LPL Simulcast – Green Bay, WI

This will be our last post about the simulcast; we certainly don’t want to drive off everyone who wasn’t there! I do have good news though. We’ve decided to offer the videos from last weekend as digital downloads! After the messages have gone through the whole production process, “The Heart of Our Desires” will be available in our online store. I don’t know how long it will take, but I will let you know as soon as the videos are available.

Living Proof Live – Simulcast – Green Bay WI from Rich Kalonick on Vimeo.

Thanks, Rich, for another great recap video!

I for one (and I am sure I am not the only one) am not tired of hearing about the simulacast or other piece of this ministry. Maybe it's because of where I live too, but it is so exciting and rejuvinating to read and see God working in people's lives and hearts and for people to just be excited and excited about God's Word. That is what keeps me coming to this blog, not for entertainment, even though it is quite entertaining some of the time; but I am so so so blessed by all you all do.

    Love in Christ,

YAY! I'm still trying to process all God spoke to me this past weekend and I know many of the women who attended here in Chehalis are doing the same. It will be great to have this resource.

It always amazes me how God can speak directly and intimately through one person with one message to so many different people wrestling with different situations. We serve a BIG, MIGHTY, AWESOME God!

You have made my heart so glad!!!! I had looked forward to this simulcast for so long, but was unable to attend because the local host churches did not offer childcare. I was devastated. It was my birthday weekend and I desperately wanted to see my Mama Siesta and hear what God had to say to me through her. Thanks for offering this as a digital download–oh the joy in my soul!!!

    Beth,
In coming off of the simulcast weekend one scripture comes to my mind over and over again:
1 Corin.1:4 – I always thank God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus.
For in him you have been enriched in every way-in all your speaking and in all your knowledge

You have been given such a gift to communicate His Word. Your obedience to Him is incredible and such a testimony to those of us who struggle daily. Thank you for saying "yes" to our Lord and allowing Him to bless thousands of women (and men) in the process.
I do thank God for you!
Thank you for making this available!

    Blessings to you!

What a blessing it is to read this post! I have a letter on its way to LPM and your mom as we speak. I wanted her to pray for me concerning my heavy heart. I made it to the Friday night session and could not on Saturday. I have had guilty, anger, sadness over it. I feel I let God down and missed what He wanted to speak to me on Saturday. I have been praying that the Simulcast would make it to DVD/CD soon so I could get it. I will be waiting on pins and needles. Friday night was truly one of the best nights of my life. I have never feel the Holy Spirit in me like I did then. Thanks for making it available.

Beth you spoke straight into my heart on Saturday morning. So strongly that I simply stopped taking notes and stared at you. Whole sections of that morning are a fog for me. So I REALLY need this DVD. I'll be able to go over and over it till the message really sinks in.

I am SO glad! I just moved to another city and fought my fear of doing things alone (all of my friends are now an hour away) and went to the simulcast ALL BY MYSELF for the first time EVER! I know women do it all the time but I am so co-dependant this was a HUGE step for me! Anyway, because of some scheduling issues I was only able to go to the Friday night portion and had to miss Saturday. I was literally in tears Friday because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish the studay and I just KNEW that God had a word for me! I've been praying about finding a way to see the end and, well, here you go! Thanks so much for answered prayers!

Just wanted to let you know….I watched the Simulcast in Lancaster, SC. I cried my eyeballs out as we studied about twisting, jumping around on one foot, and waiting for our heart's desires. Little did I know that that fulfillment would come this week. I'm pregnant. With my second child. The first one took an terribly long year to happen. This one, well, maybe just one encounter. God made me laugh out in DELIGHT. God is so good, and I am so thankful.

Thank you to the entire Living Proof team for all the work that I know you put into the simulcast event! I was at the host site in Green Bay, and my life is changed! I'm so excited that the videos of the lessons will be available!!!

Just wanted to tell you, Beth, about some people I met while there. I came alone, which I was bummed about at first, but am so thankful for now. On Friday night, I found myself sitting next to a church group from the UP of Michigan, and they had brought 6 or 7 guys with them! I sat next to one man from the group, who was attending with his wife. He told me that they are catholic, but came by invitation of friends from the church. He had done your Daniel study and said his eyes were opened! He was so very excited to be there. He and his wife kept saying things like, "i've never heard anyone say that before!" and "this music is completely focused on God! this is great!" 🙂
On Saturday I found myself sitting next to a woman from Green Bay who kindly took my hands at the end, even though I was a complete stranger, to give the comission. Though we never met before, we connected as only sisters in Christ can.
My heart is completely overflowing from all that God did this past weekend! It's like drinking from a fire-hydrant! 🙂 The Lord used you, Beth! I am still searching my heart to find out what the heart of my desires is, and learning to look at my own JAW! Thank you! thank you!

I was so glad and thankful to be there, in Green Bay, for the simulcast! First time I have ever been to Lifeway Event. Thank you for posting the video, it was awesome to be reminded of what we talked about and the things we prayed for, and…the worship…!
Beth, thank you for leading us in what God had for us that weekend! It was wonderful to be in the same room with so many women, praising God, laughing, (CRYING!) and soaking in so many reminders of how God loves us! I really needed that!
(Beth, we all love you a ton! It was so hard to finally be in the same room with my never~met~yet, best friend! It was seriously hard not to run onto that stage and attack you with a big'ol hug!! Seriously. I had to keep reminding myself (and I think it made my Mom a little nervous, too! :0)
God spoke so many things to my heart that weekend and it didn't stop there, He continued to be so sweet even on Sunday, too! I wish I could tell you all in lengthy detail, but God was so sweet. He really made it a time to soak in Him!
Thanks to all who helped make the simulcast possible. We will keep praying for you all!

I am recovering (5 wks post op) from what was scheduled to be a routine hysterectomy & two weeks before my surgery, the Dr said I needed to have a tummy tuck too. I prayed about it and God said "do it", so I obeyed, not really wanting to. They found a five pound mass growing all in my abdominal wall and had to cut it out of muscle and tissue and then piece my insides back together and the plastic surgeon I had scheduled for the tummy tuck, was the only one that could have done the job… with that said… my 2nd husband and I had been praying for a baby for five years now… with no answer.. so the hysterectomy was very difficult and alot of unanswered questions "why, God why?" if you truly give us the desires of our hearts? Well, when I found out the broadcast was coming, you could not have beat me off from going and I went with alot of expectation in my heart. I realized after the first night of sitting and listening to the Lord speak through Beth that I was angry with God for all the wrong reasons and I had to ask for forgiveness, understanding that his "no's" give way to bigger and better "yes's"
This has transformed my heart and my life. I want to personally thank you, Beth Moore, for obeying the voice of the Lord and the calling on your life. I have completed five of your studies, doing one for the second time now and starting Esther next week. thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tiffany Lollar, Zachary, Louisiana

Last weekend was great. I can't get "the desires of my heart" phrase out of my head. You talked about memorizing scripture and starting with one for each letter, then you gave us some examples. What are the chances you could post those examples and more for us? I would love to take on that challenge but don't know what verses to pick.
Thanks so much for all you in women's ministry!!!!

I was very fortunate to be able to go to the LPL Simulcast in Green Bay. I have been a part of your John the Beloved Bible study and the Esther Bible study. Going to Green Bay and seeing you live was the sweet icing on that big Texas Sheet cake.
Thank you Beth for being one of God's messengers. Your studies have changed my life. You have given me hope when hope felt so far away. Now I know that hope, love and a future are all around me. Through God, all of the desires of the heart are just a prayer away. Thank you, Beth. I thank the Lord our God so much for having you in my life, my Bible study leader and all of my siestas in God. Hallelujah!

I can't wait to participate in your next Bible study!

I attended the simulcast in Brunswick, GA with my mom and sister. WOW! Never has having my jaw knocked out of joint felt so good! JAW was such a powerful visual relating to many life eras for me. Respecting the shark in JAWS, the big screen left no doubt this force could swallow you whole or rip you to shreds. JAW breakers provided prolonged sweetness to unconsciously contemplate whys and why nots. All three of my children had braces. It took head gear, roof expanders, rubber bands and many meals of mashed potatoes to shape those toothpaste commercial smiles. My permanent teeth once subject to decay are now weakening their stand due to receding gums. My husband alerts me to the jutting of my jaw in a "Pekinese Pout" when things aren't going as I planned. At night a bite guard is required to ease the jaw tension of grinding teeth. My Jealousy has been of those who had the strength to resist the temptations I adopted and practiced to perfection. My Anger has been directed at myself as I long for a "do over". My greatest Worry is how my stance influences my children. Despite the fact I've never had any wisdom teeth the truth remains God was, is and will be in control. In spite of me, God extends His grace. That is incredible news… As we say in the south…jaw on that for a while. Bless you and yours! 🙂

Yes, please let us know when the videos become available! I'm so excited. My spiritual mentor (and second mom) and I are going to plan an evening together. She didn't get to go, but I did, and I want to see it again and she's excited to watch for the first time! The message was so powerful for me, and just right on time with other things the Lord has been speaking to me. It refreshed my heart in such a powerful, powerful way.

I wanted to mention that even a sidenote comment you made really touched me, Beth. I'm not sure it – in fact, I'm pretty sure this was not something you had planned to share, but you were speaking about someone making a comment that humbled you. Fair or not – you took the opportunity to THANK the Lord for the reminder of humility. That moved me. I desire a heart of humility in my daily walk, but I'm not sure I've thanked him – at least not lately – for times when I've been humbled. That stirred in my heart, and I feel so encouraged by your example there. Just also wanted to say thank you for letting the Holy Spirit allow you to move and say things as He wishes. I think that was one of those times and it blessed me tremendously!!!
