For you who need to hear that no matter what, His love never quits. It knows no end. It is relentless. Receive it today, Sister. You are dearly loved.
1-3 Thank God! He deserves your thanks.
His love never quits.
Thank the God of all gods,
His love never quits.
Thank the Lord of all lords.
His love never quits.
4-22 Thank the miracle-working God,
His love never quits.
The God whose skill formed the cosmos,
His love never quits.
The God who laid out earth on ocean foundations,
His love never quits.
The God who filled the skies with light,
His love never quits.
The sun to watch over the day,
His love never quits.
Moon and stars as guardians of the night,
His love never quits.
The God who struck down the Egyptian firstborn,
His love never quits.
And rescued Israel from Egypt’s oppression,
His love never quits.
Took Israel in hand with his powerful hand,
His love never quits.
Split the Red Sea right in half,
His love never quits.
Led Israel right through the middle,
His love never quits.
Dumped Pharaoh and his army in the sea,
His love never quits.
The God who marched his people through the desert,
His love never quits.
Smashed huge kingdoms right and left,
His love never quits.
Struck down the famous kings,
His love never quits.
Struck Sihon the Amorite king,
His love never quits.
Struck Og the Bashanite king,
His love never quits.
Then distributed their land as booty,
His love never quits.
Handed the land over to Israel.
His love never quits.
23-26 God remembered us when we were down,
His love never quits.
Rescued us from the trampling boot,
His love never quits.
Takes care of everyone in time of need.
His love never quits.
Thank God, who did it all!
His love never quits!
Psalm 136 (The Message)
Powerful!
This would be awesome to read as a crowd/group responds, but today it is good in the quiet of home. Thanks!
AMEN SISTER LINDSEE!! THANKS FOR THE REMINDER. 😉
This made me cry. My husband stopped loving me. It’s been so hard. I need to remind myself all the time that the one who loves me most had never, nor will ever stop loving me. I do wish I could feel His arms around me in a strong, yet tender hug.
Thanks for the reminder.
Oh Penny. I am so sorry. Just because someone quits loving you does not mean you are not lovable. The sting of rejection can burn deep. And while we know the only unfailing love is from God, it still hurts. I will pray that you feel that unfailing love today.
Thank you LORD JESUS CHRIST!!!
A good word Lindsee. Thank you. It is hard to not feel lonely during the holidays knowing I will be alone on Christmas. But to be with an abusive family would hurt more than being alone. A good reminder today that His love will never quit on me and because He is with me I am never truly alone. Thanks Lindsee.
Prayers for you this Christmas that you will feel His arms around you, Mary. I will pray that someone will open their home to you so you can feel the love of family…even if it’s someone else’s family. His love never fails!
Thank goodness God never quits on me! This is great, love it!
I needed this today. I found out I am losing my position. It is possible I may be placed somewhere else within 75 miles but with gas prices… please pray I may be placed in a position in my current government and one close to home. Or, just for God’s will. Thank you!!
Thank you! I so needed this tonight.
Thank you! It’s been such a hard, heartbreaking year and I really needed this reminder. Isn’t it awesome that He just loves us so? Thank you Jesus!
Amen! When everything, everyone quits..when I quit..God and His love do not. Thank you for the reminder!
I visited the Holy Land recently and it changed my life. All I want to do is read God’s Word now. I can’t get enough of it.
Love this translation! Thanks!
Isn’t it awesome when He gives us just what we need when we need it!
This is awesome…God’s timing is always perfect! I was mentoring two ladies last night and we were reading this same Psalm! I was relating it to God’s infinite patience. How God is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love…the chesed covenant loyalty. The Complete Word study dictionary of the Old Testament says, “The classic text for understanding the significance of this word (chesed) is Psalm 136 where it is used 26 times to proclaim that God’s kindness and love are eternal. The psalmist made it clear that God’s kindness and faithfulness serves as the foundation for His actions and His character.” (p. 360)
I’m going to take this Word today and delight in it! So needed today. Thank you sweet Lindsee.
Love the items! I guess I’m not as cultured as some – my favorite thing is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Hmmm so good to savor a God who NEVER quits! Great Word!
(I need to get a message Bible)
Thank you for sharing

Matthew 5:16
I love this it reminds me of that song on the radio, “His love never fails, it never gives up. Never runs out on me…” Absolutely love it when that comes on the radio while I’m driving:)
