LPL Spokane, Washington Ticket Giveaway!

Good morning, delightful Siestas! We are revving up around here for our trip to the Great Northwest! We are so excited to see who God is going to gather and hear what He wants to say. Please, please, please pray for me to hear His voice speak through Scripture in preparation. I’m really jazzed about what I think I’m getting from Him so far but I’m also at that crisis point where it needs to all come together. Some information now has to get culled and what’s left has to take the form of an outline and fall into three messages with comprehensive points. That’s a Jesus job.

You will never waste a prayer on me or on Travis and the team or on the LifeWay event staff. We’re never more aware of our poverty of spirit that when we’re in that 24 hour countdown. We practically never have that “up to it” feeling.

Are any of you heading that direction for our Living Proof Live tomorrow and Saturday? I just found out from Michelle that we already have a whopping 5000+ ticketed for this God-event so far. My jaw is down on the floor. I’m hoping to see some of our wonderful Siestas there because I remember so well when we did the blog survey several years ago and were ecstatic to discover many of you from Washington State. We were so shocked we even did a shout out. Too expensive to come? Could any of you attend if you just had a comp ticket?? Yahoo, Siesta Scholarship Fund! That’s what it’s for! Call Living Proof Ministries at 1-888-700-1999 during work hours today or tomorrow and talk to either Kimberly or Susan. Remember, our time zone is two hours later than yours. We’ll fix up the first 15 or so of you who call.

You are all dear to me!

Wow! Over 5,000 sisters (and maybe a brother or two :)) in Christ in one place at the same time. I love it. Gives me goosebumps thinking about it. I’m working on the Revelation study right now. The thought of this event makes me picture God on his throne surrounded by the elders and 4 creatures praising him and the overwhelming aroma of the incense from all the prayers and thanksgiving from these sisters. Glorious. I pray you are so filled with the Holy Spirit that every word from your lips is a word from God and that every sister who is to hear your message be there on that day.

Thank you for your faithfulness Beth.

We will be at the Spokane event! And here is what I love… My 16 year old daughter and her two best friends were the ones who got this all rolling! So we are having a mother-daughter weekend and drove 5 hours across the State to be here! Our high school girls are doing your Esther study. We all can’t wait to hear what God has for you to share with us! I love that I can share this weekend with my daughter, her best friends, and their mamas! (and we’ll plan on being at your Tacoma event in March… That is just 20 minutes from home!).

Oh Dear Siesta Momma! By the Spirit of the Lord, Amen! And thanks be to Jesus for you and all the teams servanthood! Blessing aplenty!

We are but jars of clay and graciously used by our Maker to add to His kingdom and to bring Him glory!

Our group was 8, but is now 2. We have high expectations of our great Father alone. Our joy is in being able to watch Him at work all around us tonight and tomorrow! Bring it on Father God, as only You can!

Well, let’s shine for Jesus…We will fix our hair maybe with curls, because I like to curl up in bed and read the Bible. We will be sure to take a bubble bath, because we am bubbled up with the “Joy” of the Lord. We will put on finger nail polish, Jesus is going to “polish” us up inside and let us shine for Him, as we fold our hands in prayer. We will put on our best clothes, so we can look our best for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords_He clothes us with His righteousness. We will put on our high-heels, just to remind us His ways are Higher than our own. We will take our purse, so we can remember to give to the Lord. We can wear our cross-necklace, which reminds Christ died for our sins on the cross. We can wear our heart pin to remind us Jesus belongs in our heart.
All dressed up and where shall we go…Living Proof Live!

    His love can change you
    His mercy has created you
    His greatness will amaze you
    His glory will transform you
    His holiness will santify you
    His grace will redeem you
    His wisdom will teach you
    His knowledge understands you
    His worship heals you
    Christ makes all the difference
And your life will never be the same.
    Our Lord and Our God
    His resurrection will touch you!

    Beth,
My husband was just diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Who knew so many months ago when our bible study group saw you were coming to little old Spokane and we purchased our tickets how this weekend would be so important for me to be so strongly in God’s word. Happy to see you tonight.
    Sincerely,
BSS (Bible Study Sister) that’s what we call each other in our Bible study group.

Dear Karen…..please take strength and hope from the fact that I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma for the first time 20 years ago. The prognosis wasn’t great, but God is. Don’t listen to statistics, listen to our glorious, merciful Father.

Much love going out your way.

I too was in your husband’s shoes last year. I know exactly how your world was rocked. I chose to believe that God would give me the best possible situation and would continue to use me for his purpose. Although I’m doing fine today, I notice everyone’s skin and have no problem telling people to get something looked at by a dr, even strangers. That’s pretty crazy, since I am a very shy person. Just another part of my ministry, I guess. I’m praying for you that God will take your fear and give you healing.

I have been participating in Beth Moore Bible studies for about 11 years and I’ve never been to a conference or seen her speak in person. I am EXCITED to say….I will be attending the Women’s Leadership forum in Ridgecrest, NC on November 9th and I’m just beside myself with anticipation to see what the Lord has planned for me those three days!

    Melanie Reierson says:

    Beth Moore,

I don’t know how to get this message to you, so I’ll leave it here and hope for the best. I was at your conference in Spokane tonight, and I want you to know that You have blessed many here as you let God speak through you. Thank you for coming. I thought I’d write to let you know of a local coffee shop that you might wish to try before you leave town, if you’d like. It’s called Coffee Social.
Having participated in several of your profound and delightful studies,I feel as if I know you; I’d invite you to join me for coffee if I did. You have blessed my life in so many ways through your studies, and revolutionized my own time with the Lord. May God bless you even more than all the blessings you’ve given others!

    With Love and respect,
    Melanie Reierson

I’m 15 years old…And I had your book, So Long Insecurity, suggested to me by a friend. I just finished it earlier, and it was truly the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I’ve been through a lot of family problems in the last couple of years, more than most kids my age could ever imagine. Insecurity was my big go-to for anger management, always thinking I deserved the bashing from my family, friends, and society. It’s definitely a lot harder out there with the explotation of ‘the perfect girl’. Your book and God’s love has helped me to remember to trust in Him, knowing I am unique and that everything He puts me through is for a reason. I no longer fall victim to the harsh words of people who don’t know the real me, or the miracle He’s performed in me. I just wanted to thank you by sharing my story.

Thank you for all you brought in the Word and praise and worship this weekend in Spokane. I cannot tell you how much being there lifted my spirit, and filled me with the sweet love of Jesus. You and the team were amazing! Thank you so much for coming so far, giving so much of yourselves, and not growing weary in doing good. May you all be blessed and strengthened by the Lord!

    Karen says:

This was my first time ever at a LPM event. I attended with my sister, my neice and my daughter, who lives in Spokane. I took copious notes. What a message! So much to mull over. The message about the dry bones scattered really was such vivid imagery of the falling away of the church. Thank you for emphasizing how necessary it is to belong to a local body of believers for the building up of our faith. I was an at-risk child growing up until the good people at a local Baptist church stepped into my life and loved me to Jesus.

    Sacha says:

    Beth,
What an incredible event this weekend! While recently doing Believing God for the 3rd time (slow learner, I know) God challenged me to believe God & write for him. Being a “math whiz” & basically flunking English, I have been in rebellion, refusing to trust him that he will empower me to do His work. Today, God “Spokaned” to me so vividly through your message. God has called me, but it’s going to be work. I am ready to obey.

Thank you so much. I am still tearing up at how much you showed us that you really do treasure your Siestas.

    Love,
    Sacha

I was one of the 15 tickets! I live an hour and a half away and I knew the Lord had a word for me at this event, and I don’t even have money for rent but a dear friend gave me the money to cover the cost of gas to drive to Spokane and back both days, and because I was a single person, I was able to grab a seat right up toward the front, and made precious friends that were a delight! I had never heard you speak before, but many of my friends have. This was such a gift. Your Siesta Scholarship fund is a blessing that you guys there at Living Proof don’t even grasp the dept of importance of. The fact that I was able to go to your event changed my life that in turn will have a ripple effect on so many other lives. Please never stop doing that. It is such a profound blessing. Thank you. Never underestimate the transformation and impact that a few scholarship tickets can create! Thank you. It will never be forgotten. The scholarship ticket or the words you spoke over us.

We NEED pictures of those sweet, precious children. It has been a long time since we have seen them….feel like I am having withdrawals!!

We have not seen Melissa in a while either…we hear from her from time to time, but it has been a while since we have seen her (and Colin)…in pictures!!

    Withdrawals….hard to handle!

Wish I could have been at a conference anywhere!!! I bought tickets 2 years ago and couldn’t attend in Minneapolis as I just had knee replacement and wasn’t up to the overnight stay and all the walking/standing/sitting! I will continue to pray for all the women who get to go and know that someday I will get another chance! Blessings!

Wow! Just got back from an incredible weekend w/ Beth and her crew. What an awesome time! Spokane’s conference was great! Where can I get a DVD of the event? Too much to digest all at once. I need to see and hear it again.
Thanks so much for coming to Spokane to share the Lord w/ us! Hope to see you all here again soon.

Hi Beth, I want to thank you for boldly speaking the truth of God’s Word to us this weekend at LPL in Spokane! (Even when it isn’t always easy.) God has “Spok ane” thru Ephesians 4 and it was no mistake that He gave you that specific scripture to teach. We had just studied that chapter a couple of weeks ago in Sunday Bible class at Crossover Church. We needed to hear it again! Also, I just about fell off my chair on Saturday morning when you had us turn to Ezekiel 37:1-4. I immediately knew it was the passage of scripture that talked about the dry bones because my Pastor, Terry Little (Kelleen Little’s husband) taught it this summer. It made such an impact on me and I have been praying this scripture to the Lord for a certain situation and God showed me again this weekend how I need to keep praying it back to him. I love how God confirms like that to me when I sit ready to listen and anticipate Him speaking to me. Also, Travis and the worship team totally made praising our Lord a time to remember with 5000+ voices singing strong! ;0)

    Beth,

My husband Tony and I attended your Spokane Conference and God just blessed my socks off 🙂 (We were the couple sitting in the front row Saturday right next to that sweet little 12 year old girl you called up to you). The message He spoke through you met me exactly where I am at today in my journey with Jesus. Due to my childhood abuse I have struggled all my life feeling so flawed and not one with the body of Christ but I can say now dear Siesta that I am ONE with the body of Christ!!! Blessings to you!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for a life changing weekend! I went to Spokane this weekend and was in awe of what God is doing in the lives of women. I was deeply convicted and completly encouraged. Thank you for sharing your life with women everywhere. Last year at this time I went through the Breaking Free study at my church and God changed my life, saved my marriage and brought me out of the deepest pit I had ever been in. The first DVD of the series I watched and listened to you and was like, “WOW”, that woman has something I so desperatly want.(at the time I wasn’t sure why I felt that way and wasn’t sure if that it was a good thing) Then I found out what it was that I saw in you and this weekend when I heard you say that same thing about your Bible study teacher, It hit me. I can have that same thing too. Thank you! I have recommitted to God an hour a day of time in His Word. Thank you for allowing God to use you. He is changing lives through your ministry and I am one of them.
Many Blessings to you and everyone on your team!

This last weekend was fantastic! It was such a time of spiritual refreshment and fellowship with my mom, sister and sister-in-law (sister from another mister). Your teaching is a blessing to me. “Believing God” was life-altering and helped me through my mother’s 4th cancer diagnosis.

Your whole team is wonderful and I appreciate all the efforts to minister to women! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I have to say…my first “live” Beth Moore conference was a WOW WEEKEND for me!! I was blessed beyond blessed! I have done 5 of your studies and am about to do David and I can hardly wait to get started!! Your studies have ministered to my life in so many ways…Thank you for all the time & prayer you put into them! Also I’m reading So Long Insecurity…I have to say I have cried, laughed, shut the book to avoid it yet to reopen it & realize I need to find the root! I’m getting there 🙂
There was a song Travis sang in Spokane and I can’t find it anywhere. The only part I’m remembering is If God is for us who can stand against us (Romans) I have searched but can’t find the song.
May God Bless you, your family and your team….your in my prayers.
