2011 Siesta Scripture Memory Team: Verse 7!

Hey, Sweet Things! I’m a mighty long way from home in Fresno, California and looking so forward to getting into the Scriptures and into some passionate praise and worship with these West-side women. I love knowing that Priscilla is in Florida this weekend serving at her first simulcast and we are on the opposite side of the continent with our Living Proof Live. You wouldn’t waste a prayer on either one of us.

This will be a record setting post – my shortest ever! Wish so much I could tarry here and visit with you but, Sister Girl, my hands are FULL. Oh, how I pray you are sticking with your Scripture memory. Don’t give up! God will bring a harvest if we persevere and see it all the way through. I love my selection this go round. If you don’t know what you want to memorize for Verse 7, you are welcome to share mine. Here goes!

Beth, Houston. Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV

I love you like crazy. Stay in the Word!

      Hi Beth!
I was at the conference in Fresno this past weekend and was so blessed! I have been struggling with some “stuff” and just finished your Breaking Free study with a group of “sisters.” I was so encouraged and definitely heard a “word” from the Lord during this event. You are an amazing women of God and I can’t tell you how much your have influenced my walk. I joke all the time about how we have so much in common and we are BFF’s but you just don’t know it yet. I believe this feeling is mutual with many of the women you minister to because of your openness and just being real! It is such an encouragement to me as well to be real in my walk. I don’t need to pretend that I somehow, at the age of 29, have figured it all out. Thank you for your continued ministry. You are such a gift.
Grace and Peace be yours from our Father in heaven.

FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS….Wow, God really is never late! I have been having a Pity party for quite some time (and I am talking years about 3) and God nudged me to Bible Study. I have not been to church for a year, called a friend and “promised” her I would be at Bible Study and what a gift God had laid out for me. 1st I was welcomed back like I had not even left…blessing…then they had just started your study on Blieving God. WOW!! I had needed answers to these questions for soooo long, it is what kept me away, especially your third week in the study, Censsationism & Sensationalism, I have been on both spectrums, so I gave up on church. I have heard you before, but now I am listening. You are incredible, I thank you for not only hearing God, but obeying Him and what He is saying through you is milk and meat to my dry bones. God knew exactly what He was doing when He chose you to deliver His message. Looking forward to more and more. You wrote this in 2004, That is the year I was slidding backwards and now it is 2011 and I am recieving this message. PTL!!!!
