Hey, Sweet Things! I’m a mighty long way from home in Fresno, California and looking so forward to getting into the Scriptures and into some passionate praise and worship with these West-side women. I love knowing that Priscilla is in Florida this weekend serving at her first simulcast and we are on the opposite side of the continent with our Living Proof Live. You wouldn’t waste a prayer on either one of us.
This will be a record setting post – my shortest ever! Wish so much I could tarry here and visit with you but, Sister Girl, my hands are FULL. Oh, how I pray you are sticking with your Scripture memory. Don’t give up! God will bring a harvest if we persevere and see it all the way through. I love my selection this go round. If you don’t know what you want to memorize for Verse 7, you are welcome to share mine. Here goes!

I Corinthians 13:4-7 (The Message) Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have. Love doesn’t strut, doesn’t have a swelled head, doesn’t force itself on others, Isn’t always “me first,” doesn’t fly off the handle, doesn’t keep score of the sins of others, doesn’t revel when others grovel, takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, puts up with anything, trusts God always, always looks for the best, never looks back, but keeps going to the end.

Romans 8: 28 NIV
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[i] have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. 31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Tonight was awesome Beth!! You were right on target for my life with your message tonight and can hardly wait for tomorrow’s teaching! I am expecially excited because the last time you were here I came down with appendicitis in the middle of the Saturday Morning session. Your message was so compelling that I tried to stick it out, but eventually had to give up and go to the ER…really!! I didn’t want to leave. I was so disappointed and hated leaving early more than the thought of surgery. God Bless you and praying for your voice and health.
