence in Christ. I pray that every single word He has sown into you will take root and bring forth a harvest. Above all, I pray that God moved upon you and opened your female heart to RESPOND. Not just receive. RESPOND. Do not wait a single moment to take your first responding steps. Move immediately and obediently into what He’s shown you. Blessed is she who believed.

As promised, here are three writings from the simulcast for anyone who wants a copy:

First, the Identity Declaration:

identity

(Click on the picture to enlarge and save.)

Second, the writing called “What does a woman of God look like?” It’s silly, really, and way too wordy but if it broadens our concept, it is worth putting out there. I originally set out to write it as prose on Wednesday before the simulcast as it started turning in my head that morning, but as I fooled with it that day, I just couldn’t resist the rhyme.  (Click on the link to pull up in a separate window.)

What does a Woman of God Look Like

Third, the commissioning we spoke over one another at the conclusion.

LPL Simulcast 2014 Final Commissioning:

My Beloved Sister,
Jesus drew you to this day
To call you to respond.
What will you do
With what He has said?
God chose you and gifted you
For this very generation.
You are the exact woman
Jesus came looking for today.
Stop telling yourself
This is about someone else
You are the one He wants.
You’re not too young.
You’re not too old.
You haven’t strayed too far
Or waited too long.
Let Jesus step fully into your story
And write a narrative for your life
That does the world good
And gives God glory.
People out there need what you have to offer.
Quit listening to your fears and insecurities.
Stand up and step out and meet some needs.
You are my sister.
I’ll cheer you on.
I will support you and love you
I’ll stop competing and comparing.
I want to be a woman women can trust.
Let’s do this thing side by side.
We’re so much stronger together.
Sister, stay in His Word
Fight for love and keep your faith.
Follow hard after Jesus
All the rest of your days.
He will never do you wrong.
He will never reject or betray you.
He will make something beautiful
Out of all your pain.
In every loss
He will be your gain.
A lost world is waiting out there.
The darkness is aching for light.
Get out there and serve with all your might.
Because, my beloved sister.
You
Are
A woman
Of God.
Go show somebody what she looks like.

Sister, thank you so much. Your time is so valuable. Money is scarce. You could have done many other things with the precious resources you have. You chose to join us for this simulcast. May God take every word He’s entrusted to you this day and cause it to yield a 100-fold harvest. (Luke 8:8)

Stick together out there, Sisters. We are a mighty army in the Kingdom of God. Stay close. Be kind. And be danged courageous.

I love you,

Beth

I joined your Simulcast from Lake City, AR today and I am soo glad that I chose to spend my Saturday with you and other Godly women. I enjoyed singing, praising God, reading The Word, crying, and praying with the other ladies. I can’t wait for next years Simulcast. Thank you for being lead by God. May God be with you as you continue to present The Word to other women.

Today was absolutely amazing! I can’t even put into words what today did for me!!! I am a brand new empty nester searching for my “new” purpose. My church did the So Long Insecurity study this summer. This was my 2nd time reading the book. (think I may be a slow learner) So timely for the Identity Declaration! I am going to get that laminated!! And I am going to memorize it! Thank you Beth for how you minister to women. I laughed and cried and was greatly touched by God today! I even had the privilege of being a prayer partner at my church where we had it simulcast. Wow! If I could, I would give you such a big hug!!!! I certainly left church today CHANGED!!! May God bless you and Keith for your faithfulness!!!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful simulcast! I have to write and share some of what’s on my heart, as I was also blessed to have been able to take a road trip to Memphis a few weeks ago for LPL, and there are a couple of things that seem to be fitting together from me for the two of them. First of all, I am so glad I finished a blog post last night that I had been working on to share some things from the Memphis conference, because we were reminded there and then again today about sharing our stories. I’ll share the link since I’m trying to be brave 😉 . . . but for it to make sense, you need to know my husband passed away 8 and a half months ago, so that is a large part of my story.
    http://outofhisfullness.blogspot.com/2014/09/seasons-in-garden.html

The other thing that hit me that I need to share has to do with one of the HUGE take-aways from today for me personally. It is something I spent the whole second break praying about just sitting in a pew writing in my journal and then had some prayer time over in the third session as well. On the way home, I felt a freedom in my spirit from a long-term difficult situation, but within an hour after getting back, something happened to bring tears back to my eyes and cry out to God, “What in the world is going on here? Is it me? Is it the other person? What am I missing?” The thought that came to my mind next that I sensed from the Spirit was that it was neither of us but instead an attempt at sabotage from the enemy. Then immediately I thought back to the Memphis conference–“STOMP.” I can’t get rid of a foothold just by kicking my leg around. . . I need to stomp and speak truth. So I am seeking to do that and move forward in freedom in Christ.

Thank you again to you and all of the team. . . I love this ministry and how it continually touches my life so much. Blessings and rest to all of you!!

Thank you for a fantastic day today! The Holy Spirit confirmed for me today that in many ways my relationship with God has grown rich and continues to grow. I also became aware of past hurts that I had not let go. Through prayer – that is all taken care of!! I have long believed, and tried, to build other women up instead of tearing them down. Thank you for serving God the way that you do, and for encouraging all women to fully love Him and then to go ahead and fully LIVE FOR HIM.

Beth–an awesome conference–the first simulcast our new church-Orchard Christian Fellowship has had–and I pray it’s not the last! My Catholic friend joined me, and I feel, that through your teaching, has come to know the Lord in a different(relational) light. She needs to process it all, I think, for she was not open to share with me, but I know He is working on her heart–as I know you did today!!

I have been attending LPL events for a very long time and this one was by far my favorite. Maybe it was where I am in my life and the message that was delivered. Beth brought the Word in a powerful way. The message spoken touched every woman from any and every place she may find herself. All I can say is, “Wow!” Time now to respond!

LOVED spending time with you and the other 190,000 women today!! Thank you – my heart was spoken to.

    Heather Mills says:

Thank you, Beth! God has used you in such a mighty way in my life for many years. When my 14 year old daughter asked to attend with me, I was so excited and so was she. Believe me when I say, we were both so blessed and the Spirit of God moved in our lives. During the last break, I looked over and saw her praying. Then, she lifted her face and looked at me. With tears streaming down her cheeks, she said, ” Mom, I am so glad I came!” Praise God!
    We are so blessed!

    Amanda says:

Thank you, Lord! for a wonderful Word through Beth today! I was so blessed to host a small group of women in my home for the simulcast event today and oh, how I am blessed! I felt the Lord wash over me His pleasure as I was worshiping Him with the women in my home and all those participating in the simulcast in the beginning worship set. He spoke to me and I just felt Him calling me to fully forgive my mom for a long ago unintended hurt that though I understand in my mind why she did it, I have allowed the hurt from that to keep me in bondage to emotional overeating. I also felt the Lord leading me to lay my last miscarried baby down at the foot of the cross and release her to Him and not allow that to keep me in bondage to emotional overeating either. I am responding now!
Thank you for your ministry, Beth! Thank you Jesus for how great and awesome is your love! Thank you that you have overcome and in you I am forgiven & unbound! I love you! Amen!

Beth, I really enjoyed the simulcast today. I really needed it. I have been through so much this year. My mom passed away in Feb. and my sister passed away in June. I had a friendship with 2 other ladies that started to go badly, we stopped talking for a while and then one of them and i got back talking and she invited the other friend and myself, well got us all tickets. What a perfect time to hear your words. Also the prayer for the younger ones that your friend gave was amazing, i am also facing financial problems and really needed some encouragement. Today was the best day i have had this year. Thank you for sharing your talents and gifts, thank you to Travis and the band as well, such a great ministry to me. Really enjoyed everything.

    Mary Berry says:

Today was my first Beth Moore experience and I must say that God placed me there for a reason. I was in such a low place with guilt and hurt. I chose to step forward for prayer to reaffirm that I am a woman of God and to ask God to forgive and unbind my heart. I have faith that he has and I will seek him to move forward instead of continuing to go backwards.
Thank you Beth for your message today. God used you to help me.

    Dear Beth,
As always GOD spoke through you today. On December 18, 2008 you asked your Blog community if we wanted to make it a Jesus year by memorizing scripture on the first and fifteenth of each month. We could choose any scripture but for the first one I decided to memorize the one you had chosen…Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished. Luke 1:45. That was the beginning of SSMT. Today when I heard that scripture over and over in the Simulcast I KNEW I was right where I was supposed to be. Thank you Beth for letting Jesus shine through you and thank you SIESTAVILLE for being such a special community of women who love Jesus! Love, Linda

Thank you for your minitry. Thank you for your knowledge and allowing God to use you to teach His word. Today was such a blessing to me and my daughter. My daughter Emily, who is 20 years old, has strugged with an anxiety disorder all of her life. She is a believer and has always had such an insecurity. Today’s lesson touched her deeper than ever. Today it “clicked.” Today she stood up to have the ladies of our church pray for her. Her standing and allowing others to pray for her was an accomplishment in itself. The spirit of God is doing a mighty work.

    Thank you, tas philas!

    Dear Beth:

Thank you so much for today. It was a delight to hear the message that God had laid on your heart for all 190,000 of us. Your Simulcast has become an annual event for me. I was introduced to you and your ministry several years ago at a women’s Bible study – what a gift God has given you. Your words, along with God’s steadfast Word, inspires me to be a better daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and employee. Blessed is she who Believed. I pray that God showers you, your family and Living Proof Ministry with blessings beyond your comprehension. Our Bible study begins in two weeks and we will be studying Children of the Day. I can’t wait to see how God will use that study to change me even more into the woman of God He wants for me. A heartfelt thanks to you Beth for your willingness to be used by God and your obedience. I LOVE YOU MORE!!!! Donita

I love that you are “real” and honest and true to your calling to serve women. Not like you are speaking to 190,000 women but to just us. I have already printed the Identity Declaration to put up at home and work. I will pray for you and your team as you continue to serve.

I had a wonderful amazing day worshiping God with you today. I have been looking forward to this since last year. My sister and I have been going together for three years. Guess what! My sister was so excited that when we got to her church for this she left her car running to. It was left running for almost 30 minutes. Then you come on and tell use about Travis’s sister and we all laughed out and told Sherry see, she is not alone. We all had a wonderful laugh. You are a wonderful Women of God. And also I want to let you know I LOVE STUDYING YOUR BIBLE STUDIES. MY MONDAY NIGHTS WOMEN BIBLE STUDY AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH JEFFERSON CITY MO JUST STARTED YOUR NEW ONE CHILDREN OF THE DAY. I ONLY HAVE THE FIRST WEEK DONE AS WE JUST STARTED. But I love it how God uses you to connect the dots so to speak.. IF I DID NOT HAVE YOU I WOULD NOT KNOW WHAT I DO KNOW. IT MAY NOT BE A LOT BUT YOUR STUDIES ALLOW ME TO DIG DEEP INTO GOD’S WORD AND HELPS ME UNDERSTAND IT. YOU TEACH ME THE SCRIPTURES AND JOYCE MEYERS TEACHES ME THE SCRIPTURES BUT SHE TEACHES ME HOW TO LIVE OUT THE SCRIPTURES IN MY DAILY LIFE. I GIVE YOU BOTH HIGH PRAISE FOR ALLOWING GOD TO USE YOU BOTH TO TEACH US HIS LIVING WORD. Tell Travis and the others that we are so grateful for there worship music too. Along with everyone that put this together for all of us. Give them thanks from all 190,000 women of God.

    Beth,
Thank you for reminding me that I am a woman of God, redeemed by Jesus Christ. I needed to hear that I am loved, pursued and chosen, equipped with words of life, clothed in strength and dignity. The world has a way of fogging this truth. I can see again and that I am commissioned here and now, gifted by the Spirit, forgiven and unbound to move forward with boldness because I am a woman of God.

I so enjoyed the simulcast today. What a blessed time in the Lord. How I wish more of our ladies in my church could have been there, but was so very thankful to our Lord for allowing me the privilege of worshipping with you all. I think the one thing I took away from that (if I have to say only one) was that we need to RESPOND to what God’s calling us to do – not just keep asking for Him to give me this or that, but that I would respond to what He’s already called me to do. I was also deeply touched (can’t just say one thing) by the illustration of the binding of our hurting hearts – to take off the binding so He can get to our hearts and begin the healing. So, so many other things ministered to me, Beth, but those are just a couple. I am leading Children of the Day at our church (just started 9/11/14) and we had 3 new girls join our regulars – PTL!! How thrilled I was/am to see what mighty work God’s going to do through this study. I pray for you, Beth, and my girlfriend and I were just saying today – we feel as though we know you – like we could just sit down and talk with you like old friends. How I praise God for your ministry and the gift of teaching His Word that He’s given you. Thank you for obeying His call on your life. Love to you and all your staff – Travis Cottrell’s group is amazing!!
