Our young adult small group has decided to seperate the wives and husbands for the summer (guys stay home with the kids one week, and wives stay home the next). The women have decided to do this Siesta Summer Bible Study with you. We met for the first time last night. Our group members are Jane, Shannon, Marie, Angela, Gina, and Jami.
I'm a little late signing in! We met last Tuesday for our first meeting and then again last night. We are a group of 20-40somethings who have been doing different studies together for about a year or so now.
Our group is Colima, Jan, Kathy, Kristin, Laurie and Meghan. We are in Klamath Falls, OR.

I am a summer missionary at Tennessee Baptist Children's Home in Memphis, Tennessee. My teammate Lauren, and I are doing the Bible Study along with two of our "girls" that have just graduated high school, and are in transitional living. They are both 18 years old, and we have them over our little "farm house" for dinner once or twice a week. The first week, we had a "cooking show" in order to teach them (elaborate) on some basic cooking skills. I was looking for a Bible Study to do this summer, but we discussed the woman of Proverbs 31, instead. Now, I plan a meal, we cook it together, and do this study! We had our first session Monday, and God was moving all though discussion time! I can tell that God was RIGHT ON when He led us in this direction! I can NOT wait for God to show us more of His truth through His word!
