“I am elated to be heading to Green Bay this weekend for Living Proof Live! We are studying totally different verses but make no mistake. This event is a do-over! Our 2018 LPL in Green Bay is the only occasion in all my years of speaking and teaching and in the 22 years of Living Proof Live that we have ever had to cancel halfway through. A blizzard hit Green Bay that APRIL Friday and, though we made it for the one evening, the entire city shut down the next morning and we couldnāt finish it. The event center literally could not open because none of their employees could make it to work. It was the wildest thing ever. Not to be deterred, we built a small set and I taught the rest of the material straight to camera and the worship team sang and we released it to whoever wanted it. Talk about making a memory! So we declared, God willing, that we would head back the next year. Please notice that we chose August. This coming weekend. We cannot wait!!!!! Green Bay, letās ask God to give us what the devil stole from us in double portions! I cannot wait to see you. I have thought about you for 16 solid months.” – Beth

Hello! I’m writing to share that one of my good friends was planning to treat her Mom to your Green Bay Live conference this weekend and unfortunately her Mother had a severe heart attack and ironically ended up in the Green Bay hospital. They were vacationing in Door County. Anyway, her Mom survived thanks to Jesus responding to her Small Group Prayer warriors but is on a long road to recovery. Her Mom has been more receptive to reading the Bible and they both just completed the Fruit of the Spirit Bible study together. I would just LOVE LOVE LOVE to share with my sister in Christ, Susan Sweitzer, and her Momma, Ann, that you all are praying for them and will miss her at this event. I’ll take any response!! Oh and BTW, My Momma and I were also signed up. I’ve been two 2 now – Milwaukee and Green Bay (the snow cancel!) Unfortunately, we now have relatives coming in from out of the country so we thought best to stay back with them. We will miss your event! Thank you for all you do and God bless.
Hi Tammie, thank you so much for reaching out and sharing this with us. We are definitely praying for you guys! We want to give your friend and her mom Psalm 71:20, “Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth and you will again bring me up.” Praying for restored health and a speedy recovery. Blessings!
Wondering if Beth’s commission at the Green Bay event will be posted on the blog. So thankful for the word of God and the message through Beth that we received. Blessed beyond measure at seeing the faces of women coming through the doors, worshiping King Jesus, sitting at His feet listening to His Word. Thank you Beth and Travis and the whole team for pouring into us this weekend. WE love you!
I will Never forget that weekend last APRIL! I don’t think that Wisconsin has had a blizzard like that in decades! When I heard that Y’all were stuck in Green Bay; I felt So bad for you! BUT, Never under estimate the Power of our Great God in you, Ms. Beth @BethMooreLPM ! Thank you so very much for taking on the task of finishing the 2nd half of that LPL, and then offering it to the rest of us!I live in Janesville, Wisconsin (which is approximately 15 miles from the Illinois state border, in south-central Wisconsin) … But, I really Needed an LPL experience, too, that weekend; so, God provided for me/us, through Y’alls crazy tenacity and Love for Jesus! I just wanted to thank you, personally, for doing that; because it was just what I needed at the time. We were Not snowed in down here; but, we did get more snow than I have ever seen with my own eyes in this area!
Lots of Love, in Christ Jesus, Jennifer Olmstead
I have just read my first piece about Beth Moore. The article focused on her decision to leave the SBC. I learned a great deal about how Ms. Mooreās beliefs and attitudes concerning equality, the role (or lack of one) of women in the SBaptistChurch and about her feelings and beliefs about race relations and equality. I admire this woman for showing what it really means to be a Christian by loving – not hating, by including – not discriminating, by being kind – not hateful and by truly trying to understand with your heart and being willing to leave the past behind. You cannot be a Christian and hate or condone discrimination. I am a Black, Baptist woman. I appreciate, applaud and support Beth Moore. I appreciate, applaud and support SBC women who agree with Beth Moore and are willing to speak up. It takes courage!
