For My Simulcast Sisters

I cannot thank you enough for the privilege to serve you at our Living Proof Live 2014 Simulcast. I do not take it lightly. I will think of you for many months to come and will remember this day for years. My deepest hope and prayer is that Christ broke through every distraction and any works of flesh and blood and revealed Himself profoundly, personally, and permanently to you. Forward, Sister. No going back. Your life faces forward from here on out and what you’re doing on this planet means something. Get to it, gifted woman of God, with unwavering confidence in Christ. I pray that every single word He has sown into you will take root and bring forth a harvest. Above all, I pray that God moved upon you and opened your female heart to RESPOND. Not just receive. RESPOND. Do not wait a single moment to take your first responding steps. Move immediately and obediently into what He’s shown you. Blessed is she who believed.

As promised, here are three writings from the simulcast for anyone who wants a copy:

First, the Identity Declaration:

identity

(Click on the picture to enlarge and save.)

Second, the writing called “What does a woman of God look like?” It’s silly, really, and way too wordy but if it broadens our concept, it is worth putting out there. I originally set out to write it as prose on Wednesday before the simulcast as it started turning in my head that morning, but as I fooled with it that day, I just couldn’t resist the rhyme.  (Click on the link to pull up in a separate window.)

What does a Woman of God Look Like

Third, the commissioning we spoke over one another at the conclusion.

LPL Simulcast 2014 Final Commissioning:

My Beloved Sister,
Jesus drew you to this day
To call you to respond.
What will you do
With what He has said?
God chose you and gifted you
For this very generation.
You are the exact woman
Jesus came looking for today.
Stop telling yourself
This is about someone else
You are the one He wants.
You’re not too young.
You’re not too old.
You haven’t strayed too far
Or waited too long.
Let Jesus step fully into your story
And write a narrative for your life
That does the world good
And gives God glory.
People out there need what you have to offer.
Quit listening to your fears and insecurities.
Stand up and step out and meet some needs.
You are my sister.
I’ll cheer you on.
I will support you and love you
I’ll stop competing and comparing.
I want to be a woman women can trust.
Let’s do this thing side by side.
We’re so much stronger together.
Sister, stay in His Word
Fight for love and keep your faith.
Follow hard after Jesus
All the rest of your days.
He will never do you wrong.
He will never reject or betray you.
He will make something beautiful
Out of all your pain.
In every loss
He will be your gain.
A lost world is waiting out there.
The darkness is aching for light.
Get out there and serve with all your might.
Because, my beloved sister.
You
Are
A woman
Of God.
Go show somebody what she looks like.

Sister, thank you so much. Your time is so valuable. Money is scarce. You could have done many other things with the precious resources you have. You chose to join us for this simulcast. May God take every word He’s entrusted to you this day and cause it to yield a 100-fold harvest. (Luke 8:8)

Stick together out there, Sisters. We are a mighty army in the Kingdom of God. Stay close. Be kind. And be danged courageous.

I love you,

Beth

What a great day of praise and powerful Bible study in Yakima WA! Jesus DID draw us to this day; Jesus drew ME to this day. His Word is definitely alive and active, and our ladies RESPONDED! Guarded hearts were open and strongholds broken down. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your serving Jesus with all your might through LPLS. I was totally refreshed by God’s presence, and traded fear for faith. So appreciated the way you ended with the prayer time over certain needs or groups of ladies. Beth, God bless you, your family and your ministry team.

    Beloved Beth
Bravo and well done . So hope you are home tonight and will enjoy Sabbeth and peace knowing you were an instrument of change .
Loved this simulcast . While others had me in tears this one motivated me to life . Will stick .
Thank you for hearing the calling . I know you want to see more lives saved . And only God in his wisdom would say Beth in order to save more lives you need to line up this army of women .
Two years ago someone gave me a women of God t shirt I never wore . To me a woman of a God is like a super hero and I am to too flawed to meet the standard . And you changed that by taking what I know intellectually and making it real . And later a woman came up to me and said she could feel my light and warmth and hugged me and said I can see you are a woman of a God – how cool is that for affirmation.
And second to respond . Simple but powerful words. And like the prayers by your team
I so appreciate you and your team . I know it takes a lot of work and you put your heart out there as does all of yours and lifeway staff . And what a blessing are all the host churches who open their doors to the community . In my case I am usually the only on few black women at a white church and that’s good for me and them . To be reminded of Gods color blindness
So good night . You are in many prayers . Heaven is rejoicing because of the lives saved , the hearts and minds healed and a whole lot of women walking in response.

Xoxo your sister in Christ Cheryl

    Beth,
Thanks so much for such a great day of teaching and Thanks to the Father. I brought not only the ladies from our church who have grown so much because of the teaching God gives you. I also brought my 2 daughters and my two granddaughters 13 and 10. The Holy Spirit was amazing because I brought home a new sister in Christ. My granddaughter prayed to receive Christ tonight. When I ask her what was said that helped he make this decision she could not remember what you said but the light came on and her heart was opened to Christ in the blink of an eye. Thanks so much for allowing God to use you. Today she had her spiritual birthday and we all celebrated on the way home. 10 years in life but a babe in Christ

    Beth,
Thank you so much for what you do. Thank you for being faithful to fulfill your calling to women’s ministry. I have been to many “Beth Moore” bible studies and have loved every one. I have seen you on a few occasions and have always walked away with a word from God. Today, I took my Mom. She has not been to church in years. I am 43 and my Mom walked away from the church when I was 10 or so. On a whim I decided to go to the simulcast and my husband mentioned inviting my Mother. I didn’t think she would come, but she said yes. And she heard from God today. That She is loved still. That no matter what she has done or what’s happened in her life God still Loves Her. Jesus rejoiced today when my Mom was “found!” I was in tears as my mother and I spoke the commission over each other.
    Thank you!

    Sheri Beersman says:

Beth, thank you so much for this! We had over 500 women in our church today for the Simulcast–this is our third year of offering it for free to women in our community (and beyond–4 different states!) We had three women give their lives to Jesus today! There is no way on earth that that many women came to a small town in Missouri because we were giving them a free sandwich and free childcare! They came for Jesus…and they got Him! I wish I had words to really express what happened in that room today…it was like nothing I’ve ever seen before! You are truly gifted by Him to speak to women! I am just in love with my Jesus!

    Wrae says:

Blessed indeed. This was my second time to attend live simulcast and God never failed to meet my need. All the glory to our Almighty God. Even I was saved long time ago, the invitation never gets old. Jesus saves! I am rejoicing WITH all the women who RESPONDED and BELIEVED. I came to recharge in the Lord today and He delivered! His word never comes void. It changes lives, it lightens a heavy soul.
To my Tas Philas in Christ love y’all bunches!
    God bless you Beth ♡

    Tanya says:

Thank You SO much! It was just wonderful. Many things spoke to my heart. Taking the binding off of my broken heart and trusting again was just huge to me. God has certainly bound my heart and healing has been seen, but I realized that I am afraid to take the bandage off and be vulnerable again and trust God more. You were also just so funmy today!I loved it! Thanks for keeping it real.

I am home now from your simulcast this afternoon and going over all that you said during the course of the day. First I thank God that He brought such a gifted communicator such as you into my life. I pray God’s blessing, pressed down and overflowing in your life. I can see how much you love what you do and your deep love for us, your sisters in Christ. I ask God to bring you an abundant time of refreshing. I know He will be faithful to do so. He must, so that you will be able to pour into women again, all across the world. I, too, am in the field of communication and understand the tole this thanks on a person. Bless you Beth until we can be joined together once again through the Spirit of our Heavenly Father.

Thank you for an absolutely PHENOMENAL day!! Jesus refreshed my heart and soul!! I was in Ft Wayne, my sister organized the Chattanooga Simulcast for her church and another sister was in attendance in Chattanooga. How awesome to worship together, to grow together, to experience Jesus together! Blessed is she who BELIEVED!!

On a side note, your sign language interpreter was fantastic today! Love ya Beth, but its hard to keep up with you and she did keep up and wonderfully so!! Keep on showing Jesus, Terp!! I am an educational interpreter and understand the job you had today. Jesus was flying off the hands. Blessings on ya 🙂

    Sharon says:

Hi Beth, Thank you for all that you do for woman and for listening to the voice of God. Everyone has a story and like yours I too, was sexually molested. I was violated by 3 people, 2 male and 1 female. I grew w/ little direction and no boundaries. By the time I was 19 I just wanted to be loved. I was vulnerable and got caught up in being accepting. I was given hope by Jehovah’s Witnesses and spent the next 30yrs inside a world of bondage. I had no identity nor did I have a voice. There were tons of rules impossible to keep, yet my salvation depended on it. It took me 2yrs to get out w/ the knowledge I would lose my family and friends. I gave my life to Christ on May 9, 2013 and the elders at the Kingdom Hall made the announcement that I was no longer a Jehovah’s Witness and that let everyone know they had to treat me as if I were dead. The journey out has been hard emotionally and spiritually. The hardest part is reprogramming my mind. God knows my struggles and He is with me. I know it will take years before I am healed but in the mean time I want to help educate others when they have Jehovah’s Witnesses come knocking on their door. Today I am going to look in the mirror at a beautiful woman. Thank you!

    Robin Self says:

Ok, I realize I am bordering on stalking this thread, lol, but I had to add, that today was not the first Living Proof baby you had being born.. At the Fort Worth event in April of 2002, I was 5 months pregnant, and climbing up and down the convention center steps sent me into premature labor. (Thankfully my roomie was a labor and delivery nurse who told me that, yes, that tightening I was feeling was contractions! ) We finished the conference, ( of course! ) but afterward I was put on total bed rest for 3 months til our little bundle came a month early on July 2. That miracle boy, Jonah, is now 12 years old. So, Beth Moore a big part of his birth story. 🙂 Just thought you would enjoy that little bit of LPM history. 🙂

    Kim Morris says:

Hello Beth and all the worship leaders in your organization.
Thank you for your tireless devotion to our Lord and
committment to bringing the Gospel to so many. Enjoyed
the simulcast today and my heart is full of joy tonight.
My purpose to attend this today at our church, was to
strengthen my faith and to grow deeper into Gods word.
The greatest commandment is to love God with all my heart
and love others, and to make disciples . To be more of
a follower not just a fan. Thank you for shinning your light
so bright and showing women what LOVE truley is.
Gods Grace delivered me from the bondage of alcohol, when
I surrendered to Him July 5,2011. My life has been enriched
since that day and the ladies in AA have walked close to me
with out judging me and with their commitment to help another.
Very spiritual women who have hearts for God.
My church has done the same and I rejoice in these
    friendships.
This journey of mine took quite a few years and I know
God was gentle with me. Today I have a strong vertical
relationship with God through Jesus Christ and because of
that, my horizontal relationships are healthier. And
that keeps me humble at the foot of the cross!
The Bible verse I hold in my heart is John 10:10.
Thank you again for your devotion to our Lord
Jesus ! God Bless you my sister, Kim Morris

    Barbara says:

Thank you for sharing and encouraging us. I see many women complacent in their Christian journey. That leads to discouragement. Praise God for a breathe of fresh air and my response is to go forward!!! Thanks for serving and ministering God’s truths today.
I needed this refreshing from God. It was a blessing also to be among Sisters in Christ.

Thank you so much for your words today in Ft. Wayne! My friend and I came from Cincinnai, OH, it was her first time ever seeing you in person and my third time. After hearing you speak today during the third session we both looked at each other, the words you spoke – spoke directly to our hearts and we knew that it was our God’s perfect timing that we were able to make it to see you today and hear truth for our situations! The woman today were truly blessed to hear the words that our Lord laid on your heart to speak to us. Thank you so much for being such an inspriration and a willing vessel to share God’s Word and Love!

So many thoughts from today and cannot put it into words. We have been part of our church family for five yrs now and today was the first time I have felt “tas philas” with my Christian sisters. The Living Proof Simulcast was fantastic. I was in a new church in a new city (just moved in June). But I met some new sisters in Christ and felt connected to the ones I left in Maryland as they were having the simulcast at their church too. Travis, Beth and their team are an inspiration. Loved the music; loved the message. And I plan to respond! Thank you, Jesus.

I was so blessed today! I wanted to share- the words of Declaration work with the tune of the hymn,’Rise Up, Oh Church of God’! I have to insert, ‘I’m’ before Loved, Clothed, and Gifted, but it works for me and I’ve already memorized it!
    Thank you so much,

    Stephanie says:

I received a word today. I’d really like some guidance with how I feel god is calling me. I need help with the equipping. Please. I’m so excited and not sure where to start. I thought asking Beth might help. I have an idea for an App that could draw people closer to The Lord. I just don’t know where to start. Please Beth if you could guide me, I’d appreciate it. And I appreciate you and all the work you do for the kingdom. I’m praying for things to be revealed so that I can get this off the ground.

    Thank you,
    Stephanie

    Kimberly Dorpenyo says:

    Dear Beth and Team:

The miraculous orchestration of God never ceases to amaze me! A little over 2 years ago, I went from being a married missionary to a divorced single mom. The betrayal was deep and the loss even deeper. As I fought to stand on my own two feet, I was given another blow by losing what little financial assistance I was getting because I started making too much money, which forced me to move back in with my parents about one month ago. Angry does not accurately describe the rage within and sad cannot express the death in my spirit, but I kept moving forward holding onto the ounce of hope that God knows something I don’t. The church I attend already had this day trip organized but I was never going to be able to pay for the conference/accommodation, etc. but one if the directors approached me with an offer I could not refuse – an all-expense paid trip due to cancellations! I knew this was more than a day of fun, it was going to be a day of soaking in the Word of God that my soul so desperately needed.

God does not disappoint either – I stood 3 times today! The first
To go to the altar for prayer, the second to receive healing from the wounds caused by women, and the final to receive healing from the deepest betrayal a wife can experience in a marriage. What’s more, I stood to release those people – to forgive and move forward.

Today serves as a catalyst in my life! I truly believe that God orchestrated today to serve as a stake in the ground that I may stand free from depression, rejection, and self-condemnation. I have been launched forward and will STAND as a free woman of God! Woman-up!

  32. 332
    Michelle says:

Thank you so much for sharing God’s Word and speaking through the power of the Spirit today Beth. I attended my very first simulcast event, and I was deeply moved by being there. When I saw the sign at a local church advertising that they would be hosting, I felt strongly that I needed to be there. I had no idea why, but I knew it wasn’t just a nice thought of my own but rather a command from the Spirit to get there even if I had no friends to go with. I was happily surprised to discover after I registered that some friends were going, so God already had that piece covered without my knowing it. I came away a changed woman for sure, and I really truly am thankful for your love for women and willingness to serve. I pray that my own young daughter’s life will be changed through having her mom changed today.

    Dear Beth,
Thank you so much for sharing and serving today. This was the first time I have seen you live and you are a giant in Jesus. Thank you for sharing the Word with humor, standing on the front lines in the battle and cheering all of us on to be all we can be in Christ. One person can make a difference. Thank you. I needed today more than I knew. In Christ I can take two steps and breathe. Thank you for your words of love and encouragement today. May God richly bless your heart and life.
    Your sister in Christ,
    Kelly Williams

    Sue says:

I sat alone in my living room to watch the simulcast…NEEDING a word from God so desperately…as always. I am just recently divorced from a habitual cheater…and I have NEVER felt like a clean, valued woman…not ever. When you asked God for each of us to receive a specific word that would make the hair on the back of our neck go straight up, I dared to hope, but didn’t expect. When you said that EVEN IF ANOTHER WOMAN WAS ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR MAN…YOU ARE STILL A WOMAN OF GOD…I felt that hair rise and the tears start. I have renewed HOPE that someday I WILL do “BEING A WOMAN OF GOD WELL”. THANK YOU…GOD BLESS YOU…I LOVE YOU.

I was so blessed today by the simulcast. Only one church in Oklahoma had it and so most of us had to drive a way to get there. But we were all blessed. Even when Satan tried to mess it up with the weather where you were at causing us to loose the live feed where we were. We just prayed Satan away from it and the problems would stop.
I just wanted to let you know how much you are loved and your ministry is so valuable to us all.

    Leslie Ling says:

Hi Beth, I was at a simulcast today of your LPL event today and so enjoyed being in the Presence of the Lord. I wasn’t sure what my “word” was but just woke up in the wee hours with Jeremiah 23:29 ringing through me. “Is not My word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?”
Along with that these lyrics of a song we sang together, “every high place must come down; every stronghold shall be broken. You (Jesus) wear the Victor’s crown. You have overcome! You have overcome!” I am believing Him for these things as I respond to Him. Awesome stuff. Thank you for being a faithful vessel. God bless you.

Hi Ms. Beth, just wanted to tell you I’ve been blessed by the power of the Eord of God through today. We met at our church today to watch live and it was more than i imagine. However, i know that God can do exceedingly and abuntdantly more than we ask for in Christ Jesus, but i when i registred i did it because i knew in my heart that i need to draw near more and more to listen, read and all that can help me in healing and reestablishing my relationship woth the Lord my Savior, after a dificult year of crisis with clinical depression. Thank you, may God bless the misnistry He has place in you, and may He continue the great and mighty things flowing so many others like me, can heal, learning from God in such a simple, yet amazing way. God bless all your team, your pastor(s), your family…I feel lime i know you personally and this may sound so funny and weird, but I love you so much i. The love of Christ.
