AMANDA IS IN LABOR! THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE AND THIS FAMILY IS GOING TO REJOICE IN IT!
Gotta take Jackson to Mother’s Day Out, go to the hospital and be with Amanda, then go back and get Jackson and bring him to the hospital and by then I bet we’ll be getting really close to time! I may not be able to get back on for as many as 24 hours (which means I also won’t be able to bring in comments much) but I will let you know something as soon as I can! We love you and know you are praying for this precious family and our darling Baby Girl!

Blue Alert! Blue Alert! My daughter, Joy, has been following your Amanda in her pregnancy on your blog. We are also in labor!! I am with 17 month old Mallory as we await closer arrival of her little brother and begin our trek to the hospital. Grandmothering keeps us busy!! We are praying for both of these precious miracles

EEEEKKKK! I’ve been checking here and Baby Bangs several times a day! Praying that baby girl in safely! (We just did session one in Esther last night and all the mother/daughter talk got to all us mothers – and daughters! How precious for a new mother-daughter union to be formed in your family!)

Wooohooo!!!!!! As soon as I saw “Amanda is in labor” I immediately stopped reading and just lifted her up in prayer. I’m asking God for a smooth delivery without complications for baby or mama. Also, I asked God that Amanda would be able to keep some amount of modesty during the delivery. Since I gave birth 18 months ago, I know this is virtually impossible but the LORD is able to do immeasurably more, so I’m believing HIM!

You are glorious and full of love and compassion. Please, be watchful over Amanda as she labors in love to deliver this precious bundle of pink! May she bring her daughter safely into this world and without complications. How we praise you for new life and ask right now that this darling girl would give her heart to you early, so that she not miss any of your blessings. We are so thankful Lord that you are a God who is among us and personal. Your Word is alive, active and evident in this sweet,baby girl’s family. You are using all of them to make such a difference in the lives of so many. Be with little Jackson too now, that he not become jealous or have feelings of unimportance during all of the newness of baby sister. Bless him to be a very gracious big brother and a gentle protector of his new sister. Draw them together inseperable with each new day and may You receive glory in their wonderful relationship as siblings.

Congrats!! My granddaughter Abigail Faith is 10 months and such a joy! After two boys my daughter is beside herself with the different feelings she never expected to have with a little girl. Not less love…just different emotions.
