Our TLC church group (the ladies connection) is having dinner and a movie this Friday night and planning to watch War Room as our movie. Can’t wait.

One more thing… Our study group is doing the Armor of God study and timing could not be more God like… 7 pc of armor… PRAYER!!!
I could not be any more excited about a movie!! My husband and I own all of the Kendrick brothers movies, and this one about the power of prayer with you and Priscilla is bound to be my favorite!

My sista-friends group usually meets on Thursday nights for Bible study, but we’re going to meet for dinner and to see this movie! In Fresno, it starts showing on Thursday night!

This looks awesome! Not just a movie, it’s going to move God’s Spirit in mighty ways, teaching us to be prayer warriors for the glory of God and His Kingdom. Praise God for all the fruit that will come through this film!!!!!

My husband and I were blessed to see this movie Wednesday night at an early release in our small town. It was so powerful and so spirit-filled. We neglect our prayer lives so much and it is such a shame because prayer is our lifeline to God. it is our hope. It is our privilege. The movie was so convicting yet at the same time so encouraging. Our little town gave an invitation at the end and then all 450 of us sang “How Great Thou Art” accapello, what a sweet and mighty move of the Spirit!!
Priscilla did an amazing job in the lead role and I just loved your cameo appearances Beth!! I will go so see it again.
I was privileged to see “War Room” last night as our church purchased a theater of tickets for an early showing, especially since Ms Clara, (Karen Abercrombie) attends my church, Grace Covenant, Cornelius, NC. It was soooooo good, AWESOME!!!!!! It is one of those things that I already know is going to be a marker for change in my life -prayer. God will change many lives through this movie!! I still felt that anointing this morning as I woke up and prepared for the day. Do not miss this movie and as Beth and Priscilla said, see it more than once!! I can’t stop telling everyone about it!! I don’t know what God has planned for either of you girls but after seeing this, making movies is NOT out of the question!!
Just got home from seeing this movie and am in awe! I laughed, cried and mostly was left pondering how I can remove items from my closet and turn it into my War Room. And not just in a physical sense. Great movie! Well done!
My husband and I are going tomorrow night. Already pre-purchased the tickets. We have been married 43 years and I think this is the first time I have ever asked to go to the movies. I usually wait for the movie to come out on DVD, but I felt it was so important to support this. I can hardly wait!
Saw the movie Sat. night with my husband and it was the best movie I have seen with the most important message that so desperately needs to be heard in America today. The first words that come to my mind are “amazing grace and forgivness” Without giving the movie content away, I was deeply convicted by the message of mentoring. Of course Pricilla and Beth were great, but the little girl that play Elizabeth’s daughter was beautiful and delightful.
I have recommended this movie to everyone I saw a church yesterday and especially my own daughters/husbands.
I will be seeing this again very soon as I am sure I missed things and I want to make sure I get it all.

I went with friends opening day to see War Room. I went from a crying mess with soaked tissues to belly laughs! I want to go see it again with more friends. I would love to see a spinoff series of how another marriage is affected by prayer. So inspiring! Ready to come home ready to increase my War Room strangely to take my marriage back the way God intended! Love you and Priscilla in this movie. God has truly put you bob in the limelight due to your faithfulness to Him! Love y’all!
This is an AWESOME POWERFUL movie!!! Went with a group of about 25 ladies and MEN from our church last night. I don’t have enough words to describe this movie. EVERYONE must see this movie…GOD is up to something WONDERFUL:)

Beth, My son was on the crew of this movie! He worked the Teradek (the live video for instant playback). He said he got to meet you when you came to see a scene you were in with Priscilla. He was excited to tell me about it because he knows how much your Bible Studies have meant to me through the years. He loved working on this set, said it was really special.

Saw the movie with a friend today, at our local cinema in Sydney, Australia. We loved it. So powerful and a great source of Praise to the Lord for its message. His Grace is amazing to behold.

We loved this movie!! I saw it with my family and there was not a dry eye! The whole theater applauded at the end, and that’s always an indicator of a GREAT movie!
This movie was professionally done and the acting was wonderful. Miss Clara stole the show of course, and Pricilla Shirer was awesome, but I didn’t really relax and feel satisfied until the appearance of Beth!! Oh, my heart!!!!! On top of everything else, she can act!!!!
I’m so thrilled to be able to recommend a Christian movie of this caliber. America will be on her knees.

After just seeing Beth this weekend in Fargo this weekend we went to War Room last eve. I liked the concepts brought out in the movie. It emphasizes the importance of prayer and also how to pray. Not always in accordance to our wants and desires but what is God pleasing.
Great acting on the part of all. I esp loved the older lady’s character. What a wonderful woman of God to know.
Plan on taking my whole family back to see it again. Esp my hubby becuz after 40+ years of marriage we still don’t always fight the correct way!
I went to see the movie after church today. It was such an inspiration to me to remind me of the power of prayer in our lives. I’m tired of my “wimpy’ prayers! I want to pray with power from His Spirit and experience victory over Satan in every area of my life. Don’t miss this one. It will truly have you laughing one minute and crying in the next. Go see the movie and take your husband with you! Powerful!!

We saw the movie on opening night and LOVED IT! Our theatre was filled praise God(!) as well as filled with The Holy Spirit! I heard people crying and laughing, cheering, agreeing…and that was just me! Really, the whole theatre was electric with The Spirit anticipating emotions and outcomes…it sounded like a pentecostal service! I absolutely want to be like the incredible Miss Clara with the passion and conviction for prayer and petition to our GREAT and MIGHTY GOD!! Thank you “Elizabeth and Mandy” (GIRLS!) for such great performances…can’t wait to see it again!

I went yesterday to see this movie with one of my aunts! We both LOVED it!!! It was amazing! I can’t wait for next weekend so I can see it again with some ladies from my church.
Went to c movie yesterday with my husband after church. Great film! Inspiring, impactful, TRUE TO WORD, humbling. Wonderful to c older lady’s bitterness and failure to obey God early in life and it’s cost turn her to want more for others and live in REDEMPTION AND POWER in later years! Her LOVE FOR CHRIST and her HUMILIITY AND RESULTS OF THIS MADE THE FILM! HOPE OF GOSPEL evident. God often uses our greatest failures for His glory! I loved that Priscilla allowed stinky feet etc as part of script. Even the most beautiful women have their struggles and to share this was a real authentic hopeful gift. She accepted, forgave and offered unconditional love and Gospel living to her husband in his ugly places and HUGE FAILURES AND SIN; he in turn accepted all parts of her. Beautiful. I loved that Priscilla’s name was Elisabeth. In honor of Beth Moore? Perhaps Beth Moore blessed Priscilla’s real life as older women in film! She has most of us out here! Thx u Beth!
Kay Authur’s study: LORD, Is It Warfare? Teach Me to Stand goes great with this movie! Also Kay Arthur recommends a book titled: Battling the Prince of Darkness by Evelyn Christenson, on P 315 of this book, she recommends this. Priscilla’s new study on Armor of God is wonderful. Above one of entries recommended a book: the Kendrick’s brothers wrote titled The Battle Plan for Prayer. Helps to have some more tools / practical ways to live out movie in our own lives!
