Is anyone heading to Charlotte, NC this weekend? Your Siesta Mama is anxious to see each one of you!
Is there a Siesta out there that wants so badly to go but just cannot afford the ticket? We understand times are tough, but thanks to the Siesta Scholarship Fund, we have set aside 20 scholarships for this weekend for the first 20 of you who call during regular business hours at Living Proof.
Call Kimberly between 8:30-4:30 (CST) using our toll free number: 1-888-700-1999. If you call over the lunch hour, or you go straight to voice mail, just leave a message with your phone number and they will get back in touch with you just as soon as possible.
We are THRILLED that we can partner with Christ and with one another to offer these scholarships to you. May God sovereignly hand them out just as He sees fit.

**UPDATE 7/22/11** Hey Siestas! Our 20 scholarship tickets are now gone. If you are able, tickets can be purchased at the door. The event will be held at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte. The doors open tonight around 5:00pm, and the Conference begins at 7:00pm.
I would love to come. But my schedule won’t allow it. And, I have been looking forward to this weekend for a year!

I had a dream 2 nights ago that Beth Moore called me. I answered the phone & she said, “Hey Bonnie, it’s Beth!” As if she already knew me and was anxious to hear my story. In my dream I told her, “Momma Beth! You are my mother in Christ and don’t even know it. Let me tell you what an influence your ministry has been in my life!”
Oh, what God has done for me sisters! Believe, hope, and fully rely on God’s promises. He is so faithful and loves us so deeply. Can’t wait to praise Him in Charlotte with you all! 😀

Yes Ellen, God is so faithful! He pulled some mighty strings for me! I’m traveling from Charleston, SC and I was afraid my tires were too bad to drive that far. I tell you what sister, God had someone just flat out donate a brand new set of tires for me! So, along with this scholarship fund,I have no doubt in my mind that God has made a divine appointment to meet me there this weekend. I can’t tell you how incredible it feels to experience Our Heavenly Daddy take care of me like this. And me too – Can’t wait to worship Him together with yall!

I will be there, and I am bringing my darling daughter, Rachel. She is 14 and this is her first time attending an LPL; she is SO excited.
I have to share this story with the siestas…. Rachel asked me last year to take her to an LPL, and I told her I would take her to Charlotte. Three weeks ago I realized I simply did not have the $ for this event, so I prayed and asked God to provide for it. Then I found out a business expense report I had submitted months ago had not been paid yet, and just this week I received that money, which is enough for me to purchase one ticket, and pay for hotel, gas, etc. And then last weekend, Deborah aka “Twinkle” offered to give Rachel and I her ticket as she cannot go. I am so grateful to her. God has provided, and I am blessed.
Looking forward to seeing Beth and siestas and getting a Word!

My girlfriend just got a ticket! Praise! Praise! What a ministry this is! I have had my ticket for a while, and this was such a blessing for her.
My home church has hosted the live similcast for the past 3 years and we have a group from our Woman’s Ministry going to the Charlotte Event, AND WE CAN’T WAIT!!!!
Love our Siesta Mama and all our other Siesta Sisters, and just can’t wait to fellowship together, worship, and get a fresh Word.
A girlfriend and I are coming to Charlotte and we can’t wait!! We have had our tickets since Dec. This is our first time at a Living Proof Live event. I am fully expecting God to pour blessings all over us!

I am so excited! Thank you so much for this gift! The women in our church have been talking about going for a couple of weeks and I was so sad that I wouldn’t be able to go. (Sometimes the budget just doesn’t allow for some things) But my wonderful friend posted about the free gift tickets and I called! What a blessing! My birthday is Saturday, and I can’t think of a better way to spend it than with my Sister’s in Christ! Can’t wait to see what God will do this weekend!

This will be my 26 yr old daughters first Beth Moore conference and I just know that she is going to receive something very special from the Lord through your message( she has been dealing with a lot this week and its a miracle that she is getting to come). We love Travis some much as well…got to see in this past spring in Charlotte and it was amazing!!

I am coming with some of the women from our Bible study. We have been doing many of Beth’s studies over the last 4 years and are so excited to be there in person. I pray that each woman who attends is able to feel God’s presence and know just how much He loves us all.

Yes, I will be there with another siesta or two. Ginenne and I just returned from a mission trip to Haiti, and we had some powerful experiences while we were there. Looking foward to worshipping with y’all.

I was laid off in January 2011 and would have needed one of these scholarships, but the girls in my covenant group (we’ve done Beth’s Living Beyond Yourself and Believing God) got together and purchased my ticket. Thank you Joyous Journeyors; this means more than I can say! As Proverbs 27:17 (NKJV) says: “As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.”

I am so excited to say I will be there–just found out about the conference about 3 weeks ago and God pulled some strings financially and with my job to allow me to come! I’m new to this community but am so eagerly anticipating worshipping and learning from our dear Savior this weekend with all of you. I will be praying for us all as I drive from Chapel Hill tomorrow. Jesus, let your presence fill our praise, and come teach us by your precious Spirit. Amen!

WOO HOO!! We are so excited that words can not possibly express it!! We 3 – “Princess Hedgehog Sisters” – have looked forward to this for nearly 8 months!! (Haa Haa, we got our name from our study “Living Beyond Yourself”)… We’ll be there ready to hear our Siesta Momma for a word from our Heavenly Daddy and to sing a tune (maybe not so “in tune” lol) with Travis! I will be there with my mom, sister and Aunt and friends from my mom’s church. I am so looking forward to see you in person again Beth! It was about 10 years ago that I saw you for the first time and your spirit and love for the Lord inspired me.
I live only 50 miles from Charlotte. Guess what my son is getting for his July 23rd birthday. That’s correct. He gets to see Beth Moore. My husband gets to go even though it isn’t his birthday.

I’ve been looking forward to this conference for many months. I am going with my sister-in-law and her daughter and another one of our dearest friends. I know God has great things in store for me. A week ago I had a bicycle accident and got pretty banged up, but I’ll be there with all my beautiful bruises. God is so awesome!
Am Looking forward to what the Lord utilizing our Siesta Mama has in store for us! My friend was unable to attend for health reasons and my daughter who has never heard Beth is going in her place. Just know we will all be blessed!!

Oh, my goodness! It’s late at night and I’m just now finding out about the tickets! I will call first thing in the morning (your time) in hopes you still have some tickets left!! I so wanted to go but ended up using that money to pay for several days of camping with my hubby…a much needed time together!! Hoping there are tickets left! Blessings!
