Rich sent me these pictures from New Orleans tonight. Melissa has been gently encouraging Mom to carry a camera for the benefit of the blog. When Rich saw Mom pull out her rinky dink camera at lunch to capture all the fun, he intervened. Thanks, Rich!
Here are my Uncle Tony, Mom, Aunt Cherie, and cousin Carleigh. Some of you prayed for my cousin Carleigh when she was born premature. She is obviously doing great now!
Upon arrival, they headed straight to Brennan’s for lunch.
And bananas foster for dessert, of course.
Beautiful, beautiful pics! LOVE them. Thanks for sharing!
Still wide awake from the excitement of tonight’s event – running the teaching through my head, and heart. ๐ It was a very timely message for me and I thank the Lord for that.
Good job Mama Beth.
Also loving the scripture memory challenge of 2009 and looking forward to January 2010.
Thank you for ministering to my city. I love New Orleans and love you too.

Looks awesome.
Blessed be His name!!! :]
Honestly, Beth, can you get any cuter??? I’m turning 40 next week so looking good is really on my mind right now. I know there is nothing spiritual about this comment but I couldn’t resist. I saw how cute you look even when you are having dinner with Big Mama or Boo Mama – can’t remember whose blog I read where you were holding up a tortilla. If I could look that darlin’ with a huge tortilla as my photo buddy than sign me up!!! Thanks for sharing your heart and your love for Jesus!!! I’m praying for the weekend and praise God for the 50!!!!
Wow, I’m always so encouraged when yall post pictures of the LPL’s and other conferences. Seeing other women praise God with all their might and bow humbly at His feet refreshes my soul and energizes my heart with praise for our sweet Jesus! Thanks so much for posting all the pictures and videos!

I was up at 5:00 a.m. praying for Beth, the praise team and the sweet women at this conference! Great pictures. Thank you Rich!

What awesome pictures and Bananas Foster….YUM!
Seeing these pictures of the Friday night session makes me where I can hardly wait until LPL in NC! It’s going to AWESOME!!!!
My mom is there! I’m jealous! Of course she had to call and hold the phone up so I could hear some of the singing! All I could really hear was a bunch of garble (is that a word?) but I have been to a BUNCH of LPL events so I knew what that noise really was! Thousands of siestas gettin’ their praise on!! Woo!
All i have to say is praise God!!!!
Beth — I know this isn’t related to your post, but it’s the only place I knew I could get in touch with you! LOL.
One of the weekly blog events I play in asked, today, for us to write a letter of appreciation to our favorite authors… and I chose you. If you’d like to read my letter to you, please visit here, at my blog, Heaven Rules. Thanks so much for all you do! ๐
This is so wonderful! Y’all are all so beautiful, and wow.. that dessert looked Yummy!
Those pictures are soooo great :o)
love it!
Yeah pictures!!! Thank you for sharing.
Oh I love Brennans! Did they have turtle soup?
The last time I was there with a group of people we all ordered turtle soup. It was so delicious.
One gal asked, “Why’s it called turtle soup? There’s no chocolate or caramel or nuts!”
“Because it’s turtle soup,” was the answer.
Her spoon hit that bowl so fast as she dropped it from her mouth, completely horrified!
Sometimes things really are what they’re advertised to be.
๐
Beautiful pictures, so glad to see the Body of Christ coming together in N.O.
Great pics! I would’ve loved to be a part of that Friday night session! Who am I kidding? I would’ve loved to be a part of having bananas foster, too! ๐
And Beth, you are so beautiful!
The picture of Carleigh with the waiter and the flame is A-mazing!
Oh, the beauty of women with their hands lifted high to the Most High God!! It brings tears of joy to my eyes – imagine what it does to the Father’s heart!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ms Beth…
That is the BEST hair EVER!
Just saying!
Praying as always,
Kelli
Beth and Amanda – What gorgeous photos! Wish I was there to worship and get a WORD with y’all.

AWESOME! The pic of the girl in the hot pink is my friend, Meagan from Montgomery, AL!
Thanks, Rich!
It’s my firm belief that any dessert that flames MUST be great.
I love the pictures of the waiter and your cousin!
wish I was there! Beth and your aunt are sisters right? how precious! I cannot wait to see Beth and Travis in Lancaster for the National Day of Prayer! Blessings!
Thanks for the pictures. I was there in New Orleans with a group last weekend working with the homeless and staying at a mission house. I love that city, it always touches my heart.
I love the pictures. Glad you got to spend time with your family. From the comments on the blog the women are really enjoying the conference. Wish I could be there.
I am assuming Cheri is your sister as I see think you look like siblings. Both of you beautiful!!
Royana
Miss B, Your hair is looking FABULOUS! Precious pictures, thanks for letting us in!
Thanks for sharing! I love it! Oh how I wish I was there praising with you all!
Mmmmm Bananas Foster… my favorite! : )
Praying for this morning! (also sitting here with my spiral index cards!… Can’t wait till January!)
Thanks for the pics Amanda and for encourging your mom to bring her camera. I often forget mine and miss saving the memories. Tell your mom I just bought a Keurg coffee pot. If she doesn’t have one she has to have one. It is such great fun! I don’t usually buy “gadget” stuff but this one is giving me much material joy.
(and of course it is even better as it is a Craigs List purchase!) ๐
Have a great weekend….Happy 2 month birthday Annabeth…
Just wondering…I am not good at always figuring out who is related…is the man or woman Beth’s brother or sister? I think I see some resemblance, but not sure ๐
The event looks awesome…Hope today is even better ๐
It is so good to see Tony!
He dated my sister, Shavonn Schneider, in high school back in the 70’s.
He was always such a nice guy and a real fan of the group KISS as I recall.
Nice bunch of pictures!
Great is God’s faithfulness!!!
Awesome!
Thanks for the photos Beth and Amanda. Beth don’t feel bad honey, I have the same situation with taking pictures.
My teens try to take my degital camara from me alot….well, I mean, hey….just because the subjecets are wavey……Isn’t that ART? ha-ha-ha-ha-
Thanks girls
Becky
Roxanne, That is so funny that you remembered that about my uncle Tony! Yeah, he is a huge heavy metal fan. I love that you remembered that!
Love the photos! How exciting to see New Orleans filled with worshipers!
Is this a photo of Beth’s sister or brother?
Lots of love and appreciation for you energy and sharing God’s great message- I’ve learned to be very selective in ministers and to take a look at the reality of their lives- You are a living “word” of God. Thank you!
“mom” and “auntie” could be twins!!!!
Wooohooh!! The weather looks glorious.
I love the fact that you said Rich jumped in when he saw Mama Beth’s rinky dink camera!! Too funny!!
Mama Beth you are looking lovely as you always do and it’s great to see pictures of you and more of your family! Thank you for sharing!
I pray this weekend will continue to go well!
Can’t wait for Memphis!
Nikki
Thanks for encouraging your mom to take her camera. I keep mine in my purse at all times. You just never know. ๐
Thank you for sharing the pictures.
Is this Beth’s sister?
Beth, you’re looking beautiful as always.
Praying that everyone was blessed in New Orleans!
