Something a Bit Fun: www.BethMooreNovel.com

Hi, everyone! Sabrina Moore here! All of us on staff at Living Proof are tremendously familiar with our blog community but you may not be familiar with those of us who work behind the scenes. I’m the LPM ministry director and have served with Beth for many wild years. (Same last name but no blood relationship except in Jesus.) I’m so happy to share something with you that we think is pretty delightful.

The great folks at Tyndale Publishing developed a fun webpage we can’t wait for you to see!

Why is this web page fun???

Well, for starters the web page introduces Beth’s debut novel. Wait for it……….

The Undoing of Saint Silvanus, releasing September 20, 2016

That sounds fun to me!  Beth is one of my favorite story tellers. She peppers her Bible teaching with living-color stories and you would not believe some our lunchtime stories.  Girlfriend is live!  So, a fiction novel from Beth?  I can hardly wait.

Now,  just in case there is the slightest chance you are anything like me and maybe thinking, “September? Really? I am so going to forget in 4 months. I’ve already forgotten my items for next week!”  No worries – we will remind you.  However, Tyndale has a few other items on their webpage to help occupy the time until it releases.  Hop on www.BethMooreNovel.com and these are some things you can do: www.BethMooreNovel.com and these are some things you can do:

  • Read the free chapter sampler!
  • Register for the free webcast, Beth’s Big Book Club – LIVE from the Big Easy | January 20, 2017 (registrants qualify for monthly prize drawings). This free webcast is going to be a blast! Beth’s going to do Q&A and share the backstory and lots of fun things about the novel that aren’t in the book.
  • Pre-order your book  (super easy – there is a list of select retailers for your convenience).
  • Email your proof of purchase to Tyndale at: [email protected] and receive 4 free downloadable prints.

September 20th will be here before you know it!

Oops, I got so jazzed I almost forgot (smile), here is a message for you from Beth!

    Dear Beth,
I have to say, knowing and following you these past seven years has been anything but boring! HA! The ultimate story teller I think you were bred to be a novel writer.
I am so excited for this book. It piques my interest when you mention family situations and boy do I have a few. Not every one can boast of being thrown in jail by a family member but it came to that in mine! I have told my kids, though, not to take it out on the cousins this thing that happened between my sister and I. Forgiveness is a sweet process and it dissolves any bitterness that could harbor in the soul and cause all sorts of issues to crop up.
So excited for this and can not wait! Gona get this January date scribbled in already! Also gona get that book ASAP!
    Love for a big fan!

Beth, I am so excited for you! Congratulations! I am absolutely on board with you and cannot wait to read THE UNDOING OF SAINT SILVANUS!!! I will be pre-ordering my book and getting all registered for all the fun to come. I love fiction and look forward to seeing you as a fiction writer. I typically don’t read the backs of books. You know what I mean? I don’t read the synopsis. When I hear of a book I want to read, I just read it and enjoy watching the story unfold. With that said, I just don’t know whether or not I should read the first preview chapter. Part of me just can’t handle waiting, but the other part wants to hold off and not have the torture of being teased! I’m sure whatever I choose will be right. Another BIG congratulations, Beth! I just adore you and can’t wait to see and what read what you’ve done and join you in praying that THE UNDOING OF SAINT SILVANUS would bring people to Christ who wouldn’t step foot in a church or in a Bible study today. May hearts and eternities be changed and all glory to God!

Well I just pre-ordered two copies. One for me and one for someone unknown at this time! Ha!
I am not a fiction reader, per say, but I love your books. So, I know you will deliver and I am quite excited to curl up on a fall day (Houston???) with a cup of coffee and most likely read it cover to cover in one day. Thanks Beth for sharing your gifts! You have been such a part of God’s grace gifts to me for the past 15 or more years. Love you so, fellow so-journer, Beverly

Love this! I am so in this with you Beth! I will be registering for the Book Club online, and I think it would be so fun to have a Beth Moore Book Club to meet in Sept/Oct/Nov, and then watch the webcast together in January! What fun! I will be checking around for people interested in doing this. Anyone in the Daytona Beach area interested?

Sabrina – thank you for this post! Getting excited about Beth’s novel and just watched her video. Still can’t believe she wrote it during all else she has going on – maybe it was cathartic for her to write this book!

Just pre-ordered the book and joined the Club and can’t wait for all the fun and festivities.

Thank you for all you do. Hugs to the awesome LPM staff and your fearless leader, my friend Beth.

    Debra Diaz says:

Thanks so much, Sabrina, and to Beth: I have read the sample chapters of your book and I think one of the most encouraging things an author can hear is that they left me wanting more. I can’t wait to read the entire book. Already evident is a great writing style, character development, and an intriguing plot. I’m a Christian writer (Woman of Sin Trilogy)and so I can empathize with both your excitement and your nervousness, but don’t be nervous; I believe you’re going to have a wonderful response to your first fiction book. I can see the opportunity for this story line to open spiritual doors for Christians AND non-Christians. Congratulations and looking forward to the webcast.

My name is Ozree Bayliss,I am a sixteen year old that loves to read and i would just like to say that this book was one of my most favorite,it had exactly what i was looking for and even gave me a great perspective of what i want to do with my life,i know i am about 3 an 1/2 years late but i just thought about reading it. My mom actually had it on her shelf from about 2017 but up until when i saw it i thought it was one of my moms personal books about women,so i never really bothered, except one day i was sitting down looking around and the covering just drew my attention instantly and in that instance i knew i had to figure out what it was about as if it were something magical,so i got up open the book read the beginning and couldn’t stop,i was so consumed with curiosity i just had too.i am not usually a big fiction fan but i was intrigued by your book, i just loved it, i myself dream of one day becoming a writer and a motivational speaker, after becoming a humanitarian, but the thing about my dream is that i don’t want to be famous and known by everyone,i just want to be a shining star for the glorious God we all serve.I have so much life experiences for my age and intend to use them as i have written many scripts an have already started on two books i hope will be published. Also i am from a small country known as Belize Central america,i live in Toledo Punta Gorda,an go to high school at a small college named Toledo community college, for my birthday i will be asking for more of your books,i also take you as my role model.I hope you liked reading about me an my dreams,i hope to receive a email back soon and Mrs.Beth Moore,THANK YOU so much for the adventure of a life time your story speaks to me and i know you are making a difference as i type these last words another thank you.
