It was a wonderful time in the Lord! We originally had 6 ladies from church going, and in the end, it ended up just being two of us. We debated not going since our group had dwindled so greatly. Thank God that we packed up and ventured out anyway. It was so worth it! I am so thankful for this ministry! We serve an amazing, incredible, unbelievable, awesome God! PREPARE!

I just want to praise God for the mighty works He is doing in my life, and for the way He uses Beth Moore to get His word out! When I came home (West Milton) from the conference I immediately deleted all of the games on my computer that had enslaved me for 2 yrs., and kept me out of God’s word. I felt such a relief after I hit that wonderful delete button, it felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I have been in God’s word ever since and just feel His awesome presence enveloping me. I know He is PREPARING me and my husband for something great…awesome to here the silence of 9,000 women as we worshiped God for 3 solid minutes! Amazing, Awesome,Wonderful God we serve. So glad to have met with Beth backstage. What a beautiful person, inside and out. Thanks Beth!!!!

I just finished the Breaking Free bible study and praise God for it. I want my daughters and every woman I love to do the study. Is there a bible study similar to Breaking Free but taught by a man? I would love the men of our church to study through these scriptures the way Beth taught us.. however the study would need to be lead by a man. I hope my request does not offend you and I’m not sure I agree with that thinking but some men will not sit under a woman bible teacher. Thanks so much for listening to and obeying God’s call on your life! I am changed because of it and inspired to help others be changed. Love you!

I have shown my husband several of the Breaking Free videos because I knew that the word of the Lord through Beth would minister to him. And it absolutely did!

    Beth,
Thank you so much for making the long trip to Columbus! Your message about the importance of being prepared has landed on me in a way I didn’t expect. ( I love when God does that )I have a fabulous grandson that I have helped raise from birth. He is 7 years old and I haven’t seen or spoke to him in 17 months. He was adopted and removed from us and I have no contact. He spent his last night here with me writing notes to all his aunts and uncles telling them how much he loved them so they wouldn’t forget. They picked him up at our church on a sunday morning and I haven’t seen him since. Though my heart felt destroyed I went in to Kids Church and taught the lesson I had PREPARED for the children God brought me that morning. Three kids accepted Christ that morning. Though my heart was broken, God used me for His glory.
My grandson is being raised in a home void of Christ. I realized that I need to be PREPARED for that first chance I get to share Christ with him when he is grown and I can see him again.
Thank you for sharing your similar situation. God used that to speak to my heart.
Looking forward to leading your Believing God study for the second time in September. Thanks again Beth!

Beth, I am thanking God for your ministry, the impact of all your Bible Studies & Living Proof Live events, and now for Bayou City Fellowship…I once heard a pastor discuss the “forgotten beatitude” Matthew 11:6 “Blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me” by paraphrasing it, “Blessed is he who does not get uptight about the way I do My business.” I even pray that paraphrase back to God, “Lord, give me a heart which does not get uptight about the way You do Your Business” (and it’s ALL His business) or as Steven Curtis Chapman quoted Martin Luther who said, “The only two days that matter are THIS day and THAT day … THIS day that we’re living in now, and THAT day when we see Jesus face-to-face. It’s what we believe about THAT day that will determine how we live THIS day.”

I had the pleasure of being at the Columbus event, and watching this — especially seeing the pictures of the most beautiful head of hair revealed by that sweet lady in the crowd — brought back the emotions of the weekend. It was just. what. I. needed!!!

I’m so grateful to God for working through the worship team and Beth to bring a fabulous message. I am PREPARED!

Columbus was AMAZING, as always it is a word that is so needed, and music that puts you in the throne room to worship our God the way we are meant to. Thanks to Beth and Travis for a wonderful weekend.

Oh, last weekend was awesome. Watching that video made me miss it! I spent the weekend with my best friend who moved to Columbus, and her sister. We had a great girl’s weekend together. Beth, when you shared about your loss, regarding your best friend moving away, I lost it. The ugly cry came and made my best friend cry. We just hugged and cried at the end. No make-up left we went on our way to watch The Help and cried some more!! Thank you to everyone at Living Proof Live for a wonderful weekend. Love y’all.

    Hi Beth,

I live on the West Coast of Canada and am working through both the book and workbook of “So Long, Insecurity.” As you were authoring So Long Insecurity, I believe with all my heart you humbled yourself to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. So Long Insecurity is a Christ anointed book, a powerful book, which speaks of Christ’s amazing love for all of us and His desire to set us free! God bless you, Beth!

Just had a major ( to say the least) experience that is counter to all the verses that I “thought” God gave me for this season- how do we navigate our lives when it appears we missed on what we thought were “words” to pray and claim? I do not believe God wants to mock us- You may not see this entry, I just needed to put my situation in writing… with appreciation

Thanks for sharing the Columbus recap – looks like a wonderful time! I am from Dayton and so wanted to be there, but the only time our family (now with 4 adult children) could spend time together this summer was over that weekend…so I was actually flying from CMH through HOU to LA at the time you were flying HOU to CMH… lol! So I waved ‘hello’ and prayed for you all πŸ™‚ I thought I was going to miss the Simulcast in Sept. as well because of traveling to CLE for a family wedding, but just found out last night my sister’s church up there will be doing the simulcast. Sooo…thankful to ‘be with’ you even for a few hours in a few weeks! Blessings and prayers are coming your way, Mamabeth πŸ™‚

My 14yr old Daughter and I finally got to see Beth moore in person (after 5yrs of dvd bible studies) in columbus. God, travis and beth have a unique and amazing way of makin each an every person feel special! I don’t understand it! I couldn’t believe Travis played an awesome version of the Billy Grahmn song. I watched that program with my mother. Even though she died before my daughter was born I know she was there with us bursting with happiness because her granddaughter really loves the lord!!

    Amber says:

All 14 of us ladies had a wonderful time diving into God’s Word and worshipping with 7,000 other women of faith! Thank you praise team for sharing your gifts and talents God has poured over you, and for Beth for all your studying and “preparing” you do to communicate God’s Word. We had many of laughs and tears and are setting ourselves to Prepare! It was such a powerful moment when Travis started us off, playing one chord, in “Shout to the Lord”, and that stadium filled with women’s voices lifted in unison, praising our amazing God. My eyes were closed at the awe of our God, a taste of heaven, and when we finished I opened them and the stage was clear…you all left it to us…to the church…to us women of faith…to now go and do and teach! Praise God for His sweet, powerful spirit! And for all of you submitting to that spirit.
    Much love, Amber

The whole weekend was so good. Circumstances have been very difficult around our home for several months now. It was such a blessing and comfort for me to hear what Beth said about the years with her son. So much that was said throughout the weekend hit straight in my heart. The music was powerful! Thank you so much for encouraging my soul!

I just looked through some of the other comments and found some requests for the prayer that Beth prayed at the end. Would it be possible for me to get a copy of that, too? I would so appreciate it. Thanks.

    Beth,

I just want to thank you for a much needed refreshing weekend in Columbus I had seeing you. I flew up to Columbus (where my family lives) from the Virgin Islands (where I am currently living) to worship with you. Wow! What an amazing time. I am starting scripture memory with you and the Siestas (I hope I am one now, too) πŸ™‚

I also got the Breaking Free study to take back to the islands with me, so I can study it when I go back. Thank you so much for letting me see God offer a renewed/refreshed spirit.

What an amazing weekend! I am still reflecting on the 9 points Beth made on the word “Prepare”. My favorite point was #4: “He who PREPARED for us calls us to be PREPARED for Him.” I am needing to finish a specific work He has called me to, with the same passion I started with (2 Corinth. 8:11)! I needed this weekend, and am still reflecting on it!

Beth, What an amazing weekend with you, Travis and the whole worship team! Every time I watch the worship videa of Columbus, Ohio tear flow down my face. When the woman pulled her wig off, the house exploded with praise and worship and I’m sure not an eye was dry. It was priceless!!! I enjoyed meeting you behind stage. That truly was a blessing that I wasn’t expecting, but will treasurer it in my heart forever!

    God Bless you Always,
    Opal

I want to share how awesome our God is…I am the woman that took her “hair off” at the conference on Saturday. God was working on that event even before it began. I was unable to attend on Friday night as our church was having a meeting for pastorial visits..the do’s and don’t. I really wanted to attend the Beth Moore conference, but God had been encouraging me to possibly visit other cancer patients, and encourage them. At the meeting on Friday night everyone had to identify themselves and had to share something that no one knew about them. I knew some of the people, but many were new to our church, so I shared with them that I had a wig on…and took it off! You must understand that I never went anywhere without my wig, and I always fussed with my hair way too much. My husband was amazed by my action since I was always so self conscious about my lack of hair. Little did I know that God was having a dress rehearsal for me. When Beth started up the aisle where I was sitting I knew I was going to have to speak and I had no idea what I was going to say. I was arguing with the Holy Spirit…NO..NO..NO, and then I was told I would be sad if I was not going to be obedient. Then Beth stopped just a few rows below where I was sitting, and I thought..Yes..she is not coming any higher. At that point she began talking about the young lady’s beautiful hair..then I knew. I don’t remember exactly what I said except that I was praising God for my healing and thanking all my family and friends for praying for me. I giggle when I think of removing my wig in front of 8000+ women, but it was all for his glory. I am sharing this story with Beth, as well, as she was “walking in the spirit” and came right up the aisle she was suppose to. Nothing is impossible with Christ…and by the way I think God was truely enjoying His children that day in Columbus Ohio! Oh yes…Beth you have made a great difference in my life as my first bible study was with you..and I have been “hungry” ever since..Praise God!
