Ready, Set, Go! The First LPL of 2013!

Happy Thursday, y’all!

I write to you with great joy today as Beth and then entire Living Proof Live team make their way to Phoenix, Arizona for the first LPL of 2013. Woohoo! How many of you are getting the chance to attend this SOLD OUT event? We prayed each of you up on Monday and not just on Monday, but all week long it’s been our mind, and certainly at the forefront of our dear Siesta Mama’s mind! It’s been nearly four months since the last LPL, so it’ll be fun to have the recaps and the stories back as well.

With that said, even with the event sold out, we have SEVEN, I repeat, only SEVEN Siesta Scholarship tickets to give away to those of you that would love to attend, but financially, just don’t have the means to do so right now.

IF that is is you, please call the office and ask for Kimberly. You can call 281-257-3344 or call toll free at 888.700.1999. She will get you squared and away and good to go! If you happen to call during the lunch hour, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

I think it goes without saying, but would you please pray that God would do what only HE can do this weekend? The Lord has allowed the team to do this for 15 years, and they’re not taking it any lighter this year! In fact, they’re pressing in all the more. Press in with us, will you? And, if by chance you happened to miss the video earlier, you might get a kick out of Travis and Beth here. So fun!

We love y’all!

    Dear Lord Jesus,
You have been so good to us. What an an amazing Savior you are! I thank you Lord that every woman in that place I believe you have ordained to be there. I thank you that because you know their every heart beat you know what each heart needs. May your word spill forth from your sweet servant’s mouth rich with anointing. May each woman come and go from that place and be forever changed because they have met with you. For those that are there that do not know you Lord may they know that what there heart has has been longing for is being offered right there within their grasp. Wrap your sweet compassionate arms around every woman in that place dear Lord.
Dear Jesus, we pray for a mighty move of your spirit and a new revelation of what a good and awesome God you are. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

sweet anonymous, Your prayers have been answered… I was there and God met me Saturday last session in section 214 row 6 seat 1… I have been forever changed…

I have been in Therapy for four years now, always needing to understand why?

A mark bears a signature, now my wounds bear a scare and the signature of Jesus Christ. I no longer feel ‘stuck’…I now feel ‘scared’ and between the wound and the scare is HEALING…

Wow! WoW!! My Lord My God

    Mary McGonegle says:

Thank you Beth, Travis and the WHOLE LPL Ministry Team! WHat blessings the LORD poured out this weeked through all of you and your commitment and hard work! I am pretty sure someone called Beth and told her exactly what I needed to hear this weekend… but reality is actually even better than that! The God of everything, my LORD and SAVIOR knew what my soul had been hurting over and what I needed to hear! This weeked God turned HIS face towards me and reminded me: I am HIS beloved! I am HIS reedeemed, I am not done in the Kingdom, I am fearfully and wonderfully made and HE knows me! HE reminded me that I have an enemy that is shooting flaming arrows at my areas that I am not covered, and I need to stop believing the enemies lies… and any where I have a wound needs to be healed by Jesus so HE can put HIS signature on that scar… I am MARKED! I am sealed! And I go out to disciple and minister from that exact place, the one that HE himself healed and made it a scar! I proclaim from HIS WORD…”From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of JESUS!” Galatians 6:17 AMEN

  23. 23

Just got home from the event. It was fabulous. Beth you always represent. I was blessed to be there and proudly bearing my scars with Jesus name in them.

    Leslie Crawley says:

WOW! Is all I can say concerning LPL this weekend in Phoenix! I am home and kind of stunned – trying to absorb it all! One of the incredible – and I mean – incredible highlights for me was Beth talking about being marked for Jesus on Friday night and giving us Webster’s definition of “marked” as “a scar . . .” THEN to have her on Saturday morning to literally begin walking around checking our homework assignments from Friday night. GOD sovereignly directed Beth’s steps up the stairs directly to our very own Vanessa Miller from our hometown Bible study in Flagstaff, Arizona (just finished Beth’s Daniel)! WHEW – Vanessa’s scar was evident and Beth asked what happened and she shared about being 6 years old when attacked by a Rottweiler and barely surviving with her life! WHO but GOD knew that some 20 plus years later she would be sharing to 5000 women how GOD took her scars and what seemed so terrible to bring glory to HIM! As a young girl she was encouraged to learn to play the violin to strengthen her arm that the dog almost chewed to pieces. She now plays for the Flagstaff Symphony and girlfriends, I can testify with tears brimming that this girl can make that violin SING for Jesus – I practically come out of my skin when she raises that visibly scarred arm up and places the bow on the strings and plays her heart out for HIM at church – it’s as if she takes me to the very throne of God and back again! As I sat there this morning watching my beautiful friend across the other side of the arena and on the screen share her scars, I was touched with God’s sovereign hand – she “had planned” to sit with us on the other side of the arena this morning but sat with her mom’s church group instead – and I was reminded that GOD knows the details of our lives – HE knows the end from the beginning and HE knew where Vanessa needed to sit to give such a beautiful visual to Beth’s teaching – it was powerful – it was amazing – it was GOD from start to finish this weekend – it was GOD!
THANKS for all your prayers – it was GOD! Praise YOU JESUS!

    Char says:

First I have to say if you knew me you would know how outside my comfort zone this is for me to write anything on a blog. Secondly I am a girl who values her sleep almost as much as I value the air that I breathe or better yet a nice slice of cake . I find myself awake at 11:30 on a day that I awoke at 5:30am so that I could attend the event in Phoenix today.
Beth asked us to identify what scarred us the most in our ADULT life . I in no way feel like my scars are really much different or more or less unique than any of the other ladies who attended the event . So now I find myself wrestling with a pain so deeply buried in my soul that I had convinced myself it was no longer there. Boy was I wrong . I knew immediately when she asked us what had scarred me the most what it was . So where do I go from here ? How will I move past this ? Do I place it back in the box and bury it deep in my psyche where it has so quietly resided for the last 25 years ? I hate this . I am a master at hiding pain . BUT today I left determined to let Jesus sign his signature on my scar and let Him transform it into a mark . His mark, no longer mine to manage or NOT manage as the case may be . Today is almost over , just a few minutes left . Tomorrow His mercies are new all over again . I’m not sure how I will turn this over to Him but with God working through Beth I saw today that we are ALL scarred in one way or another …. and I saw so much beauty in that auditorium . Why can’t I accept His forgiveness and move past this ? Maybe because I haven’t even tried . This is big for me . I’d much rather leave it in the box but if all those other ladies are brave enough to look at their own scars then maybe just maybe so will I . Thank you Beth for today . I am so so blessed by you , your ministry and your praise and worship team , and all the others that it took to get you to Phoenix this weekend. I know I have much work to do ahead of me but I am not alone ! I am scared, but I know I received a WORD today ! I guess I’d better get some sleep as I’ve got a lot of soul searching to do !!… Char

Just returned home from my first encounter With Living Proof. I attended the Phoenix Az. celebration..I call it a “celebration” because it was a true celebration for me..I feel so thankful to have been introduced to this organization by a friend. I WILL be back!! Thank you Beth, Travis, and just everyone that pulls this together…
    Thank you, and God Bless.

    Scheila says:

I was there and GOD was there…

    Wow! and Wow!!!

I left saying, My Lord!!! and My God!!!

Beth, I can not say it enough… Thank you for your obediance to God’s calling.

I kept telling all my friends what I am most excited about this conference for is I know, Beth asked God “what word do I need to speak in Phoenix AZ?” While it would be so hard to get to speak to Beth Moore about what help I need in my understanding to move forward in my Christian walk, IT IS NOT HARD AT ALL TO TALK TO GOD!!!!!

I simply gave Him my list and asked that He use Beth Moore to deliver the answer because I can learn so easily and beautifully from her study’s…and you know what?

GOD DELIVERED MY LIST TO HER!

    My Lord….My God

I left there a sealed Woman… I have the signature of Jesus Christ all over my body…

I have struggled so much with WHERE WERE YOU GOD? I wouldn’t have so much ‘stuff’ if He had just been there at the beginning… BUT, I no longer need to know or understand where He was, what His intentions were or why I had to endure so much (so much of ME!) I now just need to know and understand that my scare tells a story and I have the name of Jesus Christ signed over it!!!!!

    Wow! Wow!!! My Lord…My God!
