If you’re anything like me, then every time you hear or think of Canada, you start singing, “O Canada! Our home and native land!” Or maybe you don’t. I’m just weird like that. I’ve been known to bust out in song even if one word is mentioned that reminds me of a particular tune. It’s just in my roots.
Anyway, the other day I saw someone ask if Beth was really coming to Calgary, or if she was just doing a simulcast, and I’m so happy to say that this very day, she’ll be hopping on a jet plane headed to the great land of Canada for our next LPL this weekend. How fun is that? The entire team is excited, ready and honored to serve you guys. (Notice I didn’t say “y’all” but “you guys”. Smile.)
With that said, we’d love to offer 20 scholarship tickets, thanks to the Siesta Scholarship fund, to the ladies that really want to attend the conference this weekend, but financially, just can’t pull it off. It is our great joy to offer these and we pray that whomever receives them is blessed immensly and changed by the Word this weekend. However, just a reminder, this isn’t a random giveaway, but for those of you in need that could use a little encouragement.
If that is you, please call the Living Proof officeΒ during regular business hours (8:30 β 4:30 CST). Please ask for Kimberly at 1-888-700-1999 and she will take care of you. If you happen to get the voicemail or call during the lunch hour, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
*Important: In the event that our toll free number does not work for you coming from Canada, please call our regular office number 281-257-3344 and we will get you squared away. However, if you are calling from a cell phone, you shouldn’t come across any issues.Β
We are expecting God to show up and do a big work among the group this weekend. Will you join us in prayer over our Siesta Mama and the rest of the team as they prepare to serve you?
We love you guys to bits. May God be so glorified in Canada this weekend and may His Word go out in power.
so glad to hear that beth will be in my ‘home and native land’ praying god’s spirit goes ahead and everything is for his glory.
We are so excited that Beth is coming to Canada! We are getting ready to make the 8 hour drive to Calgary to go hear what Beth has to share!!! Road trip with two of my bestest buddies to go see Beth Moore live π
It will be worth 16 hours! 8 hours of great anticipation and 8 hours of utter joy and wallowing in HIS goodness from the Word He will speak through Ms. Beth. Enjoy and be blessed!
So thrilled that Beth is finally coming to Calgary ;0) Mouth wide open with joy. I have been counting the sleeps until the conference and will be doing a bucket load of praying for Beth, the team and all the siestas who will be attending.
Wish so much I could go. It is about a day’s jopurney for me but I can not go as we have so much happening here. I will be in prayer for the team and especailly our Seista Mama I am thrilled beyond words that she is doing better. Blessings Betty M
WE ARE SO HAPPY to have her here. I have been praying and I can’t wait how the Lord is going to show up. We are so expectant :). Are u guys going to have a siesta picture? And if yes how do we know? Do we need a special tag? Thank u, and Lindsee you should of come with her and sing O Canada with all of us! π
There is a fabulous group of women coming from my town, two moms(twim sisters!), their daughters and daughters in law. Every year they take a trip somehwere together to celebrate being sisters, sisters by blood, by marriage and most importantly sisters in Christ. This year they are coming to see Beth! it has been a hard year as one of the daughters lost her husband to cancer just a few short months ago. I am sure they will all be blessed by the weekend! God bless you as you speak to these amazing women! Wish I was going to be there too!!
Dear Beth & Wonderful Living Proof Team:
Thank you so much for the ability for my mother and I to get to head down to Calgary to hear the truth from Beth & the team! Without the scholarship tickets we wouldn’t be able to go!! Kimberly was so friendly on the phone, bless her! π
We are so excited we were dancing in our kitchen with joy!
THANK YOU soooo much!

thank you Beth for coming to western Canada and allowing us to experience this live!
WELCOME TO CANADA!!!
Sorry to miss you…
I Hope you love it so much, you will come again real soon!
Bring your umbrella we are still experiencing SPRING! π
GOD has a Wonderful Plan for you All!
May GOD rain down BLESSINGS π
One of the most breathtaking views that our neighbors in Canada have is in the Canadian Rockies and Jasper National Park. Sure hope Beth gets to visit while she’s out there! I’m truly AMAZED at the ways God shows His majesty and presence in those Northwestern mountains!! They are a must see for everyone!!!!!! Oh, and better than that will be all of Jesus’ princesses bowing and worshipping the King of Kings at the Calgary LPL weekend. How GREAT is our God!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So looking forward to seeing Beth and the crew! I’m going with a big group of girlfriends, and we are going knowing God is going to bless us (and probably challenge us) through what Beth has to say!! Yahoo, only 32ish more hours!! Also, is there a Siesta meetup or anything??
Heading out tomorrow. We have an 8 hour drive ahead of us but so excited to be able to attend!
I am looking forward to it! Driving from Edmonton with my bff who is flying in from vancouver. May God be glorified!
Almost 2 years ago Beth was in Spokane, WA and I had wanted to go so badly but couldn’t make that trip happen. I was very sad and cried a little that weekend and prayed and asked God if sometime in my life would He be so gracious as to allow me to see Beth in person. A little over a year ago when a friend told me that Beth was in negotiations to come to Calgary I again burst into tears – of joy this time that God would answer my humble prayer. God has used Beth to get me into Bible study and to lead other women along with me. I am soooo excited to see her in Calgary and selfishly like to think that it’s because God answered my prayer! Praying much for Beth and all her team that God will minister to her and each of us as we gather together!!
I will indeed be praying for the Lord to do a mighty work in the hearts of my Canadian sisters. I live way too far away in southern Ontario but a friend from here will be attending with her relatives. She has just undergone a very intense year of cancer, masectomy and chemo. I am sooo excited for her -hopefully she will share the treasures gleaned from His Word via Beths teaching when she returns. Blessings indeed to you all. Yes you all!!!
We’re waiting with great anticipation for what God will say through you, our dear Siesta Mama! Welcome to Calgary. So very excited!!!
I have to tell you, when I think of Canada I think of Niagara Falls. I’ve never been, but it’s definitely on my travel wish list.
Have a safe journey.
Lindsee,
I too bust out into song whenever I hear certain words..
I’ve been singing ‘Oh Canada’ for the last 5 mins. haha

I have been hearing the advertisements for LPL Calgary on Shine FM (our Christian radion station), and even that little snippet gives me chills! I always learn so much when Beth is teaching – whether in person (the very first SSMT weekend), via simulcast, or DVD.
I echo the same question a few others have posed – will there be a siesta meetup?! Pretty please?! π
P.S. Next time Beth comes to Canada, I’m praying it will be as a keynote speaker at Break Forth Canada 2014 in Edmonton, AB at the end of January! (No personal agenda here at all… *wink*)
I am SO excited to worship with and learn from Beth this weekend! I am also happy to realize that I CAN afford the ticket to go this year. Last year at this time, as a newly single mom, I was on a very.tight.budget. But God has been gracious to me and my son! So Beth, welcome to Calgary. I apologize in advance for the likely unfavorable weather this weekend. Have a safe journey and if you need some restaurant recommendations let me know… AND I’d be happy to join you!
I flew in yesterday from Pittsburgh in the great state of PA and am so excited to be at the conference this weekend! Hope to meet some other siestas there. Praying for Beth, the team and all the wonderful ladies who will be attending.
We are so excited to be hosting Beth and her team in Calgary. South View Alliance has over 200 ladies attending. Beth- if you need a Buckies driver, I know the girl for you! She is my friend Amanda G. She has completed all your studies both in private and with a ladies group. She is a huge fan for lack of a better word. She would so love an autograph and a picture. Your work has been a huge blessing to me and many over the years. Know we have been praying and will continue through out the weekend. See you tomorrow in the crowd!
Yee-haaah! Hope you get white hatted upon arrival!

I am so excited and so desperate to hear what God will share through Beth this weekend! I went to Billings to see you in 2008 and am so glad you are so close to my hometown. Praying for all of you…<3
See you tomorrow, Beth!!! I’m the one who won’t be able to sit still in her seat. So excited to “meet” you tomorrow.
Wish I was in Calgary…..SUmmerside P.E. Island seems more than it should be away from the west this weekend. I did dream last night though that Beth came to the east coast of Canada. Maybe Maybe Maybe Please please please….
Please pray for my friend and her daughter. They are from Houston, but living in Calgary. They have tickets to attend LPL, but were called and told her mother-in-law doesn’t have much longer.
Thank you for your prayers.
So glad that the team is making it to Calgary.
I first saw Beth live in New Orleans about 10 years ago on a free ticket from a lady in my church who I barely knew. I won’t be able to make it this weekend as I have a 4 month old who needs her mama, but thanks for making the trip! (and welcome to our home and native land.)
Praying for all of you! May the LORD pour out the oil of gladness on your hearts this weekend.
A verse for Beth- Psalm 112:4 Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness
Coming to thaw the frozen chosen, Mamma Beth? I am so excited that we outgrew the smaller venue and will fill the Corral Centre to busting. I think we could have filled the Saddle Dome since I know of at least one church with a waiting list. Next time for sure! This is soooo exciting. The thrill of bowing and singing before the Throne! A little taste of our future! How could there not be a Siesta Picture?! We’ll meet somehow and make it happen.
so excited you get to visit our friendly neighbors to the north in person!
i am from the US but know all of the words to canada’s national anthem thanks to living in BC for a couple of months & living with a team of Canadians when i lived in europe (:
praying for this weekend!
We will be on our knees for Beth and the entire team this weekend. May God bless you all as you minister to those in Calgary!
My heart is heavy with prayers for you Mama Beth as you bring the precious Word to our blessed country! You are a blessing beyond words and have given me tools to share the Living Water with my searching neighbour. I love you for your sacrifice of ministry to me. I can feel your passion and love toward me! You are so loved back!!
dear Beth and team,
I have just attended the Calgary event, and was truly blessed by your ministry. I have participated in many of the bible studies over the years that you have released and I have always felt a huge bond between us, as sisters in the lord. I praise the lord that you Beth, have stayed on track and true to the call and purpose that God has called you to. It was most wonderful to see that true devotion and surrender to God in person, that I have only felt and heard on DvD’s. Thank you for being real, vulnerable, and willing to be used of God to bless the body of Christ in the way that you have. I pray that the lord will continue to bless you and your family, that you will continue to walk closely to him, and I pray that he will reveal more great wonders to you that you have not even imagined yet. I praise the lord for you!!!!!!!
Love your sister in Christ
Brenda
I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity and priviledge to hear sweet Beth and her team in person….Beth you rocked my world with your message….I have been living a small faith life these past few years…following your conference I no longer want to live an ordinary life….I want to shout out praises, sing halleluiahs and be humbled before my God…..I am taking back my ground and will never WALK THE SAME AGAIN….Love to you sweet lady as God continues to use you in the most amazing ways and inspires you to bring light into our darkness…. GOD BLESS!!
Beth, my niece and I attended your Calgary Live even this wknd. I came from Ontario and she lives in Calgary. I have so wanted to see you live and hear and experience His words and have my soul refreshed once again. I was a missionary in China with my family for eight years up until recently. We did a few of your studies in small groups with young missionary sisters. Psalms of Accent, I hosted in my home. Precious times. While there my feet began to have terrible pains. I went through a lot of testings to find I had serious heel spurs on both feet. I received as much treatment as possible but still severe pain and limitations. Father called us to move back to Canada in 2010 to focus on our family of teens/young adults and their education. We were called as a family and family is our first ministry. While home I’ve received much prayer and many treatments all except surgery which is risky. I can walk but have limitations, especially to stand in place. I regret not being able to dance in worship (when moved to) and host the many Chinese students and others Father brings to us. While at the conference today (during break on Sat morning) I went up for prayer at the end when there was no line. I told the dear lady that I was coming to get more prayer for my feet. I believe in healing and know God has my good in mind and His glory. The precious 87 year old said ” I have something to share with you. When I was young I had polio and I was left for dead. God totally healed and restored me”. She prayed for me and gave me such a loving hug. I walked back to my seat (right in front of the altar). When Travis began to play Victory in Jesus I just started dancing/jumping lol. I surprised myself. I began to cry at the freedom (in my feet) and then the next words I heard were : I HEARD ABOUT HIS
HEALING,
OF HIS CLEANSING POW’R
REVEALING
HOW HE MADE THE LAME
TO WALK AGAIN
AND CAUSED THE
BLIND TO SEE
Then I really began to cry. I KNEW God was touching me. I still felt my feet but felt freedom to worship. I told the dear lady that this was what I missed most. I am almost fifty, fully gray and (hot flashing as ever a woman could lol) but I love to fully worship my God and Saviour the Lord Jesus. Thanks Beth and Living Proof. Love you all for all you’ve allowed God to do through you. Martha Butler London Canada
God WAS in Calgary this weekend!!! Love, love, LOVED it!!!
Beth is such a blessing to me and it was a great privilege to be able to see her in person!
Thank you for all your ministry does!
Sincerely,
Verna Hynes
Thank you Beth and team for being willing vessels for God to use. He really used you all to bless us this weekend. Beth, God’s anointing and gifting is very evident in your teaching. His Truth is powerful! Thanks again for coming.
Thank – goodness for free wi-fi in the Calgary airport!! After attending LPL this weekend I was so excited to get “WALKING”, but due to overbooking on my early afternoon flight home, I have been SITTING in the airport waiting instead! The unlucky one who did not get a seat! π
With 2 hours still remaining before another plane leaves for my city I decided to check out Beth’s Blog! How fun it is!
Beth, your word from the Lord was just for me. I desperately needed to be encouraged and refreshed this weekend as I could relate to the women you were talking about that had a strong budding ministry that has recently been trampled on. A year ago I felt God’s prompting to lead a Bible study! My amazingly, engaged group went through “Inheritance” and “Esther”. Both created an amazing wave! This prompted me and others, to come together in an effort to seriously fortify Women’s ministry efforts in our church of 1000. God was just downloading vision, purpose and goals to me and others. Sadly, we have just recently encountered roadblocks and discouragement and it has “pushed me back”! I do not want to lose everything I have worked so hard for! Your words this weekend ministered to me deeply. Thank you so much! Praying that we all will be able to fulfill the calling God has placed on our hearts. By the way…..,PLEASE come back soon! π
I was one of the 5600 women (and a few brave men!) who was in Calgary this weekend. Thank you Lord for your servant Miss Beth! It was a truly transforming weekend!
Thank you Beth for walking on! I learned I have a bitterroot in my soul. I need to learn about God’s love for me and then it can flow out of me to others.
To Beth and the LPL team, thank you so much for coming to minister to us in Calgary! My girlfriends and I loved seeing you in person after participating in several of the bible studies and simulcasts! I personally was touched by your message from 2 John. Since becoming a first time mom last year I haven’t been working on my faith walk. I realised this weekend that I have some ground to take back as the enemy had taken my passion for Christ and His word without me even putting up a fight. From now on I am setting aside some “God and me” time and digging into His word any moment I can! God has blessed me through many of your bible studies Beth and I am happy to say I am W.A.L.K.I.N.G. with God again!!! Love you all!
Hi Miss Beth! I was there!! Not a new life in Christ, but a renewal of life for me!
I knew I had to be in Calgary – something touched me during the Friday night worship………God was working in me…..I still haven’t found out his plan for me….but now I will start actively walking towards Him. I will look for the reha………..
Hope to see you back in Canada soon!
One of your Eklekte Kyrias
My girls & I were so blessed to be a part of the Calgary week end. Beth communicates the scriptures both old & new so they just come alive and reach into your soul to stir things up & get your motor join’ Or after this weekend my feet will be walking toward home. Have to share that my youngest daughter mentioned she was reminded of Eph 6:15 where we’re told to shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace. So did a little study on that verse & shod means to “bind on” So we are to not just slip this on but bind it to our feet What??? the gospel of peace, which I also looked into & it means the “gospel of bliss” Bliss – extreme happiness or ecstasy …ecstasy of salvation. Blew me away.. So while I’m walking toward home, I’m to bind the gospel of bliss to my feet. Talk about sustaining power!!!! It was the finishing touch to a perfectly amazing week end. Thank you! Thank you! Praise Jesus!!!!
I want to say thank you from the bottom my heart that you are obedient to God and His calling on your life. You will never know the impact you have had on my life. Never quit! I receive blessing, encouragement, and challenge from you every day.
Blessings to you!
Sisters! Greeting from the ‘Peg!!! It was so good to be part of a “moment” in Calgary with ya’ll. That was a slice of heaven and I can’t wait to see you all in GLORY!!! Until then….keep Walking ON……
Sounds like everyone took so much away from this weekend.
Do you think Beth would ever travel to England? I know I would feel incredibly blessed to hear her speak!
Beth! What a weekend. I am still processing so much! I travelled with Melinda to Calgary and never imagined that you’d hear her story. So blessed by your love for her and blessed by the message you shared. No more default for me!
This has nothing to do with Calgary, but I didn’t know where else to share it! My boss, 60+ yr old attorney, is doing his first Beth Moore Bible study, James. As it turns out, he was reading his lesson on a business flight home yesterday and the man next to him was also studying James! And… after his flight was cancelled and he had to stay overnight in Charlotte at a less than desirable hotel, he came into work today and said,”If I had not been studying James, last night would have been much less tolerable than it was.” Thanks for all you do Beth- God is reaching all kinds of people thru your obedience π
Loved seeing this video! It brought tears of joy to my eyes in remembrance of the Stockton & Fresno LPL we had and the simulcasts I have attended. God is amazing and at these conferences so many of our lives are impacted for His glory! Thank you for all Beth and the team allow God to do through them! I am asking our awesome God to rain down His blessings in each of your lives today as you work together for Him. I am praying He guards you, guides you and lets you feel His pleasure in you daily.
Much Love! Keep on keeping on!!!
Carol
My cousin (my dearest BFF) was at the conference in Calgary – her first Beth Moore experience. She had a total blast and was so glad she went.
Just wanted to say thanks to Beth and the team for going there live. I’m so happy my cousin got to go.
Though my cousin and I are 100s of miles apart (I live in WI), I have been telling her about my Beth Moore studies for years and years. So glad she finally got a taste of what I’ve been sharing and enjoying.
Thanks to the whole LPM team for all you do. The personal touch you add to everything means so much!
