Long Beach LPL – Scholarship Ticket Giveaway

Good morning, y’all! I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve actually gotten on here and said hello, but thankfully, our sweet Siesta Mama has kept you all busy. But, today I come to you with more of  a business item rather than pleasure. At least it’s fun business!

This post is becoming so routine that these days we have people calling weeks in advance for scholarship tickets. Thanks to our Siesta Scholarship fund it is our great joy to get to do this, but I just wanted to graciously remind you that these tickets are truly for those that honestly don’t have a dime to spare but so desire to attend the conference. Please know y’all are really so good about this, but a friendly reminder here and there doesn’t hurt and it really helps out our Kimberly when she’s answering phones and explaining what these tickets are about!

So, with that said, we DO have 20 scholarship tickets for this weekends Living Proof Live in Long Beach. If you qualify, please call our office toll free at 1.888.700.1999 during regular business hours (8:30 – 4:30 CST) and ask for Kimberly Meyer. If you happen to reach us while we’re at lunch, leave a message and Kimberly will get back to you.

We love y’all so much. As always, prayers for Beth and the team are appreciated. They head out today and are thrilled to see you all! Have a great Thursday!

Hi , I am so looking forward to seeing you Beth Moore in my home state , the last time I saw you was in Tacoma Washington 2 years ago , and you told us to ” take home a word” lol! God gave me the word
” RESTORATION” , I have done all your studies and facilitated them at my church , I truly believe God used your studies to prepare me for what was to come . I have been married 30 years this August , we have 6 beautiful ( 2 adopted) , I have felt like we have so many little things in common ;) ( im sure everyone says that lol) but we live in Cali , ( I’m a Texas girl in heart! ) & have a ranch in Chapell Hill, Texas. Near Brenham, my 2 adult daughters went to Baylor, and live in Texas , my husband is a contractor and LOVES to hunt and fish with his dog! My adopted sons name is Jackson and I LOVE chips and salsa and im at Starbucks daily! Anyway, I think I had heard you say in ESTHER study your worst fear would be if Keith left you, we’ll that’s what my man had did .
I also held onto your words that God changed the Kings heart overnight! Then HE can change my husbands heart in a moment!!
3 years ago, was the most painful time in my life, but I held onto my strength in The Lord and HE brought me through the fire, He was faithful and true, and my only hope in my suffering. All your studies came into play and it was time I showed my kids what my true faith was , after teaching them all their lives. I waited on The Lord to bring my husband home, Jesus became my perfect husband . I gave The Lord my husband to pursue his heart and used that time to draw near to HIM. In Tacoma , my word ( take home a word) was RESTORATION, I held onto that promise, sure enough the next December, God brought my husbands heart back and last October our true restoration began. Today I can stand here and tell you my marriage has been transformed, along with our hearts , we are stronger and are both in awe of what The Lord has done our marriage!! I am a living testimony that HE is able , and with Him ALL things are possible ! He turned my husbands heart of stone into heart of flesh again! BREAKING FREE- This is now our ministry and my husband willingly sharing the struggles, lies of satan and wounds of childhood that keep these men in bondage – from despair to hope , FREEDOM and amazing grace that our God Wants and has waiting for them, with other men and marriages struggling with sexual integrity. OUT OF THE PIT! HE purified us , refined us and rebuilt us , we came humbly broken this time at His feet , and its a beautiful journey, although painful. Just wanted to share my gratefulness to all your encouragement and for all I have learned through your studies about BELIEVING GOD! HE is enough ! More than enough!! Bless you Beth, dear sister in Christ, maybe ill see ya one day in Texas!! See you tomorrow in Long beach ! <3

Sitting here in San Pedro, across from Long Beach, waiting in great anticipation to be at LPL Friday and Saturday. This is our 8th time being live at LPL. Traveled from Virginia yesterday specifically for the event ordained to be before the foundations of the world was created. Listened to Travis’s CD’s for 6 hour flight. We are ready to Bless the Living Savior.

It’s Friday, October 12th and today, you are just down the mountain from our Big Bear Bible Girls Group . Wish we could be there with you in Long Beach but it didn’t work out for us. Anyways, I wanted to encourage your heart and spirit with praises among us. We are going through The Inheritance Series and oh how the Lord has multiplied blessings and healing and joy through it. Last week, 1/2 of the group were absent and so we postponed watching the DVD that night and instead spent in depth time going over the targeted scriptures in Joshua 1:1-11. We discussed your teaching on what it means to “possess our promised land” and how you also explained that this means also “to DIS-possess” other things which have camped out in our “promised lands”. WHOA….did God ever use this to expose the wounds that DIS-couragers in our lives have inflicted upon us and how these wounds have dictated our thought lives and decisions. After a ton of tears and nose wiping we confidentially named our inflictors and are praying for God to redeem them and for us to forgive them and evict their lies from our inheritance. And then to end the night in more blessings, we focused on the EN-couragers of our lives and prayed blessings upon them.

Thank you Beth and the Living Proof Team for your faithfulness to possess the talents God has given you and to invest them for His glory in the lives of so many.

    In Christ’s Great Love,

Jennie O’Hara and the Big Bear Bible Girls

PS- Most of these women have done previous Living Proof studies and have been taught to crave and enjoy homework!!? So we’ve been putting together our own questions to ponder from your teachings. The girls insist that we format it into a 5 day assignment.
We’ll continue doing the same because I think our next venture will be your new Deuteronomy series. Thanks for setting the example for us and partnering with God to grow us up in Him.

Finally made into the LB center and was able to sit front row, opposite Travis. Waited in line for almost 3 hours to get up front. Learned another valuable lesson today: Standing in line with those who save spaces line for their friends who don’t want to wait in line is a pure total test in every aspect of Christianity.

We plan on being in line at 4am in the morning so those who want to save spaces in line can do so without making the test so enduring.

    Kathie Mullins says:

Thank you for the scholarships. My mother-in-law used one. That was just another blessing of this weekend we just had.
It was great seeing you Beth for the few mins we got with you….and Happy Birthday Amanda!!

    Molly Siesta OC says:

Hi Lindsee – the event was AWESOME. GOD did such a healing in me. How HE could weave so many different topics into the healing and the learning and the repenting and the action I needed is only of HIM. I keep thinking of a diamond. A point with many facets. I know everyone says this truthfully, but I do feel like practically every point was on for me…like GOD did you tailor make this or what?

Ok question tho – can the commencement at the end be on the blog so I can print it out.

    PLEASE

Hi Molly! I am so glad you got a Word! I don’t have the commissioning, but if I do get it, I’ll post it on the blog along with the recap. Blessings!

      • Karene says:

Hi Lindsee, the commissioning was powerful! I too would love to have a copy of it printed on the blog. Please tell Beth we loved having her come to California!

And how do we view the siesta pictures? Will they be posted later?

        Thanks for your help. :)

    Jamie says:

Lindsee, I was at the event and want a print out of the commission we spoke over one another at the end VERY BADLY!! “Claimin’ Naaman” is not going to be an event, but a process. I have gone over my notes daily (sometimes more than once) since this weekend and so desire to be a woman of valor who is courageous enough to face her healing head on with the LORD. The commission sums it all up and will be such a source of encouragement. Please share it in written form!
