Prayer Update

Hi ladies! I’m checking in to let you know that you prayed our Beth to Portland. Thank you, thank you, thank you for talking to our Father about it. He heard you and answered your prayers. I got a text from her a little while ago and she had just been picked up from the airport. We’re having some awful weather here in Houston today. I think the whole area is under a tornado watch until 5 p.m. She is so blessed that she didn’t have awful delays.

Could you pray now for her sleep? My mom often has a hard time sleeping after her Friday night sessions. I know she would be incredibly thankful to wake up refreshed tomorrow morning.

Thanks, y’all! Your intercession is priceless to us. May God be greatly glorified in Portland!

LORD – We lift up Beth to you and the team and ask for some HOLY Slumbers tonight and Saturday night as well. Those who work these whole events just bless us, please Father, rest them up!
And also, if I may boldly ask for every women attending (men too) that their hearts would be opened and that they would hear your voice clearly and the light would go on in their soul and spirit forevermore.

Father I pray that the enemy and his demons would be kept far from the venue, Papa they are simply not invited – keep them out and far from each attendee.

In the wonderful and saving name of your Son who makes this whole realionship possible,
    In Jesus name,
    Amen

You bet I’ll pray. Last weekend My husband (Zoey dog) and I went to Longview Texas. I am telling you it was only because we had prayer warriors praying for us that we did not get blown away by a couple of tornados. One hit Mena Arkansas just as we were leaving that sleepy little town(we opted not to make a bathroom stop) and one went directly across the highway we were on 11 (count them) cars in front of us at Dequeen Ar. The highline wires were down across the road and huge trees were blown over on top of several moble homes. Those poor people were trapped in their own homes. Thank God no one was killed. We were so stressed we spent the night in Texarkana. Prayer is a wonderful gift from our Most High Hevenly Father.
    Have a safe weekend.

    Amanda,

So glad your mom made it out of town before the heavy storms. I’m in Cypress and as I type I’m watching the storm outside. I LOVE a good thunderstorm…shows the power of God in a way that always refreshes me. But, since my husband is traveling this week too, I’m thankful that he’s not flying right now. Hopefully the storms will be passed by the time he flies home. Hope Beth’s event goes well this weekend! I’m praying for God to speak mightily through her and for Him to bless her this weekend through the event as well; i.e., a good nights rest after the event. Take care, Lisa

PS: My four year old (Sam) has seen your mom’s picture on my Bible Study books so he knows who “Beth Moore” is. Since moving to Houston last summer we occasionally drive past Living Proof’s offices. Last week I pointed the building out to him and since he has been looking for her. We don’t usually have Sam in church with us (he’s usually in the preschool room) but on Easter we attended service together as a family. In the middle of the service, he leaned over to me and asked, “Where’s Beth Moore?” Brought a smile to my heart that he understood exactly where “Beth Moore” would most likely be found…in church! Please pass this story on to your mom and tell her that her studies have been a blessing to my heart for years, long before I ever knew I would one day live in her backyard!

So thankful Beth made it to Portland! I will be going this weekend and taking my mom… a former pastor’s wife, who has recently been through the fire…. to say the least. I bought my ticket in Dec. asked her to go with me, she declined, (says she was too burned out right now) then someone anonymously bought her a ticket…WOW…(and it wasn’t ME..ha) She is going and she told me this morning, she is ready for a miracle!! I have been fasting every Monday since Jan for this weekend!

Praying Beth gets the best nights sleep she has had in a LONNNG time!! Off to see the LORD do HIS might work!!

    Father,

I bring my request and prayer to you in the name of your son and my savior, Jesus Christ. I thank you for all blessings and tender mercies you have given all us, your children.

I humbly ask that you take care of your handmaiden, Beth and give her rest and peace and let her proclaim your healing word to all the women who you have placed in this place for this season.

Your Holy Spirit touches and empowers. Please fill Beth abundantly with the words that go forth. It is for your glory alone and your great name alone. Your will be done in all things.

We love, worship and adore you alone,
We ask this in the name of the Father and The Son and The Holy Spirit.

My alarm went off at 5:15 to get me back for the Saturday session. With God all things are possible as I was bright eyed as I prayer walked the Arena! Only in His strength and Beth’s awesome message.
