LPL Simulcast Responsive Reading

Responsive Reading Final from LPV on Vimeo.

Hey, Dear Sisters!

Many of you who participated in the simulcast asked for the responsive reading we did at the very beginning of the last session. Here it is and I have left it in exactly the same form. I compiled these Scriptures to serve as a focused call to worship for a gathering of believers that would lead straight into songs of praise led by our worship team. My hope in posting it here as a response to your requests is that many of you will not just view it but, instead, will actually take part in it by allowing God’s Word to speak over you, then responding with words to Him comprised of Scripture as well. Where it calls for congregational response, you’d simply respond individually.

You are a joy for us to serve, Sisters. We are honored to bring you anything we possibly can that might be of benefit to you. Our deepest hope and commitment here at Living Proof is to encourage women to love Christ Jesus more and more through the study of His Word. Pray that for us as well!

I will post the commissioning we did at the very end of the simulcast on Friday. Dearest love to you all!

Beth, I was at the simulcast in Boone, NC, on Saturday and I can’t thank you enough! You are truly annointed and I can state firmly that I will “No Longer” be the same. Sunday morning as I opened my “Daily Light” for the 15th, the verse heading for the morning was Romans 6:14. I knew it was definitely God at work. Thank you so much for your ministry of His word and Travis’s ministry of music. You both have touched my life in ways I cannot begin to express.

I have just had a heart-wrenching time with the Lord with tears as I prayed this over my friend in her last days of 4 cancers. Tomorrow I will have another heart-to-heart with the Lord and pray them for myself and then again sometime for my family. A rich blessing from the Lord and His Word-yes a healing balm for our weary souls. Thank you so much.

Dear Beth, thank you for the material from the simulcast. it was truly a pleasure to be at charleston WV, the atmosphere truly exhibited the Spirit encasing the Civic center. It was a great pleasure to meet with the Siestas, out of 13 attended LPL events I finally saw the screen to tell us where to meet. I felt like I was attending a family reunion. Would you consider posting the questions. I would like to improve my score by reminding myself that grace covers me. God Bless

I’m so glad I clicked on this! It is amazing how God’s Word can turn everything around. I love that so many of these were part of my scripture memorization over the past 3 years and sprang to life on the page. Just overwhelmed.

Thank you Beth and Praise God for this responsive reading. Loved the event Saturday & God is using your gift of teaching to release my anxieties to
trust Him for his provision as my husband pursues short term mission work training with e3 missions. God is faithful…my husband is in Planao this week & will return to our home base soon in Nebraska. I am learning to tap dance under His grace of provision. Blessings to you and your staff!

Beth, thank you so much for posting this. I plan to use it again and again as a prelude to worship. Sometimes it is hard to focus, let alone take time to prepare, but this responsive reading positions me for worship. Thank you for penning it, thank you for sharing it with us during the simulcast, and again on the blog. It is a treasure, and so are you!
May the Lord our God continually be a Shield around you.

Beth, I have been so blessed by this. Thank you so much for keeping your ears tuned to God and HEARING HIM as you prepare to teach women. I know you are blessed by the firstfruits of everything you teach.. May God continue to anoint your life by His powerful Word as you teach others.
    I love you so much

To hear the sound of the shofar on this Day of Atonement after hearing such a very powerful message just opened a fountain of tears for me. Truly this was a day of atonement for me, to know that I live under the refreshing outpouring of God’s grace on a daily basis. Thank you so much for posting this. It was even more powerful reading it again than it was on Saturday when I was somewhat lost in my own thoughts. May God continue to bless you richly!

I can’t tell you how endearing this was to me this week. Our daughter had a kidney tumor as a baby … has one kidney now. We got news this week that her kidney might be having to work too hard. Had her retested. In the waiting … this Scripture ministered to my soul. Then we found out that her kidney is normal. We praise God. Thank you for Godly encouragement.

If every church would do this exercise – blind would see, lame would walk, hungry fed, salvation of the daily life would come and recreate in our needs-just for a starter ! His Word cannot return void. I am excited to be in the midst of this Word and among people who will now no longer be the same and they can pray and respond for their church, community, families etc – very powerful. Praise to God for creating this exercise in you and your ever loving team. This exercise took my breath away and revived my soul.

It was such a blessing to be at the live event in Charleston, WV… this responsive reading was probably the most powerful 7 minutes of my life! Thank you for posting this for us. I’m sure I will watch this over and over again to remind myself to walk in the grace of God!

Thank you so much for posting this ! for the season in my life right now these verses spoke so richly to me:

    I have loved you with an everlasting love;

therefore I have continued emy faithfulness to you.

Again I will build you, and you shall be built
    Jeremiah 31:3-4

My Spirit remains in your midst.
    fear not.
    Haggai 2:5

Praise God whose words speak life, create new things, heals and forgives and changes our perspective and aligns our heart focus on Him.

His Words , speak for themselves.

Thank you Miss Beth, it was well worth the incredible day.

Thank you, Beth and team, for posting this responsive reading. That a beautiful way to speak to God. I will refer back to it often in my times of quiet, and I will share it with my siesta sisters who may not have seen it.

I attended the simulcast at my local church and was, not surprisingly, blown away. The quiz we took was very eye-opening. Would you mind posting it so I can take a look closer at look at these lies that bind me? Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for posting this. I was at WVA, & Beth you have so touched my life. Or rather, God has used you as such a powerful voice in my life. I didn’t feel the Lord speaking to me that very day (although it was so refreshing to be a part of your message), but I knew, I needed to take lots of notes, because, what I was learning would be used for me later.
Sure enough, I needed this & needed it at this very moment. I’m feeling great attacks from the enemy & prayed to God as a little girl going to her daddy. You see, my daddy has went on to be with the Lord & my Mom is battling cancer as we speak (& is not a believer). I have some emotions surfacing that I can’t explain, I myself don’t even understand. But the thought of not being someone’s “little girl” anymore, breaks me to pieces! Seems so silly, I’m 37 years old w/ three babies of my own.
I prayed to God tonight, that I could crawl into the lap of my Abba Father, He would lift my chin & say, “shhh…it will be o.k.” & I could rest my head on Him.
So, reading the responsive reading again….was just what I needed. I sit here, @ 1am, feeling the enemy is waiting at the gate. I can’t not sleep & I’m soaked w/ tears from crying so much (It’s Hard Being a Woman….those couple of days each & every month..if ya get my meaning. And yes, I am in the middle of the Esther study).
Thank you for your ministry Beth. I need God’s word, pulled out scripture by scripture to hear Him speak to me!
Sometimes, I don’t have the strength to pull them out myself, but you have it laid out before me & I thank you.
Also, I watched your video about “Undone”. I never finished my So Long Insecurity study…I’m thinking I need that one in the worst way. I have much that is undone and some that I wonder if isn’t “undiscovered”.
    God Bless you!
    Love ya sister!!

I regularly read this blog, but for some reason I missed this post. Apparently it was the Lord’s reason because I didn’t have the greatest day today. I felt under attack by The Enemy, and I truly needed God’s words and promises poured over me as I prayed back to him. It bound up my wounded heart. Thank you so much for posting it.
