When i see how many women were there, all experiencing God together, I am overwhelmed with a sense of God’s awesomeness. His ability to connect with that many people at the same time and reach each person where they are through Beth’s teaching is so completely humbling!! I love that a willing teacher like Beth can say the same words to thousands of people and God will whisper unique messages to each and every one according to His plan for them. AMAZING!! Praise the Father, praise the Son, praise the Spirit, three-in-One!!

I totally agree with you. I just love the fact that so many come together for worship. There are many that will gather for sports events, concerts of secular music, etc, but when they are coming to worship, share and bring glory to God, WOW! So amazingly awesome! To God be the Glory!

Worship can move us like nothing else this side of heaven. It is the universal language. The language that our spirit understands, even if our mind knows not the words. Mighty are You Lord Jesus. Mighty are You Lord God. Mighty are You Spirit. I fall down and worship You!

What a beautiful expression of God’s presence at your Living Proof Live conference! He is a mighty God and is sovereign over everything and everyone!

Thank you, Amanda & Rick for this post on the blog.

I attended my 1st Living Proof Live conference in Lexington, KY last August(2010). It was amazing and it was just what I needed in my faith journey then.

Now, I can hardly wait for your Columbus, Ohio conference coming up this August 2011!!!!

I am diligently working on my memory verses(SSMT). Also, I am trying to spread the ripple effect with scripture. Several of my college friends & college sorority sisters are doing a Scripture Share Exchange on the 1st of each month. I’m not going to say how long it has been since we graduated from college. However, we are aging gracefully through God’s grace in our lives. šŸ™‚

Blessings to you, Beth, Amanda & Melissa and to each member of your family, to your extended families, to your Praise Team and to your staff.

    In God’s Love,

Beth, I can never watch these without crying. What a blessing for you to get to share with these women the word of God. I know there are many women in this world who suffer for different reasons but when they get a chance to go to an event like this what it does for their soul is powerful. I have seen it first hand when I attended at separate times with my sister in laws and my mother. Thanks again for all you do for us women. I love you Beth Moore and I hope you keep doing the Lord’s work for years to come. I will be taking my daughter;s in December to Pensacola, FL. See you then. šŸ˜‰

Oh Beth, how I loved loved my weekend in Minnesota! You will not believe how I got there….I had an even this same weekend in Ky, and a girlfriend had an extra ticket and invited me to Minnesota knowing how much I love your words!! My event was canceled, so I immediately called to claim the ticket! What is amazing is that my life was surely entangled and a dear women that I pray with from a distance had sent me three emails saying I feel lead to tell you to watch the movie Tangled. That movie will speak to this tangeling in your life, she believed.I did watch the movie before going to Minnesota, but got nothing, except the thought I am surely Tangled!!! So you can imagine my shock when my schedule a lines perfectly so that I can get from Miss to Minnesota to see Living Proof and your message is on getting untangled. I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh at his humor, and so I did both. I will say that your message touched many, but for me very personal and you can be assured that I will NEVER be that EZ again!!! I am untangled!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

The only words, “our hearts are humbled”. It touches my heart to see women with their arms around one another, women down on their knees for the Lord, and Beth, who is brushing the ladies hair.
God only you can change hearts and fill us with your love.
    Thank you, Lord.

That looked beyond breathtaking! God is so good! I bet it’s impossible to not fall on your face in worship when you all look back over the years from when you first started to now…there were sooooo many women there!!! Amen!!
I do have to know what the braiding of their hair meant? šŸ™‚ It looked fun & special all at the same time! Praying for you all as you serve so selflessly.

    Betty M says:

What an experience this whole weekend was for my daughter and I! We come from ND where a traffic jam is two cars on a highway going the same way! I wanted to take what I thought would be a less stressful way into MPLS. Unknown to me HWY 212 and HWY 12 were not the same road! We ended up in the heart of Mpls! We did not think to use the GPS system cuz I am behind in technology! I could have cried! We were hopelessly lost at 3:30 pm on Fri afternoon! By the grace of God we did find outta there. Got our brearings, found our hotel, got ready and lost again going to Grace church. Then we were on 212 in bumper to bumper traffic and lost again! It was soul stirring to see so many women in one place all praising God at one time but I would have loved to have been alittle closer to Beth. Wouldn’t you know Beth spoke on being Tangled! I could relate after being mixed up in road maps for hrs. We were so stressed out and leaving that eve was even worse. I would venture a guess there had to be two thousand cars trying to find home at the same time and we had no clue where to go! We found back to our hotel but it was really stressful to us. I hope I can see Beth at a smaller venue sometime but judging the following she has I doubt that will happen. I was happy I got to an event and I hope to go again. It was an uplifting experience albeit stressful for we who are from small populated areas. I would love to go to Houston sometime and take in her Tues eve Bible studies and stay a week and volunteer at the offices. God has used Beth’s ministry to impact my life in ways that are nothing short of miraculous. I thank God daily for this and would love to thank Beth personally for making the Word of God come alive for me.

  24. 24
    Michelle says:

Thank you Beth for bringing the message of Tangled! Obviously the Lord had been preparing my heart to dig deep to become untangled. What hit me like a brick was “Those untangled once can be well entangled again.” I was going in that direction, thank you Jesus that you arrested me before that happened. My daughter was with me for her 1st LPL event. She was moved by the Spirit as well in areas that are between her and God. What a pleasure to be in a Sanctuary. To have the ability to come to the alter and lay down our burdens was amazing. The topping on the cake was meeting you! You are a treasure and I love you sooooo much!!!!

What a phenomenal weekend! I drove 5 1/2 hours from IL to be there. This is one of the more stressful, mixed-up times of my life, but I knew if I went God would have a word for me. Little did I know the word was “untangled.” I could have cried with relief and gratitude when I first saw the opening video montage. Actually, I did. And the worship was awesome, too. What a refreshing time for me, and I was able to go home with some clarity and renewed vision. Thank you!

      Cherie says:

And thank you so very much for including me in attending with you, Alice! I had no idea how badly I needed to go, but our Father did! This is one of the most tangled up times of my life, beyond what I can undo by myself. God gave me a renewed peace and hope that He is aware of it, and that if I stay close to Him, He will untangle the mess, in His way, in His time, perfectly. Yes, the worship music was awesome, and so fun to sing with gusto, and then, in awe of our loving Heavenly Father! The weekend with you and at the conference was so refreshing, it was like being on a mini-vacation! I, too, feel renewed, and am embracing each day with more time with my Father, God, and the hope that He brings! Again, thank you so much for a great weekend,…just what the Great Physician ordered!

P.S.:Last night we saw “Tangled” and now it all fits together even better!

    Julie says:

Beth, we had such a sweet weekend in the Word with you at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, MN! Godā€™s presence was surely in that sanctuary. What a joy and a blessing it was to serve the Lord as City Coordinator with Wendy, and Prayer Team Leader, Karen. Our team wished we couldā€™ve taken you to dinner when we heard that your flight was cancelled on Saturday afternoon. Hopefully you got your Starbucks and either rested or went to the Mall of America!

I canā€™t wait to hear more testimonies of Godā€™s transforming power and faithfulness as many became untangled. God moved mightily! He has already shown us many instances of answered prayer and we are in awe of what HE did in our midst through your teaching, Travis & Teamā€™s worship, and two powerful times of prayer ministry at the alter!

My 13-year old daughter also really enjoyed the event (sheā€™s at the end of the video recap facing me for the commissioning)! The UN-Tangled message and scriptures are seared on her sweet little mind as she diligently took notes and soaked in the word and worship! Will you please post the final commissioning? We canā€™t wait to attend another LPL event togetherā€¦in a warm cityā€¦during the winter!

Thank you, Beth, for your obedience to study and teach the Word! I am Living Proof of Godā€™s amazing love and transforming power. I did my first bible study with you in 1998-99, ā€œA Womanā€™s Heart, Godā€™s Dwelling Placeā€, and have grown closer to Jesus every year since that time! You are a blessing to me!

Wow! What a moving video!! My friends and I will be going to Louisville in June to see Beth and hear Travis. This video just makes me even more excited to get there!! This will be the first time that I have been away from my husband since our beautiful daughter was accidentally shot in a hunting accident in November. It will be hard to be away from him, but, nourishing for my soul because of where I am in my walk with my precious Lord and Savior!!
    Thanks Amanda for sharing!!

    Dearest Beth,
I don’t know if you remember me or not, but at the conference on Friday nite you approached me and I apologized to you for not being able to kneel. You hugged me and took my face in your hands. No one in my entire life had ever done that before. I was blown away when in the next couple of days I was reading the story of Tamar in Breaking Free and how her story was just like mine. You approached me the same way you described Jesus approaching Tamar. You have no idea how much I needed that. But Jesus did. Thank for letting Him love me thru you. I walked into that conference feeling so traumatized and walked out feeling strengthened by God. You smiled at me so lovingly I got so shy I couldn’t even smile back. Forgive me for that. I love you so very much and appreciate you more than I could ever say…

I love big rooms filled with women who desperately want Jesus! My heart is moved within me. I’m excited for them! A fresh filling of the Spirit and a renewed love for Jesus is always there to be claimed when His face is sought like that:) Makes. Me. Happy:) I’m excited too because I’m planning on coming to one soon!! Deeper Still, I’m praying for you all:)

Thank you Beth and LPL team and Lifeway for coming to Mpls. I have seen Beth in many venues but this was something special and truly amazing. To be in house of worship and hear Beth felt familiar and “old school”. It was just precious and BETH – YOU WERE ON FIRE! Truly – the tangled theme with the mother daughter hair analogy was too much. I will never be able to do a french braid again in my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I also loved that you walked the aisles, that you were able to touch the audience and interact at such a personal level. Oh, I could go on – but simply – thank you, thank you for being such a blessing from God, for opening your heart to all of us and to go there – to speak truth and accountability and relationship! We love you for helping us to love him more!

WONDERFUL…words cannot describe how amazing it was to see 4300 women praising God, worshipping, growing, laughing, crying….getting untangled. I had the privelage of having Beth hand me the microphone (I’m in the video wearing blue..), and having a heart to heart (in front of 4300) with her about our messes & tangles and how amazing God is at fixing them. Then one of our ladies (there was 20 of us from Canada) took Beth’s hand and kissed it because she was so overwhelmed with love for her and how God works in her…and Beth leaned down and kissed her forehead (it’s in the video too) but we knew it was actually God working through Beth, as usual. God was present and active in such a beautiful way.

    Theresa says:

Hi to all my sisters in Christ!

To Beth, I’m in the process of reading your book, So Long Insecurity. I can not put into words the profound healing I’m receiving through this study. Thank you for allowing God to work through you to heal all us broken women. Until I read this book I never realized just how broken I was. I knew I had some serious issues. But I never realized that nearly 99.9 percent of them were directly tied to insecurities. I’m not ashamed to tell you that I tested positive for nearly all the categories except may be one or two. I say may be because I seen a bit of myself in even the ones I couldn’t completely tag myself with. I’m praying my Woman’s Bible Study group decides to use this book for our next session.

As for my prayer practices. I’m a visualizing kind of girl. I spend lots of time visualizing myself in the ‘Garden of My Heart’ with The Lord. It’s during these times I bring all my burdens to Him. Spending time with Him there getting a renewal of my spirit. A time to let it all go and give it up to Him. We talk, we up root all the weeds, we laugh, and sometimes we just sit and He holds me while I cry. I try to do this at least once a day. Normally at bed time or for an afternoon rest. Sometime twice a day depending on how wrecked I am /smile

I’ve been on quite the healing journey for the last 4 years. It was at that time The Lord planted the ‘Garden of My Heart’. I normally pray for others right before or after my time with The Lord. But I also find myself in constant prayer all day long. I pray for folks on the way to work. I pray when I see strangers passing by. I pray for folks in the food store. This was inspired by a song I heard by Brandon Heath, “Give Me Your Eyes”. I’m very sensitive to the plight and pain of others. I’m just in so much pain and so broken myself, it’s all I can do to pray for them. My hope is to one day healed enough that I can use the gifts and talents he gave me to help others who are broken just like me. For now I pray, pray, and pray some more.

    Love in Christ,
    Theresa
