I think I have the brain of a gnat. I quickly read your post and went back to LivingProof’s Apr. 29th blog to find a pic of Jackson sleeping. My heart immediately did a skip as I thought maybe Deeper Still had asked Jackson to join them at an event for some joyous praise dancing or something with grandma. Then I realized I must have read something wrong so I went back and checked out the Deeper Still blog. What great news that is about Priscilla. She’s a beautiful woman inside and out.

That’s weird, I just looked at that last night, and saw the “big news” you’re talking about. That is awesome! I got to attend the Deeper Still event in Nashville, TN back in September. It was absolutely amazing!!! My goal is to someday make it to another live event…the power of the Holy Spirit was phenomenal, and I don’t know if that can be replicated anywhere! Blessings to you and your beautiful family!

Siestas, if you haven’t done one of her studies, they are a MUST. Can’t wait to do the new one. I’m planning on going to the Atlanta Deeper Still if things work out! Can’t wait!!!

I checked out the post just last week so I know about the big news. Can’t wait to see her in Atlanta. I’m going with my two best girlfriends and we can hardly stand it!!!! Every time either of us says “Atlanta” we get all giggly and excited! Being a girl is the best, isn’t it?? :o) We’re planning a shopping trip soon so we can get a cute outfit or two for the event!

I soooo want to go to San Antonio for the big siesta fiesta, but don’t think I can swing two flights in one summer. Please hold another one on the east coast one day ;o)

Love ya’ and am praying for ya’ll

Can I have your prayers siestas? I can’t think of anyone to put this in prayer before but you all… I relinquished my women’s study group today back to the original leader who’s voice, praise God is healed! He has worked mightely and placed our study in complete tandem with the pastors sermons (God is so good!). I am totally down in the dumps because He/God was really moving and had completely set up an itenerary this summer/fall for us. Please pray for my downcast spirit and for God’s work in the women of our church.

Ya’ll, I got a phone call this morning from a dear friend of mine, and x sister in law, Melody Beezley. She is in a hospital in the Dallas area. Her water broke last friday and she is only at 22 weeks ( baby is not due until Sept.) she had such trouble getting pregnant this is heart breaking for she and her husband. She has lost alot of fluid and they are concerned about the little girls lung development. Her heart beat seems to be fine right now. Melody asked me to have everyone I know put her on their prayer list. Please pray for her, the doctors would like for her to make it to 28 weeks.
    thank you

I just want to tell you, Beth and Amanda, how much I enjoy this blog. I am filled with such joy every time I find a new message!!! I consider ya’ll to be dear friends, which really confuses my sweet husband!!! I want so much to love and yearn for Jesus as ya’ll do, and at the same time you help me to find amusement in all my crazy thoughts and fears!!!

I am a native Atlantan who is hoping that Melissa is finding her way ok. I now live up the road a bit in Athens, GA, home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs and the most incredible christian football coach, Mark Richt. (You may have seen his camio appearance in “Facing The Giants”). He makes me so proud to be a bulldog!!!!

I confess my jealousy of how fun it must be to work with you guys so if you are ever looking for someone in these parts, let me know!!! Thank you so much for all you do – it’s amazing to me how much Jesus uses you to answer all my questions. I always joke with my friends after a Beth Moore weekend how sorry I am that they had to sit there while Beth so clearly talked directly to me the whole time!!!! God Bless!!!

I was reading the comments, and everyone was talking about the BIG news with Priscilla, and it thought, “I need to see what’s up on the Deeper Still blog!” and somehow, I was thinking, “I’ll bet she’s pregnant:):)” SHE IS!!!! That is soo much fun!:) I am sincerely happy for her!!:) I am glad I got to hear her speak at Deeper Still last year where she talked about getting your “Word” from God for the weekend or for the day. Praise You, LORD…You are good to us…You love us…

I was at the Going Beyond event in Charlotte and what a blessing it was! She is a great bible teacher. We had the opportunity to ask her after the event if she knew the sex of the baby but it is still a little early for that. I saw Beth last year in Boone and now Priscilla. Both are so good what a blessing you will receive if you get both at the same time! I am jealous for that. 🙂 North Carolina needs another Beth Moore appearance soon!!!!!

Let me just tell you that I was at ‘Going Beyond’ when Priscilla was here in Charlotte and God’s glory filled that place! She is amazing and so humble to allow her “time” leading to be spent in stillness and prayer. God moved in so many ways not only in my own life, but the lives of so many of my friends who attended.

    We’re so happy for her!!

    The Journey Continues ~

Deeper Still was an amazing event!
MY HUSBAND and I attended the San Francisco outreach last year. My favorite memory was your mother holding Jackson and dancing with him as he held a flag in his precious little hand while waving it around while Travis and the LPM group were praising the LORD in song. During the event I was asked by 100 different women in the two days if Dave and I were related to your family. Several thought I was your aunt. I would be honored to accept that role. 🙂

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day. I know this day can have some grief and pain associated with it for a variety of reasons. My prayer for all is to experiance the comforting love of God this weekend. To Beth and family and the LPM staff and all the siesta’s in blog land may He touch you with His joy. Beth and Amanda,
I know this is not really the place to ask for such a prayer request but my heart is so heavy and my friend needs all of the Siesta’s prayers. She is a beautiful mother of 4 who just left a rehab facility (one of several)last week. She was back on drugs (alcohol) within one day. She attempted suicide Friday and is in the ICU and will be transferred to a mental facility today. Her husband has filed for divorce and has custody of the children and is doing everything he can to protect them. She needs tough love – to hit rock bottom. How do I, as a friend, let her do that? The vision of how she looked in the ICU has haunted me ever since. God doesn’t give up on anyone. I told her she is HIS child and he can forgive anything even if her husband can’t. He is doing what he has to do for the safety of his children. This situation has gone on and off for years and it breaks his heart to finally have to let her go. When she is sober, she has the sweetest heart and would do anything for anybody. She is beautiful and loves God and your studies. Any advice and prayers will be greatly appreciated. If you don’t want to post this on the blog, that’s OK. My email is noted on my google account. Thanks

Okay, so you need to know that there are a few women DYING to meet you in Atlanta in a few weeks. It will be the weekend that marks one year since my own five day old baby girl, Miller Grace(www.caringbridge.org/visit/millergracecassetty… how cool would it be to have Y’ALL sign her guestbook?), entered Heaven’s gates. The weekend that you fly into Atlanta, sweet Beth, know that a group of mothers (six and counting) who have met through the wonderful world of Blogger, by God’s mighty hand, will be meeting for the first time. Our common thread? Each one of us has birthed and, much to our dismay, buried a baby this year. Some lived just a moment, others a few days, and some several weeks. Our lives have been absolutely turned upside down, shattered to pieces, then gently placed back together again by our sweet Father’s perfect hand. We have seen Him work in way we never dreamed He could and we have felt His breath on our tear stained cheeks this year. We are kidding no one and know full well what messes we still are, but oh! What a glorious thing it is to be a mess together! 🙂 By God’s awesome hand, He saw fit to call you, sweet Beth and all your awesome team, to a perfect central location on the perfect day. His fingerprints are all over the last week of June, just as they were when I rocked that gorgeous girl all the way to Heaven last year. Know we are praying for you already and have been for quite some time. And that somewhere, among the multitudes of women, are a handful whose hearts have been broken, whose babies are dancing with Jesus, and whose lives have been blessed by your teaching. We can’t wait.

Please feel free to email me: [email protected]

THANK you for being obedient to the call on your life to love and minister to us. It means everything.
