Siesta Mama Beth, biggest of ((HUGS)) to you!! I will definitely be praying for you, how amazing is it that God led you to I and II Thessalonians?! This whole rest of the week, I will be praying for the tapings:) I am praying that you will be able to persevere in strength for each day’s taping, full of the Spirit with that fire in your bones to teach us truths that God has freshly made real in your life through reading the Scriptures:) I also pray that you would be able to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, because the enemy will probably try to tempt you to not set your mind on things above. I pray that you will be used mightily by Him for His Glory alone, so that everyone, including yourself, will know that He has come to show Himself to us through this study. My one & a half year old and I just held hands and prayed for “bef!” After we watched her “mooooonie” (movie!) thank you for the opportunity to pray over you- it felt like you REALLY WERE at our kitchen table!!! Prayers for continued anointing and strength while you tape this study!!! We LOVE you! (I think that’s the neatest thing, seeing as how we’ve never met you!!) press on, mama Beth!

What a privilege to join with praying “Siestas” as the Bread of Life is being broken for us all in the Bridehood of Jesus Christ in your taping this week. We are “Children of the Day” and as such we need to shine in this present darkness! May you be strengthened in His might and may the Holy Spirit be present to invigorate new growth as we walk forth wholly filled to the brim and overflowing. We are “with you” in prayer, in spirit and in faith for a powerful taping of the new study flowing forth from 1st and 2nd Thessalonians…a message to the Bride who is in preparation…love letters from our heavenly Bridegroom for the day we live in! God bless you Beth for who you are and helping us to follow hard after HIM…you have my prayers and thank you too for your heartfelt prayers to usward, and all your labors in the LORD! May the LORD be glorified and exalted in and through you, the ladies attending and all the staff working together to produce a Kingdom work.

P.S. I’m doing Breaking Free on my own. Oh the Lord is digging up things I didn’t even know were there, so there have been tears. But our God, our God is so good.

I just saw the video today (Wednesday)so I missed the first couple of days, but I will be praying the rest of the week! I feel so blessed that we can be invited to pray in “real time”. I loved how you asked for us to pray for you right then and there, and your prayer back over us. It’s so sweet to feel such a sisterly bond without having met personally!
I am amazed to think about God’s sovereignty over the whole process- each woman in the studio hand-picked to be there; and a year from now, when the study comes out, each woman who will be participating in the study. Moreover, could it not be “for such a time as this” that God has led you to teach 1 & 2 Thessalonians? With all the things that are happening in the world, and where we are on the Kingdom calendar…it’s awe-inspiring to think about.
Looking forward to hearing about how God has been faithful to answer your prayers above and beyond what you could imagine!

Praying for you each day that God’s anointing will fall fresh on you and that through this new study more people will be won to Christ then through any other study. Praying for your health and strength and focus. And that everything at home in Houston will be surrounded by a hedge of protection so that you wont have additional concerns or distractions. I love you sweet sister and I cant wait to do the new study. May God’s greatest blessings be upon you, your family and your staff.
Just viewing this now but praying from here out. The Lord already prompted me to pray here and there for the new study, and I had a hunch it would be one of the Thessalonian letters. Yea! Both! Those little books contain some of my favorite short prayers in the Scriptures.
May the Lord grant good health, bring together exactly the women of His choice for the class each night (and grant good chemistry with you, Beth), and fill that place with His Spirit so that revival breaks out among you. May He set your heart at rest about your loved ones back home and hug on them in your absence. I don’t know what burdens and sorrows afflict y’all right now, but He does. Lord, meet them at the point of their need and make Your name great in their lives. Display Your glory and draw them closer to You. Redeem their trials for Your kingdom, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

So I’m slow but I got there (or really here).
I’ve suffered from depression since the fourth grade…I love Jesus and most every day or part of the day I dose up on His love and His Glory tranforms my mind more and more of the days -physical medicine and Godly counsel helps too. The title of your study touches me deeply….O God,yes,a Child of the Day. Helping other Children find and live in the Day. Please God, please.
The Holy Spirit though this lp ministry over the years has awakened a love for the Word in so many of us here in Jobo. Sister Beth, we Are becoming Biblically Literate ….a whole bunch of us Methodists and whoever else wants to run into the marvelous light with us. Please be of good cheer. Amazing things are happening.
Just saw this video yesterday, but I count it a privilege to pray faithfully for you the rest of this week! I can’t believe you are so close to me! (Less than an hour away) Oh, how I wish I could get a ticket to be there in that audience to hear and pray for you “right on scene!” You have mentored me over the past 17 years through your teaching…and you don’t even know it! Ok so I have not been on the blog for about two years. I am home sick today and decided that I will pray, be in the Word and rest. I logged on to see what was happening with you Beth as God has used you instramentally in my life by drawing me closer to God in your teaching. I just now saw your video for prayer and was overcome by tears. Overcome! (that is not me by the way). Moved to pray and cry out on my face on your behalf for this evening was the Holy Spirits doing. I can imagine you must be weary in some way but I am humbled and privileged to have interceded on your behalf for this evening and the rest of the week(all the while sobbing!). Be blessed Beth Moore and the entire Studio. God is doing a great work.
