Meet the newest member of the Moore family, little miss Queen Esther “Star.” She is 7 lbs. 2 oz. of fuzzy border collie joy. You can see in the pictures below where she gets her name. We are in love with our little Star!
Star and Jackson are already getting along quite well. They are learning to share.

I wasn’t expecting this so soon! You surprised me. I am so proud for you. We have had several border collies on our farm. They are so smart. They actually can herd cattle. Beware- they are car chasers by nature. They think of it as herding cattle or sheep.

STAR is sure twinkling…how fun is that! Great timing in the summer too!
This is the MOST perfect dog for you! For one thing she reminds me very much of my Brittany, with the
“star” on the forehead and the white paws and black body. I’m very happy for you and this bundle of blessing God has brought you!

She is so precious! Beth you look so happy to have a dog back in your arms. Border Collies are some of the sweetest and smartest dogs around – ya’ll are going to have a blast with her!
Beth, I am sooo happy for you and Keith!!! I love Border Collies, and I pray that she will love you guys to pieces – as you her! Have fun with your new baby!!
I love, love, LOVE puppies. My two doggies are right here with me. My mastiff is laying on my feet (all 220 lbs of him.) and my weenie dog is laying in my lap. That is happiness at its best here on earth!!!
Yay pics! Too cute!
She is too stinkin’ cute.
Oh how cute! I’m so happy you have a new dog! We’re now in the US so I’ve changed my call sign–frozenchosen is now CarolinaCalling

Great big congratulations!! I started to ask “Do you have enough energy for a border collie?”, but I’ve seen enough of your teaching videos with you pacing back and forth to know you can handle it! One of our shelties disappeared in March—we are getting a mini-schnauzer in a few months and I can’t wait!
On an unrelated note, Beth needs to read the latest blog post on http://www.audreycaroline.blogspot.com
Angie Smith is wife to Todd, who sings with Selah. She also just lost a baby of her own (as well as a baby nephew just days later). She was not with the group in Atlanta, but ought to have been—-just read the post. She is amazingly godly and uproariously funny—my favorite kind of person.

She is a gorgeous Border Collie. I have two Corgis, also of the herding group. Before you know it Star will be herding the Moores around and keeping ya’ll in line! Look forward to hearing about Star’s Adventures. π
Beth,
I am so excited for you and Star is soooo cute!!
Dear Beth,
I am very happy you gott a new puppy. We just got another and boy our 2 having fun now. I wanted to drop you a note and thought this was as good of a place as any. My mom is in prision for a drug felony. Tough to deal with, but I know God is working on her. I had known that, but am totally convinced now. I got a letter from her yesterday and she sounds as happy as I have ever known. She was writing about Bible study and how it was affecting her and how she was growing. She is about to be sent to a new prision and asked if I could keep her Bible study worksheets and send them to her when she gets to the new place. She didn’t want to loose them. Pretty good sign, I thought. Then I found them. Um, did you know they are using Breaking Free for women prisioners? Praise God and pass the tissues!!!! To see my mom filing in the blanks that could lead to spiritual freedom got me so excited I about ran the aisles. Thank you, Beth. I am praying my mom and all those women break free. Do it God! Thank you, Beth!
yay!!! she’s precious!
Thrilled down to my toenails for you!! She is sooo beautiful!
Oh, my goodness! Star is just darlin’! I am so happy for ya’ll and her. She has no idea of the lovin’ she is in store for. We just recently got three puppies for our kids. Let me tell you, life will never be the same around our home. I am anxious to hear more about her!
Ah… Congratulations! She’s precious! I’m sure she will be a new and wonderful character that causes much laughter, irritation and joy. HA! Thanks for sharing the newest member of your family with us.
Many Blessings,
Anna
Oh how precious!!! Star is gonna steal your heart QUICKLY!!! I love her!!!!
Thrilled for ya!

About had a fit when I saw that last photo!!!!! THANK YOU for a much needed Thursday night laugh. Congrats Moore family – new adventures await!
What a sweetie; I love your “sharing” photo… HILARIOUS!
New puppies are some of the coolest little creatures God ever created, little kittens are too. We had a border collie at my parents home and she just died this year. Her name was Sassy, short for Sassafrass. She had the sweetest, sunniest personality. Her best doggie friend, Puppa, still misses her. We all do. But, we are very happy for your family to be able to shower all your “puppy love” on a new baby.
So Beth- I just know this little cutie already has or will soon have a different neckerchief for every holiday and many for just regular days too- so fashionable just like the other Moore girls!!!
Congratulations on your new blessing!

Congratulations on your newest member of the family!
There is a blog that I have been reading about a sweet lady (Todd from Selah’s wife). They lost a baby girl this year. Well today I was reading the blog and she mentioned “Beth Moore” several several times.
Please read this if you have a chance.

There is nothing like a puppy to melt my heart! She is too cute!

She looks like a little superstar!

Cute , cute , CUUUTE !!! I’m so happy you got a puppy Beth. You needed her. You can’t NOT smile and laugh with toddlers and puppies around.
Snips and snails and puppy dogs’ tails … thats what lil boys are made of. : )
And you look so pretty ( as always ) and HAPPY. Praise the Lord.
I love you Beth.
Elizabeth
I have been wondering when you would get a new dog. I am so excited to see it is a Border Collie puppy. Our 14 year old Border Collie died a year ago this month and I still miss her terribly. They are awesome dogs. I am sure this puppy will bring much humor and knowing Border Collies some “oh my what have we done” moments into the Moore household. I can’t wait to hear the stories.
Praise God and congratulations on your new arrival! There’s nothing like puppy breath kisses!
I am relieved to know my little ones are not the only kiddos who love getting in the dog kennel! I’ve been desribed as quirky by those who are too nice to just plain say I’m weird and I thought my children were taking after me. Now I know, they are just normal! π
Our puppies are going through potty training together (we have two boston terriers)!
Thanks for sharing your joy with us!
She is so cute! Congratulations. I am so happy for you.
So happy for you Moore family! We have a new puppy in our home as well. Lots of work, yet so much joy. Many happy days with your new furry baby. Can’t wait for the “Star stories” that are sure to come.
She won’t make her way into any of Beth’s teachings will she? π
She is pure sugar!
~Congratulations~
I am so happy for you. I remember in A Woman’s Heart you were disparaging that we should be able to bring dog’s to work. Looks like Jesus worked that one out for you!
As the proud parent of a 5 month old doberman, I share your joy and your um, not so joyous moments with your puppy. I wish I could reach right through this screen and pet that cuttie. Nothing like a puppy–nothing.
Oh Keith and Beth….My heart is bursting with joy (this sounds so hokey to me but SO TRUE) for you guys and Star……Beth, the oil of gladness is on your precious face…Praise you Lord for bringing this Blessing into their life…we all know how much you will use Star for your Glory….it already shows…..love, me xoxoxo
