Oh, I lovelovelove Travis’s version of this song.

Couldn’t be with you in LR, but I DID go to Oklahoma City to the Women of Joy conference. We had a wonderful time….Sarah Palin spoke to us Friday and Kay Arthur was on Saturday, along with Michael W. Smith. Karen Kingsbury was Sunday. So good……oh, but I wish I could have been in Little Rock, too!

    HUGS!!!

      Redeemed,
I heard the Women’s Conference was good, I wish I could have gone to see all the conferences this year__for some reason they all fell on the same day. I ended up at Falls Creek again this year and we had a good time there too.
Did you know Robin Marsh (from channel 9) and Lauren Nelson (previous Miss America) have teamed up in ministry to help teen girls? They are writing a book together soon to come out in November. Exciting!

Amen and Amen and Amen! Every LPL that I have attended has been beyond words. This week-end will always be dear to my heart because I attended with my daughter because she is “getting it” now at her age, rather than when I “got it” in my 40’s. Blessings to you, Beth and Travis and your entire team!

Just watched the videos from Fresno and Little Rock and have been brought to tears! Seeing all of those women praising God just does me in. I am bringing my 22 year old daughter to the conference in Minneapolis in a few weeks. This will be her 1st time at a LPL event!! I so look forward to see how God speaks to both of us. Of course I am thrilled to spend some time with her as well!!

Looking forward to seeing you Beth, Travis and the praise team. May He show up is a HUGE way.

What a joy it was to be with you in Little Rock Beth. Thank you for letting the spirit move through you. One of our dear sisters that was supposed to be with our group at the conference was instead in Arkansas Childrens Hospital after finding out 4 days earlier that her son was eaten up with tumors. During the conference SHE was the one texting us about God’s magnificent power and sovereignty! We wept through the whole thing as we were reminded that she was fulfilling her own ministry of faith to us. She found out yesterday that her son’s cancer is almost 100% treatable and we are all praising HIS holy name for the works of HIS mighty hand! Thank you for sustaining us through the weekend with the truth! You rock!!

THANK YOU for this weekend in Little Rock. Travis – you continue to maintain the ability to take me faster to the throne in worship than any other worship leader. Thank you for your sincere heart that shines through.
Beth – thank you for sharing about the month of no contact being the Lord holding people back so that it would JUST be you and Him….I have had almost continual dark nights of the soul these past few months and that was confirmation that it is so that He will become my all in all. It has been my prayer for years, why am I surprised that He is answering it? :D….but as always, I leave your teaching/conference with an intense desire…not to be like you, but to continue to strive to have the intimate, honest relationship you have with God. Thank you for your transparency. It was awesome!!!

Mama Beth we had us an EVENT!! Thank you for taking us to the mountain top so we could see Jesus more clearly.
I’m almost mad at Jesus for telling you what I’ve been writing in my journal lately, but since you answered all of the secret questions in my heart I’ll just be happy.
So, so thankful to be running my race with all of you amazing Siestas!
And Beth, I promise from this day on to stay “face forward”. No more pulling back from me.

    Love & Thanks!

I am certain this is the wrong place to put this, but I do not know where else, so here goes… I am discipling a new sister in Christ, and she is moving to the Baltimore, Maryland area in a few weeks. Do any of you Siestas know of a good church around that area (that maybe has a Chinese ministry)? She is from China, though her English is good.

    Jacqueline M says:

Looks like so much fun!! I’m already trying to get some people together to go with me to the Baltimore conference in September. I’m from Lancaster, PA. Which is only an hour away. I’m so excited you’ll be in our area!! My mom and I are learning so much from you : )

God is faithful. I am humbled by the Godly wisdom and wonderful ministry the Lord is working through your service for Him. I was praying for all of you and clear weather.
Our church had a ladies brunch on April 9 and our guest speaker lived in Arkansas. She was an artist.
This week-end April 15-16, a few ladies from my church and I went to a ladies retreat in Davis, Oklahmoma. So, God was everywhere this week… do you smell the sweet aroma? Giving thanks to God for all things!
Truly, thankful for all of you…by the way PRAY, I am working on “When Godly People Do Ungodly Things” for our Bible study this summer. You know I think Satan would like this to fail, to not even take place__I know God is in this study and I am determined to do His will.

My play granddaughter was the beautiful ten year old young lady in the video who Beth knelt down and spoke to. We were in line at (I am ashamed to say) 2:30 to get good seats, but right before Beth came on the platform this precious girl said “I want to see Beth Moore” and boy did she. All my beautiful daughters-in-law were there along with two of my sister in laws and many friends. Worshipping God like that with 9000 other crazy for Jesus people was incredible. Our God is awesome and I am processing all that Beth spoke about.

What a fantastic weekend. Beth, as always, you spoke the exact words I needed to hear.

Thank you to Beth, Travis, and all of your team for coming to LR this weekend! Your message could not have come at a better time and there were times I knew you were speaking to me. I even had my friend tell me more than once, you know she’s talking to you don’t you! Thank you so much, you have helped me begin to pull myself back out of my pit. Here’s my recap post from my weekend http://www.flipflopmama.com/2011/04/amazing-weekend.html

    Thank you all so much!

What a blessing to be in Little Rock this past weekend!! Not only did each of us 25 ladies that traveled from Poplar Bluff, MO to LR, Arkansas come back filled and overflowing but we had an extra blessing to boot!! When we chartered a bus to take us to LR, we just assumed it would be a male driver. However, we got a female driver and enjoyed getting to know her on the 4 hr. drive. When asked if she would like to attend the event if there were tickets left, she said yes. Upon arrival, one of our ladies went to see if tickets were available and while waiting, a complete stranger walked up and offered her extra ticket from her pastor’s wife who could not attend and “wanted to bless someone else”! Our driver came but didn’t sit with us Fri. evening due to parking the bus, etc. When we told her she could come back Sat. morning, she wasn’t sure she would…..can you spell “c-o-n-v-i-c-t-i-o-n”? Tho we told her where we would be sitting, she never came in to sit with us. But then…when Beth gave the invitation, there came our bus driver down to the floor!! We were SO excited! Several of our ladies met her and prayed and cried with her. She talked to a volunteer and came back to tell us she had accepted Jesus as her Saviour!! Needless to say, that was “icing on our cake”! After getting us back safely to PB, she told us that she enjoyed meeting our ladies and getting to know us but the best thing that happened was “meeting Jesus”! If for no other reason, Beth was in LR to speak God’s word into Pamela Sue’s heart so she could meet Jesus! PTL!

This was my first LPL event, and I cannot even begin to say what an amazing weekend. I have never, EVER been a part of such a powerful praise and worship time….that alone was worth the ticket. But Mrs. Beth….there are just no words for you. You are equal parts entertaining and Spirit-led, and I am thanking and praising God that circumstances fell into place for me to be there this weekend. AMAZING, and I pray I’m able to attend another LPL event in the future!!

I have to share this funny in the event Beth might read: I went to the event with my beloved mom, who is about Beth’s age and who grew up in Little Rock. Our family also has an obsession with Mexican food, and when Beth started talking about her love for Mexican food originating in Little Rock, my crazy mother was screaming “CASA BONITA!!!” at the top of her lungs while fist pumping, even before Beth said it. Apparently it was good stuff, huh?

And on top of ALL that, I was completely surprised at the opportunity to get up close with Beth and have the siesta group picture taken. I was totally not expecting that!! What an incredible end to an already amazing weekend! Thank you, Beth, for that….I will cherish that picture. And thank you, Beth, for influencing me to love the Word, and to chase hard after Jesus.

I just want to say how incredibly blessed I was by this weekend. Travis and the praise team did an awsome job of preparing our hearts with praise, and Beth-you have such a heart for Jesus and the Word! Thank you for sharing your insight into the scriptures which the Lord led you to for the LR ladies. I feel I will never quite be the same.
May God continue to bless you and your ministry!

    Beth,
My friend and I drove from Texas to hear you but I grew up in Beebe, Arkansas, and attended one year at Ouachita before transferring to ASU. I am a pianist as well as a college instructor. I gave one of the ladies “in a yellow short” one of my CDs to give you, totally as a love gift. It is called Piano Prayers II and is soft music I have played during offertories. I thought you would enjoy it as background during your quiet time. I hope you received it.
Your conference was such a blessing.

Mama Beth! I was so pleased to see you this past weekend in Little Rock. My heart was so full when I left and I truly feel as if I will forever remember the day my heart turned towards my ministry.

Only sad thing – I couldn’t find where the Siestas were meeting! : (

I posted on Monday about my husband’s diagnosis of Prostate Cancer that we received. I am still here in St Louis helping my folks out, the Hospice nurse has been out in regards to my Mom.

Today at noon my beloved (Dave) is having a bone scan back home in Denton to make sure that the cancer hasn’t spread. PLEASE I am BEGGING everyone to pray for a clean scan. I have lost count the number of times I have had to rebuke satan and his attempts to instill fear in me.

I trust God to use this to glorify Him. I know He will but I would be a liar if I acted like this was no big deal!

    Thanks siestas!

Hey Puddin!!! WE had so much fun and I am so thankful that I was there “so that”…

You are AWESOME, Beth. The Praise team lead by Travis was amazing and from the moment that first note played, I was in tears as the spirit moved over me. Thank you so much for all you do in fulfilling your ministry. I pray that the Lord will continue to bless each and every one of you.

    Regina says:

Beth, I haven’t been to an event. Would love to though! The women’s ministry at my church has been going through The Patriarchs. I have always been intrigued by them, and I knew I would be in for it. I just didn’t know how much in for it. We have just finished Jacob’s fight with God. I cannot describe how important this passage is to me. A few years ago, I went through a very tough time–or should I say that very tough times culminated a few years ago–brought me to a desperate place. God led me through the life of Jacob, comparing me with Jacob and his struggles. I could so relate to him; we were so much alike. Uncanny! What a set up! God showed me things and taught me things that only He could know how to do. He reached the hidden places in my heart that not even I was allowed to know about.

I could relate to what you were saying in the DVD about being in survival mode and being deceptive and, in desperation, being willing to risk all to save your own life. Desperation is such a blessing! I haven’t had your exact experiences, but I know that place of desperation. And I know that victorious fight with God. And I know what it is to have my name changed. I am amazed at God’s hot pursuit–and perhaps even more amazed that He pursued me. And that He doesn’t stop.

The Patriarchs has shed such great light on YHWH, the Person. I find myself sitting after studying, wanting to speak and rendered speechless, in absolute awe of who He is.

Thank you for allowing YHWH to use you so powerfully. I pray, with all that is within me, that He will one day use my experiences to bless others as well.

My relationship with God is growing so much! I am 23 and was saved 11 years ago I thought I had a relationship with him but I didn’t. This past year God has became my best friend I have completely fell in love with my father in heaven! He is absolutely amazing! I used to think people had gon crazy saying these things. I want to shout it from the roof top how great God is and how excited I am to have this relationship with my father! Beth before I came to your conference my prayer was what’s next Lord what is my gift what are you going to use me for? And when I heard the title of the conference I about fell out of my chair. Why was I surprised I have no idea because that’s how God works! Thank you for the amazing weekend of worship and study! Also the inheritance study of yours was amazing. That study plays a huge I mean huge part in my relationship with the Lord now!

At the conference and at the hotel and in the car during prayer. Thank you so much!

Beth, Little Rock was awesome!! This is my second time to see you live & my third time to see Travis live. The first time I saw you in person was in Little Rock, back in September 2004. This time I took my best friend, who has heard of you, but has not done any of your studies or heard you speak. The Lord definitely spoke to me through your words. There were so many things that you said that I definitely needed to hear. I also believe that it got through to my best friend too. There are so many trials that are going on in her life, that are causing so many hurts, disappointments, etc, that she really needed this weekend. What she has been going through is causing her to build walls back up. God definitely used you to speak to both of us that weekend. Thank you for telling us how we can get our own library started. I think I am going to need this, so I will be able to share more of God’s word with my friend.

    God Bless you Beth!

    Beth,
My heart was so touched by you coming “home” to Arkansas. I prayed for you in such a personal way. I have no idea what happened in AR, but I sensed some of those memories were raw and painful.

That’s how I feel about my hometown. Back then, I was so lost and bound by sin and shame. Shoot, regret and remorse are two of the more pleasant feelings I have about my hometown if that’s any indication 😉 So, to imagine you back here, (or rather, back there wherever there may be) – REDEEMED – well, I was just compelled to pray!! So, for most of the precious weekend, I just PRAYED for you. I prayed for you in such a personal way. I hope your time in Arkansas was filled with healing and renewal. Because, your being here, somehow did those things for me. It was funny, it was like an unexpected wound. You know, the kind you might not even realize you have until you see it, then all of a sudden, ouch! Then my Daddy God showed up and reminded me that it wasn’t that bad, in fact, it was already healing…

    Praying for you still.
