LPM’s New Home

Ladies, this is what I was talking about back in November when I asked you to pray for something cool going on at LPM. We are so excited to finally share this with you! Interestingly, when I wrote that original post, Twinkle left a comment saying “Ok, I’m just guessing but I think this teaser might have something to do with couples or men.” At that time we did not know what God had up His sleeve for Curtis. Twinkle, you were really in the Spirit that day! God began opening up that door just a few days later. I have thought about it many times since. But that’s not the point of this post. I just wanted you girls to see what you were praying for and rejoice with us in God’s sweet provision! Thank You, Lord! We are filled with joy!

Oh what a beautiful place. Congratulations! God is so good all the time. Good luck with the move. I know it’s not fun. Can’t wait to hear from y’all once you get settled in your new digs. How’s the visit with Melissa? How does she like Atlanta? I’m a Georgia Peach myself and just love it here!

Wow – what a lovely home!! Thank you for sharing such good news on a day that is definitely in need of some good news. What an absolutely beautiful home and I know the Lord will shine love on it all of its days. Blessings to all who enter.

Side Note – Please pray for those in Ordway, Colorado as the town was devastated by fire last night – including two deaths. Ordway was my the home of my high school days and it is so sad to see it in its current state.

Have the kind of day that brings a spring to your step and a song to your heart. Enjoy your children as if you are seeing them for the first time!

    Blessings

I have just got to share this cause I’m exploding with Praise for HIM! Just this morning, I listened to you on Life Today talking about, HE Was, HE Is, HE is to come, oh yes HE IS! Shortly after that, I watched/listened to the absolutely most beautiful music video by kari jobe called the Revelation Song and words cannot describe the beauty and power of this message. I can see you now on the floor, face down, woshipping HIM,Our Alpha & Omega. I don’t even know if I’m allowed to submit this, if not, I so apologize! HE IS!

Go to http://www.youtube.com & type in kari jobe video and click on Revelation song video

I obviously did not see this part of Houston on my one trip there 8 years ago. I was stunned that your new office was (1) more like a house than a box and (2)surrounded by trees and grass. Who knew Houston had a haven like this among all the asphalt and highways?!

Praise God for your new LPM home and new expanded vision of what He wants to do.

Is our God not wonderful???? What a beautiful place to serve the Lord in… God has moved mightily for The Moore’s, the Jones’ and the LPM staff. How truly peaceful the place seems even from the one small picture. I feel like my best friend ever has made the move of a lifetime. I am so happy for you all and am praising our Sweet Savior for your wonderful blessings.

How wonderful- God sent me a wonderful passage Haggai 2:8,9 when I moved into my new house- I realize he was speaking about the new temple but these verses had a very special message of encouragement for me and my new house-perhaps they will have the same encouragement for you as you move into this wonderful new “House of our Lord”-Many blessings and lots of energy for the move

THIS just makes my faith soar today – I needed to see this answer to prayer – it gives me such HOPE that God can do the same in my life (not provide a building – but provide A WAY!)

PLEASE could you share the God details of it all – how it came about etc etc. I’m all woman and I LOVE details. I love to know His ways.

What a beautiful house/office! I’ve only been recently “introduced” to you Beth, I recently took part in one of your Bible Studies, and it touched me in such a way…God has truley given you a gift. After the study I looked you up, and found you blog, now I like to visit every few days. I don’t know if this is the proper channel, but I would like to ask for prayer. My daughter-in-law is expecting my first grandchild and Monday was her sonogram, the tech (who shouldn’t have said anything)told them it looks like the baby may have Down Syndrome, more tests are being done and I know God can work miracles, so I’m praying for one, and asking you and your staff and readers. Thank you so much, I do belive in miricales

    Hi ladies!
I normally don’t do this, but I thought I’d address some questions I’ve been seeing. Be sure to send any questions you need answered to us through our contact page on our web site. There’s a link to it on the blog’s left sidebar.

    A) You better believe all our LPM girls had a prayer gathering in the office right after we closed on it! Every room has had Scripture prayed over it. I didn’t get to be there because we hadn’t moved yet, but I heard it was a powerful and sweet time.

    B) The building used to be a residence, but some wonderful ladies purchased it several years ago and converted it into office space. As a result, it is very girly on the inside (except for Curtis’ office) and PERFECT for us!

    C) Beth is absolutely not retiring and there are no thoughts of her leaving the ministry.

    D) My new house is so cute and I’d love to show it off, but for safety reasons I will never get to post a picture online. Bummer! None of you should ever do that either, especially if you have kids.

    E) Melissa and Colin are doing great. They love being married. Melissa never has been very active on the blog, so I’m not sure why it seems like we are suddenly keeping her hidden. I say that in love and gentleness. She is just a more private person when it comes to online communication. I do not know if she will want us to post more wedding pictures, but the minute she decides to, I will get them on here for you.

    I love y’all!
    Amanda

Thanks for answering some of those questions Amanda! I was also worried about the retirement thing…I just though Beth might be giving up Bible Studies and spend more time on other ways to minister to women. Glad to know she’s not retiring!

Also, I think why some have thought Melissa has been kept in hiding is that for the longest time, that’s all we heard about. Melissa, Melissa, Melissa. Now, after the wedding, there’s not been much mention of her, or at least no posts dedicated to what’s going on in her life. Know what I mean?

Lots of love to you! Thanks for all you do!
