    Betty M says:

    Beth,
Strange how you have never done this as you are a natural story teller and to read you is a comfortable over coffee narrative that would make a story line easy to read and devour. Can not wait to read.
I can understand on a minute scale, your not being able to get it done. I have the same but much smaller struggles. I have these small writing assignments like sketches and short devos etc and deadlines for submission but always my story of our family and our struggles with so many serious health issues and depression and family dysfunction etc. It is a story that needs to be heard. Not so much what we went through as a family but that we survived intact at all. That in itself is a miracle and would give others so much to hope for in their struggle in life and how you are never disappointed in Jesus. He has always been just what we needed on every front even though we did not always know it. Always though this story gets pushed back for other pressing stuff! You gave me a great idea. Put a deadline on the project and work to finish!
Getting back into the Word again and totally loving it comes later in the story and it was the Daniel study that sealed my fate as a devoted and ardent student of the Word of God once more and wow has it been fun!
Can not wait for the publishing date and the roll out!
    Love,
    Betty

I am so excited about your novel! You are so blessed with the gift of words, and it will be a real treat to know I wouldn’t have to skip any pages! (i always try to make certain the book I Would like to read is uplifting, but, boy,oh boy,it is amazing what an author or publisher can suddenly sneak into a book…….just like the movies with the shock value? No need to even be there, scenes.

Looking forward to The Undoing of St. Silvanus. Congratulations, Beth, on your first novel! I have to admit that a tiny part of my interest in this novel is that my father’s name was Silas.

  17. 17
    Tabitha Deller says:

This tickled me!! Like giddy little girl giggles…I’m so happy for you and can so relate to this writing journey you’ve been on. Writing what God places on our heart, whether fiction or non-fiction, Bible Study or Biography, short story or novel is the essence of dependency on Him to use us in powerful ways! The journey is far more exciting, awe inspiring, and faith building than the destination. I am so excited to read it. You have always encouraged me…more than you realize, and that, my friend, makes it that much more beautiful.

Encouragement and blessings to you and your ministry and your continued faith based journey,
    Tabitha

      LPM-KMac says:

      Hmmmm, I wonder!? πŸ˜‰

      • Deb Mott says:

That’s a fun thought. Can’t imagine her writing a novel without the dogs or many dogs in it but if she didn’t include dogs would she now beat herself up about it? I hope not.
I know I have felt like a dog most of my life through a shame identity. But God (the opposite spelling of dog, God spelled backward is dog.) through Beth and others like her speaking God’s Word have help me to see that God through Jesus Christ has made me the daughter of the living king❀️ There is no one like our God! His mercy triumphs bc Jesus took the just judgement we deserved! While we were still sinners Christ died for us. He proved his love to us may we prove our love to him by speaking his truth esp what he did on the cross for us, to make us alive and new forgiven n accepted…. Hallelujah what a Savior!!!

  36. 36
    DeLene Gilbert says:
