LPL Greenville, SC – Tickets for you and a friend!

Well friends, we are 3 days away from Living Proof Live Greenville.  Who is coming?  We, and our faithful team of prayer warriors, are on our knees for this weekend, and Beth is hard at preparations for the specific teaching she is bringing. She is so excited about what God is revealing to her for you!

I am excited to remind you (or maybe tell you for the first time), that we would like to help you go if you are in the area!

Here’s the deal: If you are thinking you would like to attend this weekend, and have wanted to invite a friend to join you but couldn’t quite swing the cost, we want to offer scholarship tickets for both of you!  Another thrilling thing for Beth would be to make a way for you to bring a friend you’ve been wanting to introduce to Jesus. Or maybe that friend is new to the Word, or just less-discipled in the Scriptures.  If this sounds like you, just give Kimberly a call at our office and she will set you up.  Toll-free 1-888-700-1999 (NOT 800).

We sure love Jesus and His Word, and want you to fall more in love with Him, too!  He is our great hope and joy!

We sure hope to see you this weekend in Greenville!  For tickets and detailed information, visit Lifeway.com here.

Wish I could be there but will have to wait for Sept 12th Simulcast & attend at my church. I did that last year but didn’t have anyone with me. It was still great. This year I’m inviting everyone I know just about so we can all enjoy a word from God thru Beth. Someday I’ll get to actually attend in person. Thank you for offering this opportunity to those in the area. What an awesome thing to do!

I am coming and wanted to know if you will be getting a group of siestas together with our spirals for a picture. Would love to see how many in our area are participating. I am so grateful for the encouragement to memorize scripture. It is something I have wanted to do for a long time and thought I never could. It has helped me many times already this year, and I have replaced many negative thoughts with scripture instead. Changes your whole attitude. I hope I will continue memorization even after this year is complete. Let me know if there is a plan to meet somewhere for a snapshot.

    Crissy Parker says:

My name is Crissy and I turned 44 today (July 11). I had the pleasure of attending the Greeneville conference this weekend as a gift from me to me. 🙂 I had never seen Beth Moore speak live and I was not disappointed!! This was the gift I was to give myself for my 40th birthday, but fell sick and had to have surgery. It has not worked out again (financially) until this year. This trip marked the end (a statement I make in faith and proclamation) of one of the worst years of my life. It certainly would not compare to the horrors that some have faced but incredibly difficult just the same. The details of this year would be far too much to write but to sum it up….everything in my life was turned upside down. I was battling what I can only describe as severe “burnout” in my job of 11 years (I teach Band), the child I am raising (my 11 year old nephew)did something unspeakable that resulted in child protective services becoming involved in our lives, I faced battle after battle with my students and their parents and most hurtful of all, my “best friend” left my fellowship forever despite my very best efforts to reconcile. I recently arrived at a place emotionally, after one thing piled upon another, that I began to pray for God to please take me home (to Heaven) because I could no longer bare to live. My emotions have been out of control.

In the session this morning, (Saturday, July 11) the topic was on being down. Every word Beth spoke was from God to me! I am always so amazed at what great lengths God will go to to be there for me! Oh, I know that thousands of other ladies probably felt like the message was custom designed for them as well and they would be correct…that’s just how God works!! I left the sessions today encouraged and with a new determination to move forward, take my harp out of the tree, stop crying (which I have done a great deal of), and do the ministry God has placed me in.

It was a tough journey to get to Greeneville. The enemy clearly did not want us to get there. We arrived at the conference center after over 7 hours of travel but the trip should have only taken 4.5 hours. One of our group members was a bit detained because her car would not start. Another member discovered she had a flat tire once she reached our meeting place. We started out in a church van that after about 30 miles of travel began to rattle and shake uncontrollably as if we were riding on a jack hammer. We decided to turn back and get a different van. After returning to the church and transferring our luggage (now an hour behind schedule), we set out again but a little over an hour down I-95, the new van began to shake in the same fashion. We, being too far to turn back and running short on time, decided to stop and rent 2 cars for the remainder of the trip. We arrive at the conference center just in time to hear the final worship song just before Beth began to speak.

God has been faithful to bring us all back to Fayetteville, NC safely(although one of us did get a speeding ticket on the way home…ooops!). We had a fabulous time despite all the obstacles and we were all very blessed! I would like to personally thank Beth and the worship team for celebrating my birthday with me! It was one of the best gifts of my life!! 🙂

    Sincerely Blessed,
    Crissy Parker

    Elaine Van Hook says:

    Beth,
It was amazing seeing you live. It was so different than all of your studies that we have done together. Seeing and feeling the spirit flow through you was extraordinary, I loved having you here in my town! I wanted to invite you home and hang out over a cup of coffee. I have always felt such a closeness to you because of your transparency when you teach. Thank you for a great weekend, I invited a sister in Christ who moved away 5 years ago and we got to reconnect. I don’t tweet, but I’ll tell you we both got a word from the spirit. Mine is two fold (of course, I’m never easy); one is to know that God will give us victory in this world. I know that in my head but my spirit has been so grieved with what is happening in this country – the immorality, the decrease in rights, and to top it off, the redefining of God’s holy covenant in marriage. It feels like I can’t breath sometimes, I know God is bigger than it all and I know He has it, but I also fear for the future of our country, I don’t know how much longer He will tolerate Ameria’s defiance. It grieves me mostly because I come from a large family and I don’t see evidence that most of them are saved. We have a reunion next weekend and I really needed this weekend to lift me up before then.
Thank you for your continued faithfulness and commitment to the Gospel.

thank you for coming to Greenville. As an older Christian I was really down in my spirit over the things that have happened in the past few weeks here and across the nation. I am on my knees this morning on my way back up to new heights. God reaffirmed his call to me to work in women’s ministry and mentor younger women. I am so excited…don’t know how he is going to do this in our church but I know that a big women’s ministry is just around the corner…He wants us to encourage and love younger women….I know this is where I need to be for the rest of my days here….thank you for encouraging me personally in doing what he has led me to do. I am just standing at the door waiting on him to show me where to start. thank you for gravity….it is awesome to know that the only way I can go is up…because I belong to HIM> Linda

I was at the LPL event in Greenville this past weekend, and it was wonderful! I, like so many of the 11,000 people who attended, am stilled “krunked!” What a powerful and amazing word from our Father brought by our sister in Christ! Can’t wait to register for the next event, too. I love being in the presence of the Spirit with a group of like-minded sisters. Awesome weekend!

I received such a blessing Friday evening…from the praise and worship to the message! I was completely heartbroken when I could not attend Saturday…I believe with everything in me that Satan was behind every minute to prevent me from being there…and unfortunately…he succeeded…Mrs. Beth, you are truly a blessing to me! I have read all your books and watch Wednesdays in the Word on Life Today…I can relate to so many things that you talk about…the most precious aspect of hearing you is that I hear your love and passion for Christ…you are a true example of what being Christ-like means! Please know that I pray for you and your mission to reach others!

    Nikki Mock says:

    Beth,
I can’t thank you enough for obeying God. I completely enjoyed this experience. I learned that I have to get back to God’s Word. I can’t go through each day without it. How can I say that I’m living my life for Christ, if I’m not reading how He lived? And when that sweet young lady gave her testimony and quoted 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 I felt my heart beat for the first time in a long time. I needed a wake up call.

This message was amazing. I hope that you will consider creating a Bible study on it like you did with Sacred Secrets. This is definitely something I would love to dive into more. The Ups and Downs blew me away and your analogy with gravity was perfect.

Thank you for listening to the Holy Spirit and for doing what God has asked you to do. God bless you Beth and the rest of your team too! They did a phenomenal job with music, lighting, sound, video, preparation, everything. Thank you for laying it all on the line in the name of Christ.

Many thanks to all who were involved in bring Living Proof Live to Greenville! I arrived so hungry and was filled to overflowing at a feast in the Scripture. It was truly a weekend of refreshment and renewal with an incredibly FRESH WORD from the Holy Spirit. Beth, your energy and passion for Bible teaching are amazing!

One question: does anybody have the reference for the “life verse” that the precious young girl quoted on Saturday morning SO BEAUTIFULLY from somewhere we think in I or II Corinthians? It ministered to my group so much to hear the power of the Lord working in one so young, and we’d like to treasure that verse as well. But we were so focused on listening that we didn’t catch the “address.”

    Thanks!

      Katy Golden says:

I think that reference was 2 Corinthians 4:16-18…

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

What an awesome weekend. I cannot put into words how amazing this weekend was hearing Beth and the praise band. Tonight at bible study we just reflected on what we learned. I learned just going to church and doing Bible Study just isn’t enough I want to know my Jesus on an intimate level, One day I want to go up, up , up to my heavenly home. I had lost heart in certain areas and when the young lady shared 2 Corinthians that we must not lose heart I knew like several others that was meant for me. Thanks again and come back soon Beth. We love having you in Greenville.
