When we traveled through Spokane, Washington in our motorhome on route to our “mission” in South Dakota this past July, I was moved to pray fervantly for the spiritual awakening and revival in that area and it’s churches. It was our first trip up that far north, and I felt I was on a missionary prayer assignment. Seeing the Spokane Living Proof Live was truly an answer to that prayer. The beautiful worshipping women at this event was truly an “Attetion Getter…” (oh, that precious cherub in the arms of her mother, with those words on her little bib!) How I pray that our most holy faith be transmitted to the next generation. God bless Beth and all the LPL staff and ministry team for the light they bring where ever the LORD sends them. “He answered their prayers because they trusted in Him.” 1 Chronicles 5:20b

      Pam,

How it touched me that you live in Buena Park, and you were moved to pray for Spokane, WA. I split my time between La Palma and Moses Lake, which is only an hour and a half from Spokane, and this last weekend I was able to go and hear Beth live for the first time. It was apparent that God wanted LPL there, and that people were praying for a long time to cover that event! Those shells you see in that picture each stood for a prayer that was said over this event, by women organized at a church in Spokane. Looks like God was doing something in the hearts of a vacationer like yourself and in the hearts of the locals at the same time! What a gift.

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the event videos with us. Watching them reminds me of the Living Proof Live event in Memphis, TN in October of 2009. God spoke to my heart during that event and changed my life and the way I serve in ministry.

    Take care and thanks again!

Please convey to Rich what an inspiration his recap is to us.
I know this amazing group of women were touched by our Lord as Beth and Travis funneled his holy love to them. You bless us in our daily walk.

    Margie by the Sea says:

Thank you, Rich, as always, for a beautiful photo journey that makes us all feel we were there in Spirit, if not in body.
Just one question, Beth: What’s in the jar?

    • 4.1
      Beth says:

Hi Margie! Each of the shells were symbols of one hour of prayer. The prayer team put in 8000 hours of prayer toward the event! They stopped at 7000 in the jar. Isn’t that cool? It was a way of demonstrating the bowls of incense before the Throne.

Thank you for the visual of how the Spirit of God moved throughout that arena as I knelt at His feet. Aw, such sweetness in His omnipresence, so wondrous is the great love of Christ for each of His own.

My mom and I just attended this LPL event and I just have to tell you that the WORD was definitely “Spokane” here. We had such a wonderful time and we both came away with some things that we desperately needed to hear. You know God is working when you get home and your darling husband wants to start fighting with you over what you learned at the event. But I know that God is for me and with me! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks to all who work so hard to bring these events to the Pacific Northwest. Your efforts are not wasted here! God bless you all!

What a blessing and a dear time of fellowship. Thank you again!

Oh, my goodness. It was so awesome! I didn’t ever want to leave, but I had to! By the way Beth you were speaking to me when you said, “Some of you are supposed to be teaching.” I’ve known that for two years and have tried to see if maybe God could give me a different gift instead. That one’s just a little too scary. But I had the same thing happen to me that happened to you. A woman who’s known me for a very long time told me that was my gift and she was like “duh, it’s pretty obvious to most of us what your spiritual gift is. You’re a teacher.” And when she told me I knew it was true cause I’d had many other try to hint at me about that one before, but I’m a little slow. Like the time I was with my friend, Lori and I heard some women talking about a particular scripture and listening to them talk I could tell they were overlooking what I considered to be a very important part of that segment of scripture and finally I couldn’t stand it. They weren’t strangeers, they were friends of ours also, just having a separate conversation and I moved over towards them and when I found a good spot to jump in, I said, “I’m sorry. I don’t mean to interrupt, but I thought I’d point something out,” and I proceeded to explain to them what I had seen in that scripture when I’d studied it in the past and they were like, “Oh. I never noticed that before, but you’re right. That’s pretty cool.” When I came back over to my other group of friends I said, “Oh, why do I do that all the time. I should just shut up.” And right then Lori walked up just behind my shoulder and leaned in and whispered in my ear, “Quit fighting it!” I think I was driving her crazy at that point, cause I just didn’t get it! Finally, KO just spelled it out for me. Anyway, how’s this for a start: http://www.spaparazzo.blogspot.com/

Praise God! We were there, What a wonderful weekend, Beth brought us a word from God, just for us, We Are ONE in body, ONE in Spirit, ONE in Hope, ONE Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all. We brought a group of about 25 ladies from Kalispell, Montana, It was so worth the Trip. Thank you

    Marie says:

I was there this weekend, and the message of being ONE really spoke to me. Much to my surprise, the Lord unearthed a lot of bitterness and judgment toward some people in my life who belong to certain denominations with which I don’t agree. It was a real eye-opener. Thanks for sharing this message, Beth!

P.S. – I missed the Siesta group photo! Boo!

    Dear Beth,
I was right there at the Spokane event and thank you and the team so very much! I so appreciate all the hard work and sacrifice you all put in to bring glory to the ONE true God and Father of us all, besides being so much fun. 🙂 I am using Ephesian 4:4-6 as my “pre-scripture memory verse.” It was a wonderful time.

P.S. The little bistro that you ate at was just blocks away from our first apartment after we were married, almost 35 years ago (all glory to God)! 🙂

    Love, karen:)

    Gina says:

I am so overwhelming how the photographer captures the hearts and souls of the women at these conferences. The awe, wonder, amazement, pure joy and even the questioning God…”Really, You are there for me?”

I actually watched this video without the sound. [My students are silently reading for about 15 minutes – Ah…sweet silence! ;)]

The pics of the sea of faces reminded me of an understanding that the Lord gave me many years ago about worship. I was personally struggling with the pressure/expectation to clap, stand up, or raise my hands under the direction of the worship leader. I struggled with feeling like a puppet instead of experiencing true worship.

The Lord God carried me to this place in my imagination:

A large group of people were gathered at an ampitheater. The announcer presented Jesus Christ to the crowd…then Jesus Himself walked out on the stage. Everyone responded differently to His Presence. Some wept, some fell to their knees, some could not even look at him…their faces were on the ground, and some just stood looking at Him in silent awe. Others were wildly clapping their hands with exuburant joy. Children were dancing around in circles. Men stood with tears pouring down their leathered faces. There was pure, responsive worship. It was the most beautiful imagination I have ever seen.

Seeing these conference pics of the sea of faces…I guess I got a glimpse of what He may see. A group, the bride of Christ, loving His presence together yet…zooming in on each individual person. Each with their own heart completely opened to Him. Each with their own trials and victories. He sees it all in a moment.

He loves…Oh! What a wonder He is!

      Meghan Dawson says:

I love this! I was admonished by a fellow church member for standing with my arms around my waist during worship. I was told I could not “truely” worship in that stance. How wrong they were. I do that when I need Him extra close. It feels like a hug, and I worship knowing that His arms are around me. Praising Jesus all the while for spilling the blood that makes it possible for me to boldly seek my God!!!! Thank you Siesta for the beautiful picture you have painted. God Bless

Watching the video reminded me of our wonderful worship and time apart with God in Lexington, KY in August. Thank you Beth and LPL team. The Holy Spirit moves us when we unite to praise and worship Him. To see the women of this great country raising their hands to the Almighty Father gives me great joy in knowing that God is alive and working in us. Thanks for the video.

Oh Mama Beth, what a blessing it was to have you here this weekend. Thank you for sharing your spiritual gifts with us. God really spoke to me about having some makrothumia (sorry I am a bad speller) with my daughter. He has been hitting me over the head with it lately and this was the icing on the cake. My three-year-old is one of those strong-willed children, and I know I am not as patient with her as I should be. But that is going to change. I am working on it. My mom and I enjoyed our time with you all SO much this weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

P.S. Travis and the praise team were amazing. I got chills several times and tears came to my eyes…and I am not a cryer! Beautiful. What a wonderful experience it was to worship with you all. Love you!

Thank you Beth, Travis and company for coming way up here to us in the NW! The worship was especially good and the powerpoint presentation that accompanied the worship had quite an impact! Our God is all that and more. . .
By the time I had left for home nearby, I cherished the fact that God, indeed, had “spokane” to me!
May His Name be praised and may He renew and refresh Beth!

Great job Beth and team!!! I am so very grateful!!

PS Is there any way to get a copy of the charge that we spoke over each other at the end of the weekend? I would love to get a copy if there is. Thanks!

Beth, I cried from the time worship started Saturday morning until about 5 that evening in a fetal position on my bed in my wonderful husband’s arms. I feel like I’ve spent years apologizing for my gift and trying to find other things to do instead. I know I’m supposed to be teaching, but there just isn’t a place for that at my church. My husband and I are praying intently about what that means for us. Your message was exactly what I needed to hear. Exactly. God is so good like that.

I know you don’t remember all the faces you saw, but it was a privilege to give you a hug back stage. It was only a whisper of gratitude for what you’ve poured into my life over the last twelve years without even knowing me.

    Thank you so much!

That was one of the most precious things I’ve ever seen – all of those beautiful women so thirsty for the spirit. I am covered in tears. I’m so inspired by so many women who love and worship our Holy Lord. And Travis – oh my word, the perfect voice.

  31. 31

This LPL was good to see in recap, I definitely prayed for this one…my friend in Idaho almost got to go, but I think it didn’t get to work out…it got me thinking about the event. So I prayed; hope it was altering for everyone there, and the Lord’s presence felt:) Looks like it from the video:)

    Beth and team,

Thank you for coming to Spokane. I was there the last time you came but this time I had such an amazing time attending with my three best friends. You were able to speak very clear and needed (and different!) messages to all three of us. I was in real need of some solid teaching and your brought it. Thank you.

    Thank you!

You were my first bible teacher, and you are still the one who makes me want to run out and buy bible commentaries and spend my days deep in the word. Thank you for being obedient to your calling and for sharing your time and gifts with the body.

You inspire me to do the same.

Hello! I enjoyed seeing you at the Arena in Spokane this past weekend! When you opened up Ephesians – I was in total awe of God. I had been pouring over that book and Philippians for the past 2 months. I have been going thru some difficult situations with sisters-in-Christ. I have been seeking the Lord’s guidance and healing thru scripture and prayer. AND He has been so faithful! Beth, the story behind all of this is nothing short of amazing! God worked to bring all parties involved together to the Arena to hear this message. I am prayerful that healing will begin in all the hearts involved. He has blessed me with healing and a new lesson in discernment (Godincidently, we just finished Faithful, Abundant & True, and have moved onto Priscilla’s study Discerning God’s Voice, while we wait to start the David study in January). Anyway – all this to say – thank you for being the “real deal” and for allowing our Father to use you for His amazing glory! And I am sorry – I STILL can’t stop laughing at “the Lord has Spokane” – That is just plain FUNNY stuff there!

Thank you again Miss Beth. Hope you will come back to Spokane again soon. Until then – we will be seeing you on DVD…

    Beth and Team,
Thank you so much for the vimeo recaps. They always fill me with such a strong sense of the holy spirit. It just comes through with such power! I so want to attend LPL. When you are planning your events will you PLEASE consider coming back to Charleston WV . I had planned to go when you were here several years ago but ended up in hospital with gall blader surgery! May God continue to bless you and strengthen you all.

    Beth and Team:

I am hoping you will be able to do this for me…..if not….just know I have not come down off my cloud since leaving the Spokane Arena. My request is that you would be able to send me the vows that we repeated at the end of the conference that were led by Beth. If perhaps you could even lead to a spot where I can find them would be awesome also. They were so absolutely beautiful and I was so in the moment, that I am now unable to remember the words that were spoken. I would LOVE to have those words tucked away with me forever and bring them out when I become vulnerable. Bless you for what you do.

I was so blessed to attend the recent conference in Spokane.

What is the title of the song Travis Cottrell is singing on this video? I love the words, and I tried to google them but I come up with no exact matches. What I get from the video clip is this much … “Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord. Nothing that the world can offer will ever match the beauty of your name. I worship, I worship You.”
Can you let me know where I can find this song?
    Thanks:)

I enjoyed myself immensely in Spokane. Who knew that letting go really does take so much effort. I didn’t want to be in that city because of past hurts and I fought such a battle to overcome the terror of the memories. But to be in the midst of 5,000 jubilant voices, to earnestly cry out praise to MY GOD and father of all, it moved me to healing and washed me fresh. I would also very much like to have the vows. I came with an even number of woman and we were still able to turn to the women around us we never met and share these words to ONE another. It was a blessing. God spoke to me and my heart was open. Moving on I have asked him to empty me to pour me out so that I may be filled with Him. God is amazing and I will rejoice in HIM.
