**Siesta Celebration is January 20-21, 2012**
Oh, my word, y’all! I didn’t realize it was the 15th until I woke up this morning! I’m speed writing!
I am continuing to memorize out of 2 Timothy. Here are mine this time around. They’re not complete without each other so I’m doing two.
Beth, Houston. “You, however, must continue in the things you have learned and are confident about. You know who taught you and how from infancy you have known the holy writings, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 3:14-15 The NET Bible
I started memorizing these a couple of days ago and they are already speaking to me right now for a specific reason: Sometimes beginning is a challenge and sometimes ending is a challenge but CONTINUING – day in, day out, in what you know to be right or what you know to be your present charge from God –Â now, THAT’S where the endurance comes. That’s where the enemy takes us down over and over.
Let’s be faithful, Siestas! CONTINUE IN THE THINGS YOU HAVE LEARNED!
I’m crazy about you.
