How bittersweet. I so thought I was going to get to go to Pittsburgh for this event – but things didn't work out. What a blessing to those who were there and to watch knowing that God poured out His Spirit upon the whole thing. Blessings Beth and crew – sweet blessings to you.

I am new to your web site but not new to your work in the name of Jesus Christ. Tonight I am struggling with loneliness, seems as if I have very few female friends, especially since my mom died. The video gave me comfort as I watched all the beautiful faith-filled faces of women far away. Thank you so much.

Beth … I'm so amazed at what the Lord is doing through you. How you keep it all straight in your mind is mind-boggling to me. You definitely keep the Holy Spirit on His precious toes!! Or maybe the Holy Spirit keeps you on your precious toes! Either way … it exhausts me to think about your schedule … I'm so proud of you and thankful for you! Thanks for being a work of the Lord … an amazing, beautiful work.

Thanks so much for the recap.
I loved being in Pittsburgh with my Mom(on her birthday 6/12,I even noticed us from the back in the recap) and my Aunts and cousins wife…we had an awesome time as we, out of towners, reunited with family in town, and worshiping with you all was great. Funny story, I sent a youtube of Mary Mary "take may shackles off my feet so I can dance….praise him" to my family, and said I bet we'll hear this song this weekend. Friday, I had a fun B.day card for my mom with me, it was a photo of older women dancing on the beach in their bathing suits(pic from the 50's or 60's) I wrote the words to that song inside. When Travis ended the evening with that song. I gave my mom the card and said "you must open it now!" Gods timing was fun!
Thank you for all you do, our prayers are with you,
    ~Sandy

    Dear Amanda:

I want to thank you for sharing this video. I was at Pittsburgh, and I am on the video. I was so blessed because your mom came up to me in the arena of over 6000. I have traveled through the pages and stories of the old testament and have renewed my hope and faith in the Lord Jesus in the new testament with your mom leading the way.
I know that God is my pilot–and Beth makes an excellent co-pilot.
I know that God spoke to me loud and clear this past weekend.
I have to also give 5 stars to Travis's new cd. It is excellent.
What a weekend. I am still on a heaven high.

    I am Believing God!

I didn't see that your question was addressed yet so I figured I would help you out.
Point number 7: The point of every perfect storm is to see the work of God through us unhindered.
His work is amazing isn't it?

Dear Beth and Travis – Thank you so much for coming to the "Burgh" we so enjoyed our time in the Word and worshipping with you all. We had 35 from our church attending – one lady in particular couldn't come due to illness with her father – but she invited someone who spent some time with Beth during the counseling time – Thank you!!! Thank you also for the lessons you were teaching us that we can all use to minister to others when they (or we)go through "perfect storms" in their lives. A retired missionary to VietNam in our church lost their 17 year old grandson Friday night of the conference – and through it all – we pray they can see that though the snake bites – they won't get the poison! We are glorifying the LORD – for "His incomparably great power" which was present this past week-end.

I was blessed to be able to attend the Pittsburgh Event. What a great beautiful experience. Thank you for the awesome worship/personal prayer time – even in a room with 6000 others – Fantastic message … coming out of a storm in my own life really help refresh me. Come back to Pittsburgh!!! We will invite more friends to come…We'll fill all the seats next time.

    Lori says:

Better late than never, I also was at this event with 15 gals from our church, I can not tell you how God used this event to prepare us for the "perfect storms" that were ahead. It was my mom's birthday when we were there and we all shared such a fun time. Within 3 weeks we buried her mom who was 92 years old and in good health. It was sudden and unexpected. Just 3 months later we buried her 51 year old sister who died suddenly and left 5 children. I have thought often of the preperation for these "perfect storms" and am so thankful for your message Beth – it helped so much. My love and God's blessings…. Come back to Pittsburgh – we need you.
