Living Proof Live: Charleston, West Virginia – Simulcast Recap!

Hello, ladies! I hope it has been a wonderful Monday morning for you all so far. Yesterday a sweet friend whispered to me at church while I was singing, “The joy of the Lord is your strength!” And all the people said amen. I’ve been clinging to that truth ever since. The joy of the Lord is my (and your) strength. Own it, Sister! Amen!

I know we have some new friends visiting the blog since Saturday’s simulcast, and I know many of you are anxious to see the recap video that our super gifted and really good photog buddy, Rich Kalonick, put together. He works tirelessly not only capturing the entire event, but then gets to work immediately so we have these by Monday morning. A very quick turnaround! Thank you so much, Rich, for your hard work, yet again.

One more thing, for those of you that are asking, and for those of you that don’t even know to ask, keep watching the blog everyday this week as we have a lineup of posts for you all that involve the creative writing, the commissioning and the responsive reading from the simulcast! Thanks so much for your patience with us as we work these in everyday. Y’all are the best and we love you!

Here is the recap!

Thanks Beth! I put my corpse down yesterday an wrote my obituary! I asking the Holy Spirit to help me catch myself when I am sliding back to the Law. I know He will. Put my tap shoes on and am hesitant but they’re on none the less. Thank you thank you thank you for mentoring me. Abba is so good to me!!! Now back to my grace filled day:-)

When Beth was carrying around her “old self” I thought I would die!! Totally cracked me up! And so true! Absolutely great visual. Funny thing is, my old self kinda looked like that!

Is is possible to post the creative writing of grace that Beth shared, as well as the pop quiz questions?
    Thanks!

    Dawn Ramirez says:

The simulcast was AWESOME! I am already planning my next trip to a LOL event. Can’t wait for the creative writing to be posted. When I got home from the simulcast, I had a funeral for Lol Miss Lawful and placed post it notes all over the whole house simply saying “NO LONGER”. I do believe my family thinks I have lost my mind, but, I haven’t felt this liberated since I gave my peritoneal cancer over to God 2 years ago! And on a lighter note, I saw the picture of Miss Beth with her new glasses on Twitter, and, May I say, they are simply adorable. Beautiful woman, both inside and outside!

Thanks, Lindsee, for the re-cap. The message and music were so awesome this weekend! Praise to God for using Beth Moore and Travis Cottrell in such a mighty way! I was wondering if you could also make available a list of the questions Beth used in her “pop quiz.” That, too, would be helpful for continued reflection on the message God spoke to me during this blessed weekend. LPM, thank you all so much for everything you do in His Name!

    Stephanie says:

I would love to have the list of questions for the pop quiz from the simulcast. All my girlfriends are on the internet looking for them as well!!!

Our ladies at Mtn. View Nazarene in Wilder ID had a blast with Beth by Simulcast on Saturday! We truly felt the grace raining down! We loved the creative writing Beth shared on Grace and I’ve been asked to see if it is possible to get a copy. Just so Beth knows…her message was personally “tailored” (by the Holy Spirit) to meet some of us right where we needed it. 5 rededications and 3 with calls to ministry! PTL!

    Jeanna Odum says:

I watched the Living Proof on the Simulcast at the Antioch Baptist Church in Pavo,GA. It was amazing and so up lifting. It was something I really needed to hear. I have rededicated my life. And went home and told my husband I would not listen to his negative and foul language anymore. To please have respect for God and for me if he loved me. Believe it….He stopped.lol I was at the point of giving up. My sister invited me to this. Thank you Jesus for your encouragement and your love for Christ and other people. Thank you.

You can download the simulcast for $20. I watched it at home and I have access to it for 30 days. Going back to take notes and can pause to keep up. I really want God’s message to sink deep in my soul. Beth you are a great instrument of God and I am so thankful for your faithfulness. My new goal is obedience in faith.

    Jaime says:

I received such a blessing for the Simulcast this weekend! God is so good. This message brought me confirmation and answers to a prayer. The ladies I attended with all got a huge shock to the system Sunday morning when we walked into our church. On the monitors was this phrase, “My Grace is Enough.” I know those that had not attended with us thought we had lost our minds. Every song that was sung yesterday had to do with Grace. So I am praying to get out from under the law and to walk in Grace! Thank you so much!!! One of these days I will make it to the live event.

I really enjoyed being in Charleston this weekend. The Lord spoke mightily. And one of my dearest friends, Trena, and her beautiful daughter, Nikki, are in the video! This was Nikki’s first LPL. She loved it and can’t wait until next year.

The simulcast was fantastic! What a word from The Lord and what a tremendous blessing. Thanks for sharing the additional info in the upcoming blog posts. But one more question (okay not so important), where did Beth get that cute yellow and white shirt that she wore Saturday? Inquiring minds want to know. 🙂

    Jodi Miller says:

Saturday was amazing! God transformed me in a flood of grace. How can He meet me every time I come to Him and meet me in such powerful ways every time?! I love Him with my whole life! Thank you for your obedience.

Would we also be able to get the 12Q quiz (+1 bonus Q)? I want to see how my test changes and He changes me!
    Thank you so much.

This was amazing! I lived by my law for far to long! I thought and believe I could disappoint God which is so far from the truth! Thank you Beth for shinning the light of truth into my life. Feels so good to know the truth! I am so thankful!

    Mary Beth Scalise says:

    Hi Beth!
Saturday was exactly what I have been longing for. I was honored to participate in the prayer walk and volunteer as an encourager. I have been in living in West Va for 14 years now. My Mom, sister and her 2 friends drove 7 hours to attend with me. After the event we were reminiscing in the hotel room. Sensing the Holy Spirit working, I asked the one friend if she was a Christian. She said she wanted to walk down when you gave the invitation but thought she should know more about the Bible. We all shared with her God’s truths and opened the Word to Romans 10:9-13 and praise God she accepted Christ Jesus right there!!!
Thank you for allowing God to use you!!!

    N.J.C (Jcee) says:

Unfortunately, wasn’t able to attend the simulcast. But after reading each post here, know that our all gracious & sovereign G_d was faithful to otrageously resoond in full of each precioys soul; captivating, rescuing, & resemptively restoring through the workings of His Holy Spirit.
Have been blessed to attend one LPL event yrs ago, had never experienced anything like HIM; it’s absolutely mind boggling & heart throbbing the way our Jesus tends to take divine interest – reaching every single soul – in every heart & mind in the midst of a mega, mega multitude.
But what is so awesome about what many of you mentioned was the creative gift HE has equipped Mrs. Beth with. I, for one, learn more by pictorial teachings. Want to humbly take the time to “Thank You” God for all these that You predestinedly called to be present in this glorious victory to Your Kingdom cause & for the supernatural gifts You have equipped Mrs. Beth with & are continuing to do so. Praise You, O’ God Most High!
Though, wasn’t able to be there, prayed 4 each & every one of you, Mrs. Beth, & for all of those called in obedience to bring this reconciling message of Hope through song, prayer, and the promptings of the Spirit through this humble – yet mighty – God ordained teacher’s simulcast.
May our Lord’s work remain alive & active in each one of you, & may HE grace you to bring a harvest of fruition to the glory of the Name above all Names.
(Thanks for Philemon’s Love/Grace and Faith)
    Philemon 1:4-7
“I always thank my God as I remember you in my prayers, because I hear of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints. I pray that the faith you share with us (all) may deepen your understanding of every blessing that “belongs to you in Christ.” I have had ‘great’ joy and encouragement because of your love, for the hearts of (the lost and) the saints have been refreshed through you, sister.”

Grace & peace, & favor to you all from God, our Eternal Abba.
(A humble & grateful “thank you” for sharing!)

    Marie says:

I don’t know about anyone else, but I definitely got me a word on Saturday! Took my breath away to find myself scoring 100% on the pop quiz. It’s time to pick up my purse and my dogs and move under grace!

    SuR says:

Is it possible to also get a list of the songs sang? Some were new to us, and very inspiring & worshipful songs.

    Ann says:

I attended my first ever Simulcast this Saturday at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Surrey, BC.

As I went through the day, God gave me a vision of his Word being a treasure chest. At first, I just saw a trunk, with a little light seeping through.

The more I listened, the more it seemed the key to the treasure chest was turning. It flung open wide and a great light shone before me.

As I looked, I saw the most dazzlingly spectacular jewels bursting forth from the treasure chest. My eyes were delighted with the stunning beauty God had presented me.

Your words were as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, to my ears. Their brilliance will forever point to the Master Jeweller, Christ and his teachings! Thank you so much, Beth!

  31. 31
    Judy Thomson says:

I attended a simulcast of “No Longer” on Saturday in Easton, PA. Beth wrote a whole list of what grace is only as she can. Would it be possible to get a copy of that list?

Also, Beth made a statement that was something like “the more self aware we are, the more unhappy we are.” I may have misquoted it. Somehow I’m thinking that I need to be self aware so I can root out the sin of jealousy or know why my heart is heavy, etc. Am I taking the statement too literally? I would definitely agree that the more “self-focused” I am, the more that leads to unhappiness. Anyway, I would like your thoughts on this, please.

Thanks so much. You continue to be a huge blessing to me.

    Dena says:

I have been searching for the creative writing, so am thrilled to hear it will be available. I was in awe during it and was so moved. I literally could not remember one word of it! Then little snippets – “chin lifter” – started to come forth in my mind. Ah, so good. I cannot wait to let the words flood my soul again. This was my first LPL event, I have already looked at 2014 to see what is closest. Also, will this teaching be put into a book or some kind of study or print? I took notes feverishly, but could barely get all that I wanted to capture.

  33. 33
    Kaye Hauser says:

This simulcast was the best! I say that every time. Praise be to our God and Father and to Jesus Christ! Grace. Grace. Mighty Grace! Wowser

Awesome LPL event! I am living under Grace! Who knew being on the other side you would be talking to me personally, well, we know who knew!

I would like to request the Quiz questions and Beth’s creative writing on Grace.

    Dana nichols says:

Thanks! I’m looking forward to the other posts. Saturday was the most AMAZING day! I was so blessed to attend with my daughter and my daughter-in-law. I had several times during those hours when I came to tears just thinking about the fact that these 2 precious women, who are raising my grandchildren, love Jesus so much and wanted to spend the day hearing the Word. I know that they will see that they are brought up to know Jesus too. Thank you, God!

  37. 37
    Kelly J says:

I was so blessed by Beth’s teaching at the simulcast! Here, I thought I was living a fairly grace-based life – not! Thank you for opening my eyes to a few areas I need to pay attention to. Can you please also post the pop-quiz questions? Thank you so much!

    Judy Prather says:

I attended the simulcast with my daughter and friend at a church in Clinton, IL. For the 2nd year a man from the community who wishes to remain anonymous has paid for the program so the woman can attend at no charge. This day was truly a gift to me and I thank God for this kind man. The next day I sent this msg to my daughter, my friend, and myself too along with a picture of a beautiful sunrise…Good morning. You are a highly favored child of God. Have a beautiful day! Thank you Beth for giving me a way to reach out to others about God and his love for us. You are a blessing!!

It was such a privilege to share God’s Presence with so many women in our own host church location as well as knowing that the spiritual impact with so many women from around the world being together, loving God, learning more about Him and more about us, and the power in the Name of Jesus to live under His grace and live well. Whether a woman was seeking to get to know God, a newer Christian, one who was mid-journey or a seasoned Christian, there is no one who could have left that day being unchanged! I was so blessed personally as well as being blessed to bring this opportunity to our community! Glory to God for all His marvelous work that day in the hearts, minds and spirits of those attending and blessings to all those who served. Double portion blessings to Beth and Travis and their teams! Well done! Thank you so very much!

    Missy Hicks says:

I have attented several Simulcast and I must say this has been the most powerful one. A very timely message for us. I marked all over the book of Romans with my highlighter. I had read these scriptures many times but Saturday they came to life. Thanks you Ms. Beth for your faithfulness to bring forth Gods words to us so we can understand them. I know lives have been changed thru this events. I too am picking up my purse and moving over to the grace side of life. May God richly bless you Ms. Beth.

    Aida T says:

What a joy to be part of this past Saturday event. My church in Ashburn VA has a woman group that has done 2 of your studies and will start next week the one of the Tabernacle. When we went to the event the Secret was bought so we could do it when we finish the current one. You have become part of our Christian life and we thank you for your teachings. What a joy to see you Live. Thanks again for showing us to live in Grace and not carry our old self full of Laws. Like they say in my natal language Dios te Bendiga y te de mucha Paz.

    Lindsee,

Please also post the 13 question quiz. I thought it would make a wonderful discussion with my husband and children.

    Thanks for all you do.

Could you post the questions from the grace/law quiz as well? Thanks!

  46. 46
    Kirstin says:

Great simulcast! The music and teaching were so uplifting.

My friends and I drove about 30 miles to see the simulcast at our nearest host church. Unfortunately, they didn’t sell enough tickets to break even. I wonder if fewer churches will host the simulcast in the future because individuals and small groups are choosing to watch it by themselves. I hope not.

    Sharon Pirkle says:

I have attended many living Proof Live events and simulcasts and they each always speak to me pertinent to what’s going on in my life. My favorite Bible study I’ve done was Believing God and this simulcast was my favorite – I know (even though Beth doesn’t) that every note she wrote for this simulcast God was whispering in her ear … “You’re writing this for Sharon, she’s struggled with this her whole life.. She just has a hard time letting go of her dead self and see herself in me and believing that is who she really is. She gets it in her head but not her heart.” I’m going to take advantage of being able to watch it again and I certainly pray you make this one into a DVD set. Be sure to let me know! This is THE best teaching on Law vs Grace I’ve ever heard! Blessing on you, Beth for your obedience to God!!

  48. 48
    Joyce says:

So blessed and challenged to discern my no longers by Beth’s message on Saturday. So blessed that I have seen Beth in 4 conferences and have facilitated many of her studies at my church Women’s group. I know all the credit goes to our wonderful Lord God but I praise him for the vessel of Beth. It is these studies that have promoted my growth relationship with my Lord and Savior Such an extra blessing to see Beth at a Farmers Market after the conference and receive a hug from her.

    June Byers says:

Would love a bible study from Saturday’s Simulcast. We are really looking forward to the video we can purchase and share with all of the ladies at our church.

    Andrea says:

I was able to watch last year’s simulcast with a local church, and then was able to attend this year’s simulcast in person because thankfully I only live about an hour away from Charleston, wV!! It was one of the most amazing, life-changing events I have ever experienced. I think Beth could read a menu to me and I’d gain something spiritual out of it, lol! I’m already planning on traveling to Hershey next year! God bless!!
